Is anyone interested in an Outlander fanfiction ? It's quite hard to find here and I’m finally currently working on one (with our delightful William Ransom). If it works, I'm thinking of doing one also about Lord John.
Please tell me ! 🥰

My Main Masterlist || Mickey Garcia Masterlist
December 25, Christmas Eve
“...and then Phoenix lost her shit and then we had to group up and shield Harvard from getting waterboarded by her.” Mickey’s face on your phone was scrunched up in delight, as he laughed recounting the tales of Christmas at the base to you.
You touched your screen as if it were his face.
Mickey was your best friend, your husband, and the love of your life.
Staying away from him while he was deployed was difficult, and you handled it like a champ. Occasionally, though, sadness would loom over you unexpectedly. Like waking up and reaching out for him, and meeting the empty side of the bed. Accidentally making two cups of coffee in the morning. One day, when you realized he was not there when you called him, you broke down in tears.
But nothing hurts like not having him home during the holidays for the first time.
When Abuela Juliana bribed you with her homemade caramel cupcakes, you couldn't say no to Mickey's family; his parents, his brother Edgar and his wife Veronica, and their four-year-old twins Camillo and Ariana.
As a single kid, you were sent to boarding school away from home. You hardly knew your parents, and they were always on some crazy trip to Europe every year during Christmas. Celebrating the holidays with his family made you feel at home. Abuela would never let go of a chance to remind you that it was your home too, and you and Veronica were her granddaughters.
You had been reading in Mickey's old room, halfway through an Agatha Christie novel from his bookshelf before he called. It was cozy, with a makeshift space near the window to read, and a lot of Star Wars and hip-hop posters everywhere on the walls.
“How was Christmas?” he asks you, smiling at the camera.
“It was perfect. Abuela kept her promise, making a batch of caramel cupcakes just for me. Camillo and Ariana almost caught Edgar placing the gifts under the tree, but Veronica and I distracted them with Spongebob Squarepants.”
“Clever.”
“Marina and Carlos banned me from the kitchen because I tried to help them, and then fed me your share too.” you sighed.
“God I hope you didn’t eat all the cupcakes, share it with Edgar and Ariana too.” he shrugged.
"No way. Nu-uh" you nodded and snuggled under the covers.
Mickey listened to you with a sad smile on his face, and it hurt you to see that he so clearly missed home.
“I’m sorry I couldn’t be home Carino," he says in a dejected tone.
You just wish you could squish his face with your hands and smother him in kisses. He was sad, and you hated seeing him like that.
“I miss you, baby," you say.
He smiled, “I miss you more.” he said as he lay down on his bed. “I really wanted you to be my kiss at midnight.”
“Me too.” you sniffle, tears brimming your eyes as you recall last year when he was home with you, and held you close as you counted down to midnight.
“Baby…” he whispered, noticing your tears, “don’t cry, please.” His eyebrows furrowed with worry, but just as he was about to say further, his image shook around.
It was Phoenix on the screen now, smiling with a Santa cap on.
“Mrs. Garciaaa! Happy Christmas my girl!” she hollered. You wiped your tears and realized she was drunk.
“Happy Christmas Nat.” you smiled, as she passed the phone to Payback.
“I’m sorry Y/N, she’s been drinking like a sailor once we stopped her from waterboarding Harvard.” he sighed, the camera shaking as he walked because he was clearly swatting away Phoenix with his other hand.
Rooster, Bob, Coyote, Harvard, Yale, and even Hangman joined in to wish you. By the time they handed the phone back to Mickey, you were laughing again.
“There's my girl,” he whispers softly to you, his brown eyes adoringly looking at you.
"Good night, sweetie." you breathe out and kiss the screen.
He blushes and kisses his screen, “good night baby, can’t wait to meet you.”
December 30th, 8 AM
You woke up to the sound of We Don’t Talk About Bruno blaring through the speakers and groaned at the fact that Ariana and Camillo were watching Encanto. Again.
As you walked downstairs, you saw the twins jumping on the carpet to the song, while Veronica sang along to it with a straight face.
“Tia Y/N!” Ariana ran to you as you reached the landing, pulling at your pajamas. “Come on! Watch Mirabel with us.” She could not say Encanto yet, so she just called the movie Mirabel.
“Let her breathe Mija!” Abuela called out to her as she walked up to you, handing you a bag. “Another fresh batch.” she winked at you and you stood there, mouth agape, “Abuela you’re spoiling me.”
"Ah, nonsense!” she laughed and held your hand. "Walk me to the kitchen. I need to bake more.”
You walked her to the busy kitchen, with Edgar, Marina, and Carlos running around and helping each other.
All of them were speaking in rapid Spanish at once, and you had no idea what they were saying even though it was your third language.
“So, what shall I do?” you asked, and as soon as you did, all four of them turned to you screaming, “No!”
You were taken aback, looking at them with wide eyes as Carlos took you by the shoulders and pushed you into the living room. “When I said you and Veronica were banned from cooking for the holidays, I was serious.”
He made you sit next to Veronica, who was trying not to laugh and stood in front of you. “Ladies, you both worked day and night for the entire year. It’s time for you to relax, watch a movie, talk about whatever ladies talk about, and leave the work to us.” He pointed to himself.
Mickey really was his father’s son, because that’s what he would do whenever he was home. You never complained, his cooking skills were top-notch.
"What about Marina? Why is she working then?” you asked.
Carlos took a deep breath, and said, “I have been married for thirty years, Mija, and I could never tell that woman what to do because the only person she ever listens to is herself.”
“I can hear that!” Marina shouted from the kitchen which made you and Veronica burst out laughing.
9 PM
“Aw goddammit!” Edgar shouts as Marina slams four draw 4 cards on the table.
Abuela smacks him across the head as he realizes what he just said. "Sorry Abuela” he whispers.
It was almost 9 PM and snowing. The kids fell asleep after dinner and rewatched Encanto for the fifth time that day. It was quiet all around except for their laughter in the living room. Everyone was playing Uno next to the fireplace in cozy pajamas and glasses filled with hot chocolate.
You were having a staring contest with Veronica as you both had only two cards left, while Edgar had ended up with half the deck. “What do you think, wanna drawback?”
“Never.” you answer, as Carlos places every card on his deck screaming “Uno!” and winning the game.
Everyone collectively groans as he gets up and heads to the kitchen for a refill.
“You know, if Mickey was here he would have won first,” Marina says as she starts to gather the cards.
"True! My first Christmas here, he almost made me cry because he won one-on-one all three times.” Veronica sighs as she rearranges her cards.
As on cue, your phone rings, and there is Mickey’s name flashing as a Video Call.
You pick it up to see him smirking at you, wearing the fur hood of his jacket.
“Good evening mi amor.” His voice comes through the speakers of your phone, as you see Marina nudge Abuela to look at you.
“Good evening, Mickey.” you smile like you always do, watching him on your screen. “Are you outside?” you ask, noticing the heavy jacket he was wearing.
"Yeah I was getting a bit bored sitting around in the hangar so I stepped out for a walk," he says.
You looked at his mother and grandmother watching you talk to him. Therefore, you sat next to them and extended your hand, making sure that everyone was visible to him.
Mickey's mischievous smile graces your screen, "okay, please tell me this is a game of UNO and Edgar ended up with half the deck."
Edgar threw up his hands, "Ma, are you gonna let your firstborn get insulted like that?"
Carlos enters holding his refill, “is that Mickey?” his face lights up when Marina nods, she hands him the phone, “Mickey! How are you?”
“Hey dad.” you could hear his laughter which always made your heart flutter.
Carlos takes a seat and Marina and Abuela surround him to talk to Mickey. Veronica takes the cards away from Edgar and sends him toward them. You both smile at how happy the family was to talk to Mickey.
Just then the doorbell rang.
Veronica gives you a puzzled look as to who this may be. You get up and she follows you to the door. “I swear if Camillo calls for pizza again I’m grounding him,” she mutters under her breath as you sniffle with a laugh.
Through the transparent window of the door, you could see a figure standing on the porch, but you didn't know who it was.
"Who is it?” you shouted.
"Uh, pizza delivery ma’am” a deep voice replies.
“See? I told you!” Veronica whispers as you unlock the door. You open the door, the cold air blowing inside the house as you wrap your arms around you and see that…
It was Mickey.
A wide smile plastered his face, while he held a duffle bag in one hand and his phone in the other. His heavy jacket was wet with melted snow, and his cheeks were pink.
“Told you I’d see you soon.” He breathes out in his normal voice, smoke coming out of his mouth.
Taking a moment to register what you were seeing, you realized that yes, that really was him.
Mickey, your Mickey, is back.
You break down in tears as you throw yourself at him. He catches you just in time, swirls you around, and wastes no time crashing his lips on yours.
