“Negative”emotions

there are emotions that we’ve all been told not to feel, “you shouldn’t feel anger, you shouldn’t feel shame, you shouldn’t feel rage, hatred, jealousy, guilt”. so when we DO feel these emotions, because we most certainly will, we feel judged, wrong, incompetent or “unevolved”…

“negative” emotions are purposeful despite being uncomfortable and most times, destructive. the more you punish, judge and demean yourself for feeling these feelings, the stronger and more powerful they get, the more space they take up in your life.

NECESSARY.

we can’t reject them for the sake of maintaining a false sense of positivity. these emotions are part of our human experience. they have something to teach you.feeling these feelings doesn’t mean you’re broken or not “woke” enough. it’s what you do with those feelings and emotions once they’ve been inspired in you that makes the difference.

People do not realize just how much they are putting at risk when they don't accept what life presents them with, the questions and tasks that life sets them. When they resolve to spare themselves the pain and suffering, they owe to their nature. In so doing, they refuse to pay life's dues and for this very reason, life then often leads them astray. If we don't accept our own destiny, a different kind of suffering takes its place: a neurosis develops, and I believe that that life which we have to live is not as bad as a neurosis. If I have to suffer, then let it be from my reality. A neurosis is a much greater curse! In general, a neurosis is a replacement for an evasion, an unconscious desire to cheat life, to avoid something. One cannot do more than live what one really is. And we are all made up of opposites and conflicting tendencies. After much reflection, I have come to the conclusion that it is better to live what one really is and accept the difficulties that arise as a result because avoidance is much worse.

🔥 Notes on Mars 🔥

Mars in the Birth Chart tells us how we go about getting what we want. It's the masculine energy of getting up and fighting for what we want.

Mars square Saturn has a harder time getting up and pursuing that which they want, it's as if their Saturn (insecurity) puts its hand on their shoulder and asks them 'is this really what you want?' 'do you think you're good enough to have that?'. It acts as a restrictive force that they need to break past.

Mars in the 12th house has a very difficult time showing their more aggresive and dominant side, often they even believe that they do not possess such tendecies. If this energy is ignored and pushed under the rug by these people then they will surely meet others who will act out that side of them for them.

Mars conjunct Jupiter is a person whos anger can get out of control really fast, but they are also the type that once they set their goal then they will go for it with an energy of a thousand men combined.

Mars in the 10th house is very ambitious. This is often a type of person that wants to be remembered for something. Tunnel vision type of energy, when a goal is set nothing else matters outside of it. This is a very domineering presence, they climb the ranks high and quite fast if non afflicted by other planets.
