Indeed it does. It's just as bad as regular milk when it comes to gooping up your vocal cords and the like. I would know.

"I find that the Bic pens are much more convenient to carry around than a wand b/c they're smaller and fit more discreetly in a pocket. However, when casting spells, make sure you use the correct pen. Remember green is best for Avada Kedavra, red for Expelliarmus, blue for Expecto Patronum and Lumos, and black for Nox. Disastrous consequences if you mix them up, trust me."