You melt into him, the cold of his jacket being the last of your concerns. He breaks out and holds you closer, softly holding your face as you cry.
“Surprise.” He chuckles.
You punch him in the chest. “You could have told me!” you shout, but a second later you break into laughter.
You hear fast-approaching footsteps and look inside the house to see everyone rushing toward him. He puts you down as Abuela cups his face with tears streaming down her fragile face. "Mi nieto finalmente volvió a mí!” (My grandson had finally returned to me)
“te extrañé mucho Abuela” he laughs out, hugging her. (I missed you so much, grandma)
Carlos and Marina join in, and soon Veronica pulls Edgar and you in a giant group hug, a smile on everyone's face.
Until a strong wind blows through the porch, sending everyone shivering, and Carlos starts pulling everyone inside.
11 PM
And after an eventful dinner, everyone retired to their rooms.
Marina and Abuela provided Mickey with literally every dish they had prepared, and he happily ate them all. During dinner, he told the entire story of how he got here. Apparently, Maverick gave everyone a week off because the practice exercises were postponed for yet another week due to increased air traffic. Instead of telling anyone, Mickey wanted to surprise them all.
You unpacked Mickey’s bag and put out some nightwear for him while he was showering. You changed into sweatpants, turned off the lights, and sat next to the window. Watching the snow fall from the sky, and the streetlight across the house, its soft rays being the only source of light in the room. You smiled as you saw one stuck to the window and it created a beautiful pattern.
The door to the washroom opens, and you turn to see Mickey coming out of it, his hair stuck out in spikes as he dried them with a towel. He was wearing the sweatpants you had kept aside for him.
Mickey freezes watching you get up and move toward him. His eyes do not waver from yours as he sits on the edge of the bed, and you stand between his legs. Taking the towel and wrapping it around his neck, he gulps as you dry his head. He takes a deep breath and relaxes as your hands skillfully move on his scalp.
“Love it when you do that.” He sighs, smiling up at you. “My pleasure, Lieutenant,” you smirk, knowing exactly the effect it has on him.
His smile dropped, and you saw how his eyes dilated as soon as he heard that.
He grabs your waist and tackles you on the bed. You instinctively wrap your arms around his neck, and the next thing you know, your back hits the bed and he hovers over you.
The dog tags on his chest strike your chest, and his eyes rake over your body like he wants to devour you.
“You wanna kiss me Mickey?” you ask as you arch your spine.
"Do you think I'll just stop at kissing"? He asks, slipping his face into the crook of your neck as he begins to slowly suck on the spots that always make you go feral. "You're such a tease darling.”
He holds on to your wrists and pins them down on the mattress, caging you against him.
You squirm under him. “Please…” you breathe out as he bites your neck.
Against your skin, he murmurs, "Please what?"
"Please kiss me Mickey” you whisper in his ear. And that's all it took for him to let go of your wrists and grab your waist, lifting you up on the bed and falling on top of you.
He didn’t give you a second to think as he kissed you that instant. Your heart hammered in your chest as his hands, cold as ice, started to travel under your hoodie, caressing your belly, and traveling up toward your chest.
Your hands rushed straight to his hair. You were heaving for air at this point, but he didn’t let go of your mouth for a second.
While he squeezed your breasts, you hissed and backed away from his lips as he grew impatient with you. You looked at Mickey’s swollen lips and flushed-out face as you exhaled, “your hands… cold… I-” he didn’t wait for you to complete the sentence as he got up and grabbed the heavy quilt from the end of the bed, bringing it over you both. He fell down on you, and you grabbed onto his clothes.
“Impatient?” His hoarse voice sent shivers down your spine.
"Shut up!” you laugh as you take off his sweatshirt.
December 31st, 7 AM
In the early morning light, your hands brush the space next to you, expecting to meet the cold blanket.
Instead, Mickey’s warm body met your palm.
You stirred up from your sleep, your eyes slowly opened to see Mickey’s face next to you, feeling his limbs tangled with yours under the quilt.
You smile realizing it wasn’t a dream this time, and your face heats up suddenly recalling the events from last night.
He opened his eyes, blinking slowly as a soft smile adorned his face. His hands moved up your body and he pulled you in. He planted a kiss on your lips.
"Hey." you smile.
"Hey." Mickey laughed as he kissed you again.
You fall into a comfortable silence, holding each other and living in the present.
Fast-approaching footsteps outside the room sent you into a panic. You only had a second before there were knocks on the door.
“Tia Y/N! Open up!!!” Ariana screamed loudly.
The two of you giggled softly as you put on your clothes. While you were fixing the bed, Mickey opened the door and got tackled by the twins.
"Ahhhhhh! Tio Mickey is back! He's here!” Camillo screams and runs through the hallway.
Mickey embraced Ariana as Camillo brought back a sleepy Veronica rubbing her eyes to wake up. In a matter of seconds, the twins pulled him by his clothes. “You need to watch Mirabel! Come on, Tio." Without looking, they ran into the living room.
Mickey looked back at you. “Who's Mirabel?”
Just as the opening lyrics of The Family Madrigal blared through the speakers, Veronica and you sighed together, "Don't ask."

Hair color
Pairing: Jake "Hangman" Seresin x f!pilot reader (call sign Daisy)
Summary: Is it reader's new hair color that pushes Jake to finally tell her that he is interested in her?
Warnings: None
Hello friends! Here I am again after a hiatus. I've lost a bit of inspiration and I'm searching for it again. This on is a try, and will try to post a story once a week or every two weeks. Sorry for the quality of this one, I'm not very happy with it..
Comfortably seated on one of the break room sofas, she was reading the latest novel on which she had set her heart on while waiting for her turn for the day's exercises. She saw movement around her out of the corner of her eye and heard a slumping sound on the couch opposite where Hangman had just dropped himself.
She felt his gaze on her and breathed out deeply before taking a quick look over the top of her book and seeing him sunken into the couch, one arm stretched over the top of the backrest, the other hand resting on his thigh, his leg bent, ankle on the knee. He was playing with a toothpick between his teeth, his legendary pain-in-the-ass smile on the corner of his lips. She returned her gaze to her book and said, "What?
"What? I'm not allowed to admire the painting?"
She raised her eyes and turned the page of her book.
"I wonder what made you do that." He said.
"Oh Geez." She slammed the book shut and stood up, having no desire to hear his opinion, which she didn't care about, but which he would feel compelled to give.
"Eh eh." He chuckled and stood up in turn to face her and stop her from going any further.
"Jake refrain from saying anything, no one cares what you think."
He chuckled and took her hand to pull her towards him when she tried to step around him and she instinctively took a step back. He raised his other hand and tucked her hair behind her ear in a more tender gesture than she would have expected from him.
"It looks good on you. It gives you a sexier, femme fatale feel."
She raised her eyes once more and tried to withdraw her hand of his by making a step backwards but he drew it again towards him more firmly, as to avoid entering in collision with his chest she put the palm of her free hand on this one. A cloud had formed in her brain and all her thoughts were swirling, one caught in the other, without ability to think clearly. What was happening?
"Come on sweet Daisy, why are you resisting? Any resistance only fuels this sexual tension between us, you know that."
For far too long the two pilots had known each other and hung around without anyone being able to clearly define the nature of their relationship. One day they seemed to be getting along fine and the next one they could barely stand each other's presence. They had graduated the same year and lost touch afterwards, each trying to take their careers to the next level, sometimes hearing about the other's accomplishments. Hangman and Daisy had become acquaintances who had just been graduated Top Gun at the same time, yet at that time they had constantly seemed like an old couple. And while they had lost touch, fate had brought them together for the most important mission of their careers.
To say that they were not attracted to each other would have been a lie but they preferred to put all their energy into showing that they hated each other, they alone were still trying to convince themselves of this while everyone around them exasperated by their behavior were only waiting for one thing, that they finally end up having sex.
He slipped his second hand between her kidneys and a smirk stretched his lips which were only a few inches of hers and the tingling that she had so much been able to feel near him woke up in the bottom of her stomach.
"I have to admit, you used to have an effect on me, but this color... makes you look so much wilder."
"Jake shut up."
He was about to retort when their names were heard through the radio indicating to them to gain their respective planes for the exercise. Without undoing her glance of his she moved back and he let fall his hands slipping them in his pockets while following her out of the room and in the corridor.
"I've got your back dear Daisy." He said as he tilted his head to the side, his eyes resting on her ass. "As always." He added with a sly smirk as she rolled her eyes once again.
He may have been talking about her butt, but once they were in the air it couldn't have been more true. If there was one person Hangman never turned away from in flight, it was Daisy. And it was for this reason that everyone quickly realized that there was something between the two pilots. Even if no one could ever say what it was.
