Five Somalis have been convicted in a federal fraud trial in Minneapolis of stealing up to $49 million meant to feed hungry children. In a huge shock at trial, it was revealed a juror was offered a bag crammed with $120k in cash to acquit them. 70 people, mostly Somalis, have been charged and are accused of stealing $250 million of taxpayer money.
