Hi guys, my CC Stuff Pack “ LIVING HAKONE 🌸” is finally here!

NEW WINDOWS

Much of the Japanese style in a traditional house is this style of windows with wood frame and rice paper, although there are a couple of these options in The Sims 4 I did not like that no light passed through them, that’s why I thought about making these new designs translucent. There are 4 new window designs in all sizes (24 in total).

NEW BED NEW DUVET

I had not realized that most beds in The Sims 4 have the same mattress and the same duvet, this time I wanted to do something different with the duvet and I think they look great.

CEILING BEAMS

I love the Japanese ceilings with a wooden pattern that makes it look both traditional and modern.

A LOT OF SLOTS

Something I particularly do not like about EA furniture is that they always limit you in clutter decoration, I like to decorate with things that are my style and many times the furniture has very few clutter slots, not to mention that they do not have any. For this reason my furniture comes empty so that you can place the decoration that you like the most.

Porto is a 10 piece collection of wallpapers & floors inspired by the boutique hotel Torel 1884 in Porto, Portugal.

All it took was one look at an image from inside the hotel bar to totally derail all my plans for the week! Instead I just had to recolour my newly found favourite C&D panelling & capture the tropical new world vibe. However as always the wallpapers & floors don’t just have to be used for tropical builds as there is a wide variety of colourways to suit any type of build. You will find these in lots of my Georgian homes in the future!

The tile border needs a little extra attention to be used as a perfectly mitred half border as I have shown above. To achieve this you will need to rotate the tile using the < & > keys and then change to the quarter tile placement option by pressing ctrl+f.

All pieces are base game compatible, so these are usable by everybody.

Under Counter Washing Machine & Dryer

Created for: The Sims 4 by Teknikah

I’m enjoying life in my new tiny home. But something bothered me when it came to washing clothes. My sim was having to go outside and use the manual wash bucket to wash her clothes, she was scrubbing away in the rain. I hadn’t got enough space left in my tiny home to fit a washing machine and dryer. So I thought, why can’t I fit this into my spare kitchen counter like a dishwasher? So I got to work in making this a reality. This is a NOT a replacer, it will add a new object I’ve squashed parts of the original washer and dryer meshes to make them roughly the same size as the washing machine, and made them snap into counters. Catalogue details: They can be found in the same place as the original washer and dryer (Appliances > Misc) The prices are also the same as the originals.

Off the grid Toddler/Pet Washtub

Hi guys! Compatible with game version: 1.61.15.1020 (Anniversary patch) So…you finished your laundry? Why not scrub your muddy toddler or dog in the tub next? Features: - A washtub for all your toddler/small dog bathing needs. (Technically you can wash large dogs in it too, but they don’t fit…I’m working on some off grid large tubs for sims and their large dogs next…wish me luck!) - Functions both “off the grid” and “on the grid” (There will be duplicate grayed out interactions when “off grid”, these are the ones that use the normal “on the grid” water and produce bills…so you still have that option when “on the grid”) - Is unbreakable - Can be upgraded for self cleaning and clean coat - To keep the package as small as possible it references the textures of the Laundry Day tub, so all those colors are available. - The footprint arrow indicates the best position for your sims to access the tub so toddlers will be placed in the center. Heavily based on the TS3 Investigator Career, this was just requested by a Nonny. Hope you like it! As suggested, the hours are a little odd, and vary level to level. 

You can use MC Command Center to promote your Sim (From a computer in-game, click Cheats>Career>Promote), OR if you have UI Cheats Extension you can right click on a job icon in the career panel to promote or demote your Sim, OR the cheat below if you don’t want to complete the objectives.

To pause a level, and keep your current job title, and have MC Command Center, you can “freeze career” under Sim Flags.

Cheats available: CAREERS.PROMOTE INVESTIGATOR

There are 10 levels available;

Eavesdropper Self-motivation is second only to self-preservation in the solitary career of an Investigator. Track down criminals, solve mysteries, and keep the peace – when Sims are down on their luck and have nowhere left to turn, they’ll turn to you! If you’re up for the challenge and can manage the stress, a life of intrigue awaits! 

Small Claims Investigator Unpaid debts and property damage may not make a splash in the headlines, but hard work and honest investigating will get the job done. With your magnifying glass no clue will be too small, so get out there and start hunting for your next lead.

Superfluous Sleuth You’ve watched enough mid-day TV courtroom dramas to know this won’t be an easy gig. Analyzation is the name of the game and you’re just the one to undo any wrong doings before anyone does something rash!

Caper Crusader It’s time to up the stakes. The criminals are getting craftier and to stay on top of their crimes you need to pull out your own bag of tricks. In a world without restrictions you’d always have the last laugh, but for now you’ll just have to hope that dusting for prints turns up some solid leads.
