I have lost 7.4 pounds since March 16th. I have 25 pounds left to go. I can’t wait for it to be 10 pounds. Then 5 pounds.....

Im really loving this workout 💪🙌.
I was doing one of the Chloe Ting challenges but it was training abs almost everyday so I wasn't really liking it. So I kinda made my own program with her videos. I do this one six days a week and then I will do like a 30 mins workout after targeting certain areas.
Im going to start posting a weekly video so that i can track my progress. 😁

dudes i found my pro ana journal from when i was 14-15 and i found the best tip ever
when i think back to that period i can remember one night i just got control and never overate again during dinner
i found the KEY
just leave the table asap after finishing your plate
mind=blown
....
i also wrote down "how i got from 48 to 43 in less than a month" and then with a different pen "now 40" and another "now 38"
i literally just ate about <900 cals and was vegan and ran every other day
i also remember looking at other people eating the stuff i told myself i cant have and i didnt even want it i was disgusted by the amount of fat and sugar and cals
i must say my ocd and compulsive behaviour started there as well, as i lost more weight
but the goal is skinny not healthy right....
ive lost this weight before i can do it again i literally wrote down how i did it so what am i waiting for
i swear after this quarantine im god

Egg White
I officially fuck with egg whites. Sure they look nasty af uncooked, but they’re such a malleable thing to make in to whatever you are craving.
Best recipe I’ve figured out:
Four large egg whites
1 tsp minced garlic
1/4 tsp oregano
1/4 tsp rosemary
Dash of cayenne pepper if you like spice (be careful)
Salt and black pepper (preference, eyeball it)
Directions:
Spray nonstick pan with Pam
Put the garlic in the pan, let brown slightly.
Add spices, then immediately pour in the egg whites.
Keep stirring and don’t stop until they are done, if you stop then lumps will form.
Altogether, this is about 70 calories! Smells and tastes like chicken.
You can eat this with a slice of low calorie toast if you like, and I like to eat it with sliced tomato as well because an entire tomato is 24 calories.

To Get Rid Of The “Are You Pregnant?” Belly :
20 crunches
35 sit ups
10 full body crunches
50 crisscrosses
10 wide leg cross sit ups
20 leg raises
To Get Rid Of The Jello Like Thighs :
100 pillow squeezes
30 side leg lifts (Each side)
To Get That Bubble Butt :
40 butt bridges
25 lying kick backs (Each side)
50 clam lifts (Each side)
20 forward kicks (Each side)
30 knee tucks (Each side)
There is literally no reason why you shouldn’t be doing these workouts ESPECIALLY if you’re in bed. You can do this! You reach that UGW

five minutes ago I was
about to break my fast
but then I remembered
that the world is in chaos
people are losing their jobs
getting sick
interacting with other people
can literally kill you
no one knows what is going to happen
no one knows when this will end
no one knows how this will end
when I am starving
when I have no energy
when I am already depressed
when food just makes it worse
i know what is going to happen when i do not eat
the chaos of the world is muted
everything around me is blurry
all that matters
is I get smaller
food makes the world loud
and right now I can’t handle the noise
I will focus on being able to see bone
really I have no choice
it’s either kill myself slowly
or..........
that is why I did not break my fast

all it should take if you’re disciplined enough is three to four months. you’ll be at you goal weight in four months.
the food will still be there in four months. mcdonald’s will still exist in four months. that donut place will still be there after four months. food won’t leave, it’ll still be there when you’re skinny. why eat it now? why not eat it when you’ve reached your goal?