To her surprise, Jake didn't insist, no mockery, no reflections of any kind, just his usual haughty and overconfident air, even sometimes looking elsewhere. She didn't see him again all day, which annoyed her because she had been waiting for that. They had been circling each other years ago, they were still circling each other now, and even today she wasn't going to tell him clearly what she wanted from him, what she wanted from them. After all he obviously didn't intend to do it either, perhaps because in his case he only wanted to have fun? That's why she didn't say anything, their expectations were probably different. While she was ruminating lost in her reflections, she was drawn into a corner of the corridor that led her to the locker room, let out a cry of pure surprise that was muffled by a hand over her mouth. Her raised eyebrows frowned as she saw the blonde head standing proudly in front of her. Grabbing the hand over her mouth she abruptly withdrew it.
"What the hell are you doing Seresin?" She hissed.
"I needed a moment alone with my favorite rival."
"Oh the quota of time to be able to be alone with you has far exceeded today." She said dryly.
His sly smile stretched enough to reveal his white teeth that dressed up his perfect smile. As far as she could remember and no matter what the circumstances, she had never seen him not smile.
"It didn't seem to bother you earlier though." Eyebrow raise number 764830862 which made him chuckle. "Stop acting like it really bothers you."
"What do you want? You have two minutes."
"You. And I'm afraid that's not enough."
He moved toward her, forcing her to back away and she bumped into the cold wall. As he had done earlier in the afternoon, he tucked her hair behind her ear and shivers ran down her spine. He leaned in to place a kiss on her neck and she closed her eyes, slipping a hand over her waist he pulled her against him and placed his lips on hers. He gave her the most tender kiss she'd probably ever had in her life and she didn't expect to receive from Jake Seresin. He was the kind of man who would put you up against the wall and give you the best sex you could get, taking away the use of your legs for a while. She opened her eyes again as he pulled away from her and placed his hand on the wall next to her head.
"As much fun as this game has been going on now, it's probably time to stop playing cat and mouse."
She looked at him puzzled, not understanding what he was getting at. Had he found more fun elsewhere? Had he grown bored and found a new prey?
"We lost touch the first time years ago.” He continued. “I'm not letting you go without saying anything this time."
"Who are you and what have you done with that arrogant dickhead?"
He chuckled and took a few steps back, reaching out to offer her his hand to take.
"You're the only one I don't want to be that dickhead with anymore."
"But still arrogant?" She raised an eyebrow as she took his hand.
"You can't take away my best quality." He replied with his usual arrogant smile which had the merit of making her laugh. "Let me have your back dear Daisy.”
As he had always done, he had always looked out for her and he would continue to do so, a little closer from now on.

"Okay buddy, here we go, you can do it."
Intrigued by Beau's words you heard from the kitchen, you frowned curiously and headed for the living room. Stopping between both rooms you saw Beau standing, leaning forward holding Luke's hands, arms raised above his head, struggling to stand on his legs and trying hard to put one foot in front of the other. Amused, a smirk stretched your lips and you crossed your arms over your chest watching the show.
Seeing you out of the corner of his eye, Beau turned his head towards you with a huge smile on his lips and swiveled towards you, pulling Luke who was staggering on his little legs.
"Hey, look at mommy. Show mommy what a big boy you are."
Raising his head from his feet on which he was focused, his smile revealed his one small tooth and he gesticulated awkwardly trying to make his way towards you with his father's encouragement. You crouch down and stretch your arms towards him, encouraging him to come towards you.
"Oh my baby, how big you are! Look at you, you can almost walk!" You exclaimed cheerfully, Luke chuckling at the sound of his mother's voice.
"He's growing up so fast! It feels like yesterday that you expelled him from your womb." He says nostalgically.
"Oh oh, don't worry I remember it very well, as if it was yesterday." You say while laughing.
Being only a meter away from you, he knelt behind Luke and when Luke seemed to find his balance, he gently let go of his hands, placing them on either side of his waist, without touching him, to catch him if necessary.
"Come on little man. Show us what you're made of."
Luke glanced behind him as Beau dropped his hands and leaned forward slightly, as if looking for balance or a way to move forward. He turned his head toward you and you clapped your hands, arms outstretched toward him, to make him come. With great confidence, probably greater than himself, he lifted his right leg to take a step forward and stopped, perhaps waiting for the fall, which didn't come.
He then raised his left foot to try again and gesticulated, clapping his hands and laughing as he saw that he was still standing. Repeating the experience, he cautiously walked towards you with a huge smile on his face, little chirps of joy coming out of his mouth. When finally after a few steps he almost reached you, he stumbled and you caught him in time. Luke in your arms you clapped and congratulated him and Beau did the same joining you. Luke imitated you, clapping his hands and shouting with joy mixed with his high-pitched laugh.
"Our baby boy walks!" Beau exclaimed joyfully, placing a kiss on the top of Luke's head and subsequently crushing his lips to yours. "I wouldn't want to live this adventure with anyone else but you."
"And I with you."

Kinktober Day 2- Anal Sex
warnings: AFAB!reader, anal sex, mentions of anal toys, rimming, slight authority kink, mentions of unprotected sex
kinktober masterlist
main masterlist
Everyone knows that Jake Seresin is an ass man. He’s not subtle about it in the slightest. Every time someone with a nice ass walks by, you can guarantee his eyes are on it. Luckily for you, he has deemed your ass nice enough to fuck, and that’s just what he does.
He loves to bend you over so he can look at it while he fucks you. He gropes, grabs, and digs his nails into it like he just can’t get enough. Tonight, however, he wants something different.
“You want to fuck my ass?”
“That’s right.”
“Like… you want to do anal?”
“Yes.”
“Are you sure?”
“As a heart attack, honey.”
He has you pinned against the kitchen counter, his knee slotted between your thighs to keep you trapped. You look up at him, the devious smirk on his handsome face filling you with equal parts desire and fear. Fear of how he’s going to break you this time.
“Think about it. No rush,” he says before backing away. You don’t need to think about it.
“I want to.”
“You do?”
“Yeah. Right now.”
Jake grins and bites his lip. “Go get ready then, sweetness.”
You shower quickly, cleaning up and getting yourself ready for tonight’s activities. While you prepare, Jake sets out everything you need. Lube, condoms, a towel, and a plug from your little collection of toys just in case you want it.
When you come out of the bathroom, your skin is damp and you’re fresh faced, just how Jake likes you. He looks up at you from the bed and grins, and it widens when you drop your towel and make your way over to him.
“Well hello, gorgeous.”
“Hey, yourself.”
“All ready for me?” You nod. “Good.”
He helps you lay down on your stomach, legs hanging over the edge of the bed. Once you’re comfortable, he grabs ahold of your cheeks and spreads them apart, letting out a groan when he sees both of your holes.
He can’t stop himself from lowering his head and dragging his tongue through your wetness, up to your tight, puckered hole. You gasp at the unfamiliar sensation, which makes him chuckle.
It’s not that you’ve never had anything in there before. He occasionally puts a finger or two in during sex, and you’ve used small toys, but you’ve never gone all the way. Jake’s delighted to be your first.
Jake opens you up with his tongue and fingers, going quickly out of desperation, but not so much so that he’d hurt you. He can be such a sweetheart sometimes.
“Ready for my cock, honey?” he asks, voice thick with desire behind you.
“Yes, sir,” you say, sounding so submissive with your airy voice and you know it drives him crazy.
He stands, and you can hear the click of the bottle of lube as he slicks his cock. Jake slaps his head against your hole a few times, letting you hear how wet he’s gotten you before he pushes the tip in.
The tip itself is a stretch, and it almost hurts as you tremble slightly. You whine, and he laughs at you.
“Come on, sweetheart, it’s not much bigger than those plugs you take. You can do it.”
After a few moments, Jake pushes in further. You can feel the slow drag of his cock inside you, and soon he’s deeper than you’ve ever had anything before. The burn has subsided, and you don’t even realize that you’re rocking your hips back against him.
“Greedy slut.”
Jake grips your hips to stop your movements and starts his own thrusts. They’re shallow and slow at first, but they quickly get faster and deeper as your tight hole works over his cock.
“Goddamn, baby, you’re tight as hell,” he groans in your ear, having leaned over your back to hit a new angle.
“Fuck, Jake, you’re so deep,” you whine, because there’s nothing that gets your boyfriend to fuck you hard like a little ego stroking.
Jake reaches around your body and finds your clit with ease. He rubs rough circles over it, pressing hard to match his deep thrusts. Luckily he has the stamina to keep up, because the position he finds himself in is difficult to hold.
You’re discovering that you don’t last as long when getting your ass fucked, because pretty soon your toes are curling and you’re grabbing Jake’s wrist, pushing him harder against your clit.
“Gonna cum,” you choke out, and the only response you get from Jake is a growl in your ear.
Your entire body tenses, then releases from your orgasm. You feel so hot all over that you don’t feel Jake’s hot cum filling up the condom.
He collapses, laying over your back and you’re thankful that you were already pressed into the mattress.
“Next time,” he pants, “I’m cumming inside that ass.”

Apparently .. Enjoy, daddy seems to have a certain effect on some of you (I'm asking myself why 🤔). The next stories to come weren't about Cyclone but I might think of a changing plan .. I love writing on him especially in this way and if you love that too .. well I guess I'm going to post more about daddy Cyclone!

Enjoy, daddy
Pairing: Daddy!Beau "Cyclone" Simpson x wife!reader
Summary: Cyclone receives an unexpected visit while at work.
Warnings: the sexiest daddy, short one
Beau ran his palms over his face, rubbing his eyes. These last few months had been particularly grueling since the birth of your son. With the work during the day and the nights marked by little Luke's awakenings, a permanent state of fatigue had set in with him as with you. He took his steaming cup of coffee on his desk then drank a sip while sinking in his armchair, his glance slipping on one of the photographs on his desk which had been taken a few days after the birth of your progeny and a soft smile stretched his lips.
He was about to get back to work when his attention was drawn to a knock on the door, which opened directly after that. The only person who could afford to enter his office without his permission, because he let it happen, was you.
First he had the stroller in his sights and then you, a far too cheerful look on your face. You never came on the base unless there was a problem, and from the look you had, that wasn't the case.
"Hey, there's my two prides. What are you doing here, is something wrong?"
He stood up and came to meet you, putting an arm around your waist while placing a kiss on your temple.
"Everything is fine, I was out for a walk with baby Cyclone when we thought you'd like it if we came to say hello at work."
He smiled and leaned over the stroller to pick Luke up, wiggling around as he saw his father's face. Holding him with one arm around his small waist and the other hand behind his head he kissed him on the forehead to which Luke responded with a chirp.
"It's a little far from home for a walk."
"It's good to get a change of scenery once in a while." You say passing the back of your hand over the little one's rosy cheek. But Beau was far from stupid, he had a very good intuition, a very very good intuition, you weren't there for a simple courtesy visit and he became sure of it when he saw the changing bag under the stroller, way too big for a simple walk.
"Honey..." He started to say suddenly realizing but you didn't give him time to continue, cutting him off.
"The diaper has been changed, the last bottle was an hour ago, there are three more in the bag just in case and everything you need to change him. You'll manage, you're the greatest daddy ever. I love you, enjoy daddy!" Sneakily kissing him you rushed out of the office to run down the hallway. With a stunned look on his face he tried to stammer something, some kind of protest as he followed you but when he came out of the office you already had left the hallway. He glanced around, no one, not a sound except the chirping of your son still in his arms on whom he returned his attention without knowing what to say. Father and son looked into each other's eyes and while Beau looked totally lost in what had just happened, Luke's attitude contrasted with his own, a big smile on his cute face, fidgeting in his father's arms, drooling on his shoulder. As he walked back into his office realizing that you had abandoned him the baby for the day, a laugh echoed through the hallway, a sigh of relief escaped his lips, knowing that laugh all too well. He then poked his head through the door and saw you appear at the corner, laughing out loud with one hand on your abdomen and the other over your mouth trying to cover the laughter.
"Hilarious, really hilarious." He says with a smirk, unable to blame you for a second.
"You should have seen the look on your face, would you have panicked at the thought of being alone all day with your son Vice Admiral?"
He gently shook his head in amusement and bent down to put the baby back in his baby carriage, wrapping him in his little blanket, then straightened up to face you, pulling you to him, putting his arms around your waist.
"I'd rather be alone with you, you deserve a little correction." He purrs in your ear before placing a kiss on your neck.
"If you arrange to come home early I think I can give you a moment once Luke is in bed."
"I'll be home by 7 p.m., be ready."

Well ... OMG THIS IS A GEM
First, Payback introducing himself to the baby got my heart jumping out of my chest idk why but I was like "Ooooooh 🥹". I want an uncle Rue. And second BOB OMG THE SWEETEST BOY. Finally I cackled with Coyote and Hangman.
You're a CHIEF.
Don’t drop my baby ~ Mickey ‘Fanboy’ Garcia

Summary: The Dagger bunch meet baby Garcia
Pairing: Mickey ‘Fanboy’ Garcia x Fem!reader
Warning: None really, just fluffy :) with some minor cursing but that’s about it
Notes: I’m getting back into the groove of writing since I haven’t done it in a month, so I wrote a little something to get it out there. I’ve been busy with college and I haven’t had the time to write anything until now. Also, I know one of the pictures isn’t Fanboy but I thought it fit the theme for this one.. forgive me 🥲 Soo I hope y’all enjoy this little piece!
———————————————————————
The group chat has been going off since the arrival of baby Garcia. Mickey updated the chat with many pictures over the past couple of hours and everyone was excited to meet the new addition. The hospital only allowed three to four guests in the room at a time, so the group chat took it upon themselves to section into said groups. The first group set to go was Payback, Rooster, Halo, and Phoenix.
Mickey, the ever attentive husband, was nothing but a sweetheart to you and your baby boy. Throughout the duration of the labor and delivery, and now the recovery process, he was attentive to the needs of his family. Right now, he was sitting beside you on the hospital bed, watching how your boy was just gazing up at the two of you.
He was a mix of Mickey and Y/n, but you both could tell that he was going to have a head full of curls. Whether it be from you or Mickey, you don’t know, but he was going to be Mickey’s twin.
A knock interrupted the still moment and Mickey watched as his friends, technically yours now too, walked into the room. Phoenix was holding a little stuffed bear and Halo had a small gift basket with things for you and the baby. Payback and Rooster were the last ones in the room and held smiles on their faces.
“We would’ve been here earlier but Payback couldn’t decide on what flowers to get.” Rooster replied with a smirk.
Payback swiveled his head to look back at Rooster before smacking him upside the head.
“Don’t be telling them that! It’s not my fault that I didn’t know Y/n’s favorite flowers! We all can’t be as knowledgeable as you, bird brains!”
Rooster held the smirk on his face and shrugged. “Sounds like a you problem.”
Payback rolled his eyes and landed his eyes on Y/n and the baby. He looked so small in her arms and he could feel himself getting slightly emotional.
“Well would you look at that, Fanboy, you’re a dad now. How does that feel?”
“It’s a crazy feeling, man, but I’m loving every second of it.”
The girls went to your side, explaining the little things they had gotten you and showering you with compliments.
“Look at this little guy! He’s beautiful, Y/n!” Halo gushes while rubbing Y/n’s shoulder.
“You can definitely tell that’s Fanboy’s kid. I mean, just look at that hair!” Phoenix points out with a chuckle escaping her.
“What’re you talking about? What hair?” Payback jokes while looking at Mickey’s shaved head. Everyone laughs while Mickey glares at Payback and rubs his head.
“See, now none of you are going to hold him. I don’t think he’d be happy hearing you making fun of me. Plus I don’t want y’all’s dirty ass hands on him.”
Y/n flares at Mickey while swatting his arm, “Language! The sink is behind y’all, by the way.”
“Your kid’s not even potty trained, he’s not going to care about me making fun of his daddddyyyyyy!” Payback retorts while making his way to the sink, shoulder checking Rooster on the way. Both men slightly fighting over the sink/who gets to hold the baby first.
Payback makes it over to you first and holds his arms out for the baby. Y/n laughs at his eagerness and hands off the baby, showing him how to support the head and body.
Mickey gazed at his best friend holding his son and never thought he’d be so happy to see this moment come. He went back to your side of the bed and pressed a lingering kiss on your forehead, forever grateful for you creating his son.
“Hey little guy, I’m uncle Payback, or you can call me Uncle Ruben, Uncle Rue, it’s your choice, really.” Payback said while tearing up a little bit. “He truly is beautiful guys. Y/n, you did such a good job.” He then hands the baby off to Rooster who takes to holding your son with ease.
“Hey there, I’m your Uncle Rooster. God, you’re such a pretty baby.” Rooster bounces your baby around the room as the others gather around him.
“Hey, I meant to ask, did you name him yet?” Halo asks while stroking the babies head, in Rooster’s arms.
Mickey and Y/n looked at each other, smiling, before she laid her head on Mickey’s shoulder.
“Joel Ruben Garcia.”
Payback’s head snaps towards Mickey and Y/n, wondering if he heard it correctly. “His middle name is Ruben? Are you serious?”
“We wouldn’t want it to be anything else. You’ve done so much for me and you’ve saved my life more times than I can count. It’s only fitting that our son has that with him now.”
Payback’s eyes become glassy but no tears come out, as he walks over and gives Mickey a hug. He then makes his way over to Y/n and kisses her cheek, looking at the both of them with the utmost appreciation.
The baby then gets passed to Phoenix and Halo and they coo at the little boy in their arms. Rooster and Payback make conversation with Mickey and Y/n, while watching the two girls pass the baby back and forth.
After a while, group one decided to head out and give group two their fill of baby Joel. The girls left Y/n with a hug and a promise of checking up with her later.
“Don’t hesitate to call if any of you need anything, and I mean any of you.” Payback says while patting Mickey on the back.
“That includes you, little guy.” Rooster utters while gently poking the sleeping baby next to your hospital bed. In which baby Joel squirms in his sleep before settling again. Rooster quietly laughs to himself before turning to press a quick kiss to the top of Y/n’s head. “Get some rest, okay? You deserve it, little mama.”
Y/n smiled as both boys left the room. Mickey had a goofy smile on his face as he turned back to his wife. She looked absolutely gorgeous, as she always did. He thought that her being a new mom had made her glow even more than usual, but he knew that her becoming a mom had nothing to do with it, truly. She always had a glow about her, it was what drew him to Y/n. His best friend, his wife, his amor, the love of his life.
“Mickey, are you okay?”
He didn’t realize he must have zoned out while looking at her. He shook his head clear of his previous thoughts but couldn’t help the lovesick expression resting on his face.
“Yeah baby, I’m more than okay.”
Still a bit concerned, Y/n patted the spot next to her in bed, wanting to comfort her husband in some way. Mickey’s heart pounded at the gesture, sitting down, and wrapping both of his arms around Y/n. A content silence filled the room. Everything was as it should be.
“Are you sure you’re okay, honey? You spaced out for a bit there.” Y/n says while rubbing Mickey’s arm that’s around her shoulder. He thought her concern for him was endearing, considering she just pushed out a whole human a couple hours ago.
“I’m okay, baby, I promise. I was just thinking of today, the baby, and you. This new life we’re going to have together, and how happy I am that I’m doing this with you.”
Content with his answer, Y/n sunk back into his arms and dozed off into a much welcomed nap. Mickey knew the second group of his friends were going to show up sometime within the next hour so he made himself more comfortable and tightened his arms around your sleeping form.
————————————————
Group two eventually showed up but were quickly shushed by Mickey since Y/n was still asleep. He couldn’t really get up to greet them, with Y/n now sleeping on his chest, so he settled for a small wave. The group now consisted of Hangman, Coyote, and Bob.
“Look at you, Fanboy. A family man. If you wouldn’t have told us about your secret life a couple months ago, I wouldn’t have thought the day would come.” Hangman says quietly, out of respect for your sleeping form laying on Mickey.
Mickey rolls his eyes but otherwise smiles at the small, harmless, jab from Hangman. Coyote places down a small stuffed bunny he probably bought at the gift shop downstairs and his gaze lands on the sleeping baby in the carrier, next to the bed.
“Holy shit- is this him? Like this is ACTUALLY your kid?” Coyote says, excitement mixed with slight anxiety from being in the room with the tiny human before him. Don’t get Javy wrong, he loves babies. It’s just he’s this big macho man and he feels like he could accidentally crush this tiny human with the amount of excitement he has within him.
“Nah, he belongs to the lady that’s two rooms over and we decided to keep him.” Coyote gives Mickey a deadpanned look and it breaks Mickey out of his sarcastic state of mind. “Yeah man, he’s our kid. You can hold him if you want, but hold up, give me a second.”
Mickey maneuvers himself to lay you down on the small pillows on the bed but stops once he feels a hand on his shoulder. He turns around to see Bob with a pillow that’s longer than the ones the hospital provides.
“I um, didn’t know what to get Y/n or the baby so I may or may not have asked Payback to let me into y’all’s house to bring the both of you some of your essentials. Phoenix and Halo helped me out and gathered Y/n’s things while I brought yours. They also told me to bring her pregnancy pillow? I know she’s not technically pregnant anymore but they said it would bring her some type of comfort here? What I’m trying to say is that-“
Bob’s rambling was cut off as Mickey lurched forward to engulf him into a hug. Startled, Bob moved back a bit but accepted it none the less. Mickey pulled away from the hug and gave Bob a smile, before turning and positioning Y/n the way she liked to be with her pillow. Once he was done, he glanced at the three men in the room, all of them huddled around the sink. He moved himself closer to the carrier and gently picked up his son. Baby Joel wasn’t too fond of the movement and started to whine but it only took Mickey a second to calm him down and to place him in Coyote’s waiting arms. “Meet Joel Ruben Garcia.”
Coyote was grinning so hard that Mickey thought it was going to stay that way. He was a natural, which surprised Mickey a bit but was comforted at the fact. He rocked Joel in his arms and softly spoke to him. What he was saying, Mickey couldn’t hear, but it kept a smile on Coyote’s face.
He then handed the baby to Bob, who was just as excited as Coyote to be holding him. Joel eventually woke up to see a new face and gazed in wonder at Bob. He hummed some tune that was unrecognizable to Mickey but the baby was pretty content with the WSO.
Mickey’s attention is then taken by Y/n, who was beginning to wake up. Upon noticing her pillow from home, contentment washed over her as she cuddled it more. “You can thank Bob for that.” Mickey winks at her before turning his attention to Bob handing the baby to Hangman.
Y/n made eye contact with Bob and mouthed “thank you” while shaping her hands into a heart. Bob lightly blushed and formed his hands into a heart back at her.
“Hey there Joel, I’m uncle Jake. You and I, we’re going to have so much fun together. Learning about planes, going to the park, checking out all the ladies-“
“That was starting to sound wholesome but then you brought up my son checking out girls and I’m gonna have to stop you there” Y/n cuts in from her place on the bed.
Hangman laughs while shaking his head at her. “C’mon little lady, I need myself a wingman, and little Joel here is the perfect wingman.”
Coyote stares at Hangman in offense, before hitting him swiftly in the back of the head, being cautious with the baby still in his best friends arms. “Next time you ask me to be YOUR wingman at The Hard Deck, I’m just going to let you figure that shit out for yourself.”
The room erupted with laughter as Hangman continued to sway Joel with the promise of him becoming his wingman once he gets older. Mickey disagreeing on it entirely, while Coyote sulks at being replaced by a baby, and Bob with a small smile on his face.
Y/n looked around the room. She knew that in her heart, no matter what happens, her son will always be surrounded with all the love in the world. Mickey and her were going to be okay. As long as they had each other, Joel, and their friends, things would always be okay.

Want to be sick and have him taking care of me
“Open your mouth” with Hangman 😇

pairing- hangman x reader
warnings- there's like 2 allusions to smut...so idk 18+? reader is sick with unspecified nonthreatening illness
length- 0.3k
an- i'm so sorry this is probably not nearly as smutty as you were hoping for…i don't even know who i am anymore how did i manage to take the sluttiest prompt on the there and turn it into basically fluff (for me anyways)...which i normally hate writing. idk this is the only thing my brain would come up with for this
It’s really rude that the sun feels the need to bore itself into your head while you have a 101-degree fever. As if you’re not sweaty enough.
You could get up and close the curtains, but that’s just asking too much at this point.
The front door opens and you don’t even bother to look up. If someone’s breaking in they can have your dirty dishes and dying plants for all you care.
Luckily for your neglected monstera, it’s just Jake.
He brushes your sweaty hair back, making a face when he feels how warm you still are. “I brought you some food.”
“Leave me alone, you heathen,” you whine, voice muffled by the pillow you’re shoving your face in to get away from his hands.
You should feel bad. He’s being entirely too sweet, taking your grumpiness in stride. But your body aches, your throat is dry, everything hurts, and you just want to sleep for eternity.
“Sweetheart.” You want to punch him for the hint of a laugh you hear in his voice. “You have to eat.”
“Too hard,” you protest, turning your head to look at him blearily. “Throat hurts.”
Jake looks like he wants to make a joke or several, but instead purses his lips and nudges your head up from the pillow, pulling you into a sitting position. “At least drink some water.”
“No.”
Something dark flashes across his bright eyes, jaw tightening.
“Baby,” Jake says sternly. “Open your mouth.”
Your mouth drops open unceremoniously, some Pavlovian response you have no control over, and you immediately flush crimson.
Jake looks so proud of himself that you can’t even be mad as he puts a bottle of water to your lips before you can protest any further.
“You have to get better so I can put that bratty mouth to good use, sweetheart.”

Shattered souls
Pairing: Jake "Hangman" Seresin x expilot!fem!reader (no use of YN)
Summary: One mistake, three destroyed lives, a lost love, they will have to rebuild themselves. This is the story of two shaken beings.
Warnings: angst, death, physical wounds, trauma, swearing, very long post, maybe inaccurate things about the Navy (I really don't know much about it sorry), English isn't my first language so for sure grammatical mistakes
"Jake!"
She felt a weight crush her chest and jerked upright under the pain, her heartbeat ringing in her ears. The presence of the sheet under her hand reminded her that she was in her room. Staring at the darkness in front of her she tried to regain her normal breath. A quick glance at the alarm clock on the bedside table to her right told her that it was only five o'clock in the morning, eighteen minutes to be exact. Her sigh broke the silence that reigned and with one hand she removed the sheet before getting out of bed. Grabbing her robe from the chair in the corner of the room, she left it to go to the kitchen. She didn't need to turn on the light, the coffee machine's indicator light was bright enough for her to use. While the coffee was brewing, she leaned against the counter of the central island, slipping her cold hands into the pockets of her bathrobe to warm them up. Staring blankly into the darkness and silence of the night, her dark thoughts found their way, that they knew all too well into her mind. The beep of the machine indicating that the coffee was ready made her raise her head, she took the cup with both hands to enjoy the warmth of it and leaned on the central island, leaning on her elbows, facing the window observing the streetlamp on the other side of the street whose light was oscillating.
"Alright alright! I'll bet you twenty bucks that she'll turn you down before the end of the night!" She giggled as her friend and navigator jostled her by pushing her on the shoulder making her stagger to the side and bump into someone.
"Be careful pretty, I hope you don’t fly as you walk." Mocked the blond Ken that she collided before resuming his way. She looked at him moved away taken aback.
"Who's that one? I've never seen him on base." She turned her head to Billy who shook his head signifying that he didn't know who it was either.
"This one is Hangman." Said Shark who had slipped up behind them without them feeling him coming and startled them. "He just arrived, replacing Sunrise who broke his arm."
"Wait what, how did he do it?"
"He wanted to do trampoline at his little nephew's birthday party. He jumped too hard and ejected and landed against the fence, well actually going through the neighbor's fence to be exact."
The pilot and her navigator looked at him in surprise, a completely stupid look on their faces.
"So he's the one who's going to replace him, Sunrise isn't here to come back at the moment. Jake Seresin, that's his name, that guy is arrogant, nobody can stand him where he comes from." He continued.
"What a beautiful portrait, it makes you want to know him."
The three went back to their planes. As they were about to take their seats, their superior came trotting up to them.
"Touchdown! Sunshine!"
"Yes sir."
"You must have heard that Sunrise wouldn’t be with us for a while, nothing changes for you, his replacement takes his place as a wingman."
The two looked at each other sharply, how stupid had they been not to make the connection when Shark had told them about him a few minutes earlier? From the top of her ladder ready to take her place at the front she saw Jake further away wink at her with a sly smile. It was promising.
Turning off the shower faucets she grabbed her towel and tied it around herself, went to the medicine cabinet above the sink to get her cream, and ran her hand over the foggy glass once it was closed. She looked at herself for a moment in the mirror, swivelling her chest to observe the huge scar that had been part of her for two years now. She brushed it with her fingertips before lowering her eyes and going to her room to get ready.
As she did every Wednesday morning, she went to the local church for the meeting that took place in a room adjacent to the religious building. As usual, she warmly greeted the men and women who, like herself, were attending the meeting, some of whom were just partners in suffering, others had became friends who had found each other and created a bond based on mutual suffering. All the people present at this meeting had suffered a trauma in their lives, all as varied as each other, but which allowed them to understand and help each other in the painful ordeals that followed.
She took off her jacket and hung it on the back of the chair, the same chair for the past two years, a creaky old folding chair with a cracked brown leather seat. Always in the same place, in the same circle, surrounded by the same people.
"Sunshine and Touchdown? Where do you get names like that?" Jake's voice came over the radio and Billy could feel his friend rolling her eyes. "Come on what, we're going to get really close over the next few weeks, maybe months. How about we get to know each other." The young woman winced at the word "months", she wanted her wingman back, her habits, she hated change and especially, new things. Yes, Sunshine was a person who was perfectly happy in her habits and her comfort.
"Billy was one of the best players on his college American football team, and he's a big fan to this day." Her melodious laughter filled the cabin and the radio as Billy took offense, the pleasant sound making Jake smile.
"One of the best?! I was THE best, the handsome player, I could have been a star myself ma'am."
"And Sunshine where did that come from?"
"She's the sunshine of the base." Billy cut her off as she was about to retort. "A real ray of sunshine that little piece of woman."
"Stop it Billy, that's not true."
"Of course you do! You're always in a good mood, always smiling, and everyone finds it a pleasure to hear your cheerful tone and laughter over the radio when we're on mission."
She felt her cheeks catch fire and put her cold fingers on her cheek to cool down.
"Embarrassed Sunshine?" Jake's mocking tone rang in her ears and she turned her head to the left to see his plane next to theirs, a perfect but mocking wide smile on his face and she flipped him off for any response which made him burst out laughing.
Contrary to what she could have thought from the portrait that had been drawn of Jake, the young woman supported him rather well, obviously with a point of exasperation in certain moments, but she had to admit that he had a certain charm that she wouldn’t have known for all that to describe, but the Texan didn’t leave her indifferent. The two pilots spent their time sparring and jabbing at each other, mostly with a smile, until one day one of the spats ended unexpectedly.
"You are so condescending and lacking in discernment!" She exclaimed exasperated by his behavior.
His legendary cocky smirk on his face, his hands in the pockets of his flightsuit, following her on her tail through the corridor.
"Would I have lacked discernment with you sweetheart?"
She made volt face what he didn’t expect and had just the time to stop himself not to enter in collision with her, and she was now almost against him. She raised her head to address him because he was a good head taller than her. Their two faces were only a short distance from each other. An impassive air on her face, a soft glance and a smirk on his.
"Why do you always have to look so flirty Seresin." Her voice was low, giving a certain intimacy to their closeness.
"Always, you sure?"
"I've always seen that look on your face, a face I often hold back from hitting."
"Maybe you've always seen me with that look on my face because that's the one I'm willing to give you." His seductive tone provoked shivers in her neck and she rolled her eyes ready to turn her heels to move away from him. Nevertheless before she could make any gesture he brought a hand in her neck and put his lips on hers. Surprised, she widened her eyes and felt Jake smiling against her lips. He was insufferable, but at the same time he attracted her like a magnet. Her hand slid down his neck and she stood on tiptoe as he wrapped an arm around her waist. She would have let herself choke for lack of air not to have to break this kiss. A throat clearing was heard and they parted in surprise, but not without Jake pulling his arm from her waist. She looked at Billy who was with a few meters of them and who had just surprised them, then her glance settled on the arm of Jake that she pushed back abruptly.
The three of them looked at each other not knowing what to say and then finally Billy broke the awkward silence.
"Okay I'm definitely not a fan of what I just saw to be honest and I hope to erase it from my memory soon." She bit the inside of her cheek, why did she feel embarrassed? She was of age and vaccinated, right? She could do whatever she wanted. "But if it means you'll be watching over her even more she's in the air, that's fine with me." He finished before passing by them to continue his route, gently squeezing the arm of his friend while passing by her.
Hands clasped on her knee, legs crossed, her gaze fell on the person in front of her, a newcomer, someone who had been unlucky, someone who would be scarred for life, someone who would never be the same. She felt a hand on her shoulder and turned her head towards Denise who leaned towards her.
"Would you join us for coffee after the meeting?" She whispered to her and when she looked up her eyes caught the faces of Barry and Shirley behind her neighbor who were watching her waiting for her answer.
"Sure." She whispered in turn causing smiles on all three faces to which she responded with a slight smile and returned her attention to the newcomer who was finishing telling his story.
The door at the back of the room creaked and a cold wave swept into the room, Curtis, who was leading the meetings and had been absent a few minutes before, hurried back to the middle of the circle, he glanced at the young woman, playing nervously with his fingers.
"Please excuse me, I was with a newcomer." He cleared his throat and turned to the door as a figure rushed in, Curtis desperately searched for her gaze and when he caught it, addressed her with a silent "I'm sorry." she frowned not understanding what he meant and was struck with dread when she saw the face of the person taking his place in the circle.
Sitting on the right side of the row next to Billy she saw Jake, sitting on the left a few rows ahead turn his head and wink at her, holding back a smile she pretended to look away which only widened the pilot's smile as he returned his attention to their superior.
"This is a reconnaissance mission prior to the decision of a possible attack. You will take off, perform your reconnaissance and return to the aircraft carrier. Touchdown, Sunshine and Hangman, that's for you, you'll board in two hours."
The pilot and navigator exchanged glances before getting up and leaving the room. As they left to retrieve their equipment wandering through the building, she felt a hand reach between her loins and Jake appeared beside her.
"It's all about reconnaissance. We'll be back as soon as we're gone." Said Billy.
That's what it should have been, a simple reconnaissance patrol.
Her heart was beating so fast and yet she had the feeling that it was no longer irrigating her brain. She sat back in her chair, resting her back against the backrest, her hands still crossed on her knee. She wasn’t able any more to think, wasn’t able any more to keep her attention on what it happened around her, the memories for which she put so much energy to keep buried in her went up to the surface, she knew this moment by heart. It lasted the moment of a flash but she felt it as if it had lasted for very long minutes.
"Thank you Ben for your testimony." Curtis' deep voice brought her back to the moment. It was his turn now, her gaze quickly found his to get lost in it, as if no time had passed, as if they had seen each other the day before, as if they hadn't gone through the horror that had knocked them both down.
When the meeting came to an end, everyone stood up and after greeting each other, headed for the exit.
"Don't wait for me, I'll be there as soon as I can." She addressed the small group that was waiting for her to go to the café, the one on the corner where they used to meet. They nodded and headed for the exit, leaving only the two of them, face to face, hands in his pockets, her fingers around her scarf, revealing the white knuckle of her fists clenched around the fabric.
"What are you doing here?"
What was ironic was that spending so much time on aircraft carriers, she still hadn't been able to get over the seasickness, ironic, right? For someone in the Navy, even though her role, fortunately, was to spend more time in the air than at sea.
"Shall we do karaoke night this weekend? Just so I can introduce you to Naomi, we'll do duets. You and Ken and Naomi and me." She laughed at Billy's naming of Ken for Jake, they had been dating for several months and Billy, moderately liking Jake, making an effort for his friend, still couldn't bring himself to call him by his first name.
"Maybe you could start by making an effort and calling him by his name." He pouted, which caused her to roll her eyes. As she was about to climb on the plane she heard Ken trotting towards her.
"Hey hey hey. You know we never leave like this without saying goodbye." She giggled.
"Jake we literally fly together, and we talk to each other over the radio." He placed a kiss on her forehead.
"That's no reason, we may be together up there, but we're not physically together."
"God, he's even more annoying that way than when he's a dickhead”. Grumbled Billy who took his place at the back of the plane rolling his eyes of exasperation, what Jake didn’t pay attention to, too busy to scrutinize his girlfriend.
"I got your back." He added before placing a furtive kiss on her lips and joining his plane.
"Hey Cinderella, do you care to come up?" Billy called out to her, she looked up at him and grabbed the ladder to climb up.
"Why should I be Cinderella?"
"Hangman do you see anything?" She glanced to either side of the plane.
"Nop. All seems quiet. We do have the coordinates listed though."
"I don't like it." She muttered to herself.
"A hunch?" Asked Billy, who had learned over time to trust his friend's hunches.
"Yeah, and not a good one."
"Relax, everything will be fine, it's just a reconnaissance." He tried to convince her as much as for himself.
"I know a good way to relax." Jake's voice came over the radio, which had the effect of making her giggle and Billy mime a vomit. Her joyful laughter echoed through the radio to Jake's delight. Flying with them, he had quickly understood what the navigator had said the first time. A melodious, joyful, infectious laugh that had relaxed many on missions. Jake considered himself lucky to be able to enjoy it outside of these moments and better, to be the reason for her laughter even in some cases.
"If you're laughing that means it’s okay. I'm unbuckling myself to look further."
"Jake no, don't." Her laughter stopped short and she looked around for his plane.
"Everything is going to be fine sweetie, there is nothing to report obviously." He wanted to reassure her.
"Hangman you're a pain in the ass, don't do this to us."
"My presence reassures you Touchdown?" He teased.
"That's the whole point of your role dickhead." He replied scathingly.
"I'll be back in a flash." He steered to go in an opposite direction leaving them two, a hint of insecurity rising in her, Billy fulminating in the back.
"I swear, once we get on the ground I'm going to punch him in the face."
"This is the excuse you've been waiting for for months. Do you see anything?"
"No nothing." She sighed continuing her monitoring when Billy stirred behind her. "Shit."
"What?"
"We have two bandits coming our way."
He barely had time to look behind him when he saw two planes heading straight for them.
"Touchdown talk to me."
"There's one coming at five o'clock." He looked across the canopy. "The other one at seven. Shit! Hangman what the hell are you doing bringing your ass in!"
Everything happened very quickly, surrounded by the two, not being able to avoid them being on each side, she accelerated and tried to maneuver not to be hooked hoping that Jake intervenes very quickly.
"Hangman!"
"Sunshine I'm coming! I see them, I lock him, I shoot!" Jake, who had managed be on the tail of one of them, was able to stick to him and lock it before making a strike, but this one had time to shoot before being hit. By the time he could react, the second one had caught up with them and fired instantly, hitting its target in the heart. The first missile hit one of the engines which caught fire, the lights started to flash like a Christmas garland, and Sunshine tried as best she could to regain control of the plane without much success.
"I can't control it! I can't straighten!"
"Eject!" Jake yelled into the radio.
They didn't have time to do so as the second missile hit them dead center, taking out the end of the plane and the second engine, the back of the plane went up in flames, and she heard Billy screaming behind her, desperately trying to pull on the ejection seat suspensions.
"Request backup, request assistance, Touchdown and Sunshine are hit! Damn it hurry!"
"Billy! Billy!" Overwhelmed by panic her heart raced and tears began to blur her vision, raging on the suspensions. "Why isn't it working, Jake! Jake!"
Her laugh would never echo through the radio again.
When she woke up she was dazzled by the brightness of the room and had to blink several times to adjust. She felt a sharp pain run down her back and let out a groan of pain.
"Sweetheart."
That familiar voice was Jake's, who walked around the bed and came to stand next to her pressing a button on the headboard.
"It's morphine, it will help."
"Where am I?" She tried to look around her but her field of vision was restricted, lying on her side, she looked up at Jake who showed a serious face. Suddenly all took place again in her mind, she tried to straighten up abruptly and a cry of pain of her part pulled a grimace of pain to Jake devastated to see her in this state. The pain forced her to lie on her side. He sat down on the chair facing her and took her wrists in his hands, the palms of her hands being bandaged. In a last effort she had pulled as hard as she could on the suspensions that burned her palms before being ejected.
"You... You were able to eject in time. But the flames that had already reached the device burned your back.” She looked at him frightened, she didn't remember having the burning sensation in her back, maybe it had been because of the adrenaline. But if flames were so close to her to burn her, what about Billy?
The worried look she gave him made him understand what she was wondering and he shook his head silently. Tears began to stream down her face and she began to sob violently. Jake didn't know what to do, he leaned over and placed a kiss on the top of her head, a tear rolling down his cheek and crashing into her hair.
She wasn't sunshine anymore.
Her hard gaze met his, which she couldn't make out, was he sad? Sorry? Full of regret? All three at once?
"What are you doing here Jake?" She repeated wearily.
"I ... I don't know. This wasn't a good idea." He began to walk away with his hands in his jacket pockets.
"You know what wasn't a good idea?" He stopped short and lowered his head knowing very well what was coming next.
"That you're dropping us on this mission." He stared blankly at the ground. "That you leave me when I needed you the most after this."
"You were mad at me..."
"And you think that made it better?!" Her tone grew louder and more aggressive than she would have liked. "I would have learned to get over it Jake, you made a mistake, maybe it would have made a difference if you had stayed, or maybe they still would have had the upper hand, maybe we thought there was no danger, there could have been no danger." He lifted his head and pivoted toward her. "But you left me alone after that. I needed you Jake."
"I was so angry with myself that I couldn't inflict my presence on you every day. I thought it would be better for you, not to have the face of the man who killed your best friend constantly in front of you."
"It wasn't you who killed him Jake."
"But it's my fault."
A whirlwind of emotions formed inside her. It had been two years since she had seen him, she was torn between giving him a slap, ignoring him, throwing herself at his neck, screaming at him, it was perhaps the difficulty in choosing between all these possibilities that nailed her to the ground and that she was unable to move. Not even taking a step back when he came closer.
"I'm so sorry. I feel so bad if you knew."
And she realized that she wasn’t the only one to have suffered these last two years. But she had been lucky enough to be able to surround herself with people to learn how to rebuild herself, had he been able to do the same?
She was struck by his reddened eyes and tired face features, never had she seen him like this, he who had seemed so strong with her in the times that followed, before he left, and now he had the face of a man crushed by remorse. He who always had a cocky look and a frank smile.
"I hope you can forgive me one day, because I can't." His voice became weaker and almost died out at the end of his sentence. "I lost you, and it's probably the biggest disaster of my life.” He took a step closer to her only being a small space away forcing her to raise her head to look at him. "I need you, do you think you can ever forgive me?"
When he saw her raising the arm he closed the eyes expecting to receive a deserved slap. But she didn’t, with an unexpected softness, she put delicately her hand on his cheek that she caressed with her thumb, wiping a tear which traced its way. He opened his eyes to see her showing a light smile, filled with sadness. He took her hand in his to deposit a kiss inside her palm. Then when she passed her arms around his neck to tighten him against her, he buried his face in her hair and she slipped a hand in his as one comforts a child.
Two years had separated them, and despite any resentment she might have had towards him, it was all gone in an instant. They were two beings in love and torn, who had suffered and who would have to learn to heal, together.

One day.
I. Pretentious
Pairing: Tom "Iceman" Kazansky x OC!Nurse!Fem! (Yup I know some of you may not like it but I'm not comfortable writing with Y/N, sorry.)
Summary: The meeting between a shy, sensitive, introverted young woman and an uncompromising, cold, arrogant pilot. The meeting between the sun and the ice, the light and the darkness, the heat and the cold, two opposite beings that nevertheless everything will attract.
Warning: I plan to take your soul out of your body with so much fluff *evil laugh*. The pure love story as we all love it and melt for it. Also forgive me for the mistakes to come, English isn't my first language and i'm still improving with it.
There probably will be a taglist for those who are interested in, don't hesitate to show up to be added 🛎️.
"Oh Helen I really don't know. I think I'm gonna stay here quietly."
Her friend and colleague poked her head out of her closet and stared at her sitting cross-legged on the bed.
"What for? Is there a party planned here? If not then you have no good reason to stay locked up here alone probably moping around." She inspected the garment she had just taken out of the closet before putting it back in and continued snooping.
"I'm not going to mope about myself, where do you get that from." She giggled.
"You're going to stay here alone, it's so sad, only sad people stay home, to mope." Lisa rolled her eyes at her roommate's words, there was nothing sad about staying home and enjoying an evening alone. What Helen couldn’t understand because she was the opposite of Lisa, while she wanted to enjoy time quietly spent with herself, Helen as for her only thought to go out and persisted in taking Lisa with her. Except that this kind of evening only made her tired, too many people around her and too much noise, too much of everything for a young introvert woman like her. Helen came out of the closet with two clothes on hangers that she put flat on the bed next to Lisa.
"You're not making it easy on me with your wardrobe. We'll say this will do."
Lisa glanced at the flowing white shirt and the black tulle skirt making a doubtful pout.
"I'll get you a pair of heels, no way you're going out in your sneakers." She pretended to be crossed by a shiver of disgust before leaving the room and Lisa let herself fall back on her bed.
"Get up and get active Liz!" She shouted from the living room on the first floor. The young woman prayed to be struck by a sudden gastro for not being able to accompany her. She then got up painfully and let herself slide out of bed, taking place in front of her dressing table, she removed the hairpins that held her bun which she had to style for work and let her hair fall in cascade on her shoulders. No, she had to, wanted to remain discreet. She grabbed a rubber band that was lying around and put her hair in a high wavy ponytail, perfect for this.
Grabbing her clothes from the bed she quickly changed and had only just finished when Helen entered the room with a wide smile stretching her lips.
"Perfect!" She approached to blouse the shirt she had tucked into the skirt and placed the high heels shoes at her feet that Lisa put on and lost her balance for a split second once perched.
"Starting tomorrow I'm looking for a new roommate."
Helen waved her hand as if to sweep away her words and pulled her by the hand to leave the room, the young woman grabbed her small purse as she passed and descended the stairs carefully so as not to find herself walking down them on her butt.
"You'll see, we'll see so many men in uniform there! It's so exciting, there's no way I'm going home alone."
"Speak for yourself." Lisa muttered to herself, glancing in the hallway mirror and sighed as she unhooked her jacket from the coat rack. "Danielle and Gina will already be here, you'll be well taken care of." She whimpered plaintively and stamped her feet like a child as Helen pushed her out of their home.
The ride to the club was silent, at least for her, silence being something foreign to Helen. Once there, she handed the cab money to pay for the ride, climbed out of the car and felt Helen put her arm around hers.
"Lisa try to smile you'll scare everyone away." She looked at her friend and a falsely cheerful smile appeared on her lips. "We'll settle for that."
When they pushed open the doors she froze for a second at the sight of all those people and her poor ears were assaulted by the music that was too loud for her taste. As the two young women made their way to the bar, they saw their colleagues Danielle and Gina waving at them in the distance, already meeting two men in uniforms. Helen giggled and put her purse on the bar.
"At least we have one advantage tonight, nurses attract men."
Great, all she had to do was invent a new job to be left alone.
"A Dry Martini!" She yelled to the bartender over the bar, loud enough for him to hear her over the music, Lisa arched an eyebrow and gave her an amused look that meant "Really?" which made her friend laugh as she shrugged and started to waddle around looking around.
"Target in sight, look at that tall, muscular man." Helen took her drink in one hand, her bag in the other and prepared to wiggle toward her target. "Be wise." She said to Lisa before frowning "No precisely in your case don’t be too wise." She addressed a wink to her before moving away and Lisa raised the eyes to the sky amused.
"It's not pretty for a young woman to roll her eyes." She heard to her left and turned her head to a blond mustachioed man.
"And what would be pretty in this case for a young woman?" Asked she to the man who began to imitate a very cliché chuckle that had the merit to make her giggle.
"I'm Goose!" He said before nodding his head in greeting and pointing to the free space next to him.
"Goose? I would feel very sorry for you if you told me it wasn't just a nickname." Lisa then stepped forward placing her small purse on the bar.
"That's my callsign." She tilted her head slightly to the side with a sorry look on her face to let him know she didn't know what he meant. "I'm an aeronaval navigator."
An "Oh" formed on her lips, then she nodded and glanced around, pointing to the crowd.
"So all these people in uniform, are they pilots or navigators?"
"Yes Ma'am."
"And do they all have such funny callsigns?" He took on a falsely indignant look.
"Are you kidding me?"
"Oh no I wouldn't dare! You serve your country uh ..." She glanced down at his uniform looking for any indication of his rank. "Lieutenant?" He nodded proudly. "It's to your credit, from now on you can have any ridiculous name you like." She teased him to add a layer and he brought his hand to his chest to simulate a blow to his heart.
"Alright Goose, why are you alone at the bar when this place is filled with young women just waiting to be wooed by a military man?" She took a seat on the leather stool next to him and asked the bartender for a cocktail before turning her attention back to the blond man who held up his ring finger to reveal the wedding ring. She pouted and nodded. "So many hearts have just been broken tonight."
Their laughter mingled together and they toasted then she waddled on her seat to better sit, surprised of so much ease of her part. It is necessary to say that he putted her at ease a lot.
"Okay, I'm curious, what are the callsigns of other of your peers here?"
"Well, for starters you see the little leprechaun running the ladies over there?"
"Wait, there's a lot of leprechauns running around the ladies tonight." She giggled and he almost swallowed his drink wrong.
"Good point! Miss?"
"Lisa."
"Well nice to meet you Lisa, my real name is Nick." He held out his arm to point to a short, pretentious-looking brown hair across the room. "This is Maverick, my pilot who is trying to win a bet."
"What kind of bet?" She turned her head towards him and when he opened his mouth to say something but paused she shook her head. "Nop, never mind I'm not sure I want to know."
He chuckled not without embarrassment and scanned the room with his eyes, pointing to men whose callsigns he would state, "Sundown, Wolfman, Hollywood, Chipper, Slider."
As she looked around the room, her gaze was drawn to a blond man at the other end of the bar, sunglasses on his nose, bringing his glass to his lips.
"Who is it?" She asked Goose without looking away from the stranger.
"Oh, it's Iceman."
She frowned, confused.
"Iceman? Is he that unpleasant?"
"Oh, it's up to you. But it's mostly to do with the way he flies." He was about to add something when the brown hair leprechaun joined them and gave Lisa a seductive smile.
"Hey there."
She looked at Goose amused who shrugged with an apologetic smile for his friend's behavior.
"He probably hasn't filled the bet yet." She said to him and Goose came to toast his glass to hers.
"Mav here is Lisa, young woman abandoned at the bar who understood who were the real men to date tonight." He said to Maverick speaking of himself which had the merit of making her laugh.
"Your approach was worth it." Nick brought his hand to his chest thanking her with a humble nod.
"Liiiiiiz!" Turning her head to her right she saw Helen happily raising her glass in her direction coming up to a tall dark-haired man who had his arm around her neck.
"Liz, you loosened up, I'm proud of you!" She threw out a little too happily, obviously tipsy. "He’s - " She glanced at the name tag of the man she was with to remember his name. "Slider."
"Slider, didn't you want to be a pilot? What happened?" Nick threw mockingly at the man.
"Goose, you such a dickhead, whose butt did you kiss to get in here?"
"Oh the list is long but distinguished."
Charming, she said to herself as her gaze passed from one to the other as they passed the ball back and forth.
"Hey Mother Goose, how’s it going?"
She turned her head as she heard the voice of a newcomer in the small group and her eyes couldn’t take her eyes off the man who had been at the bar a few minutes before, she found his eyes so beautiful that she found it hard to look away before he caught her in an obvious staring. He was even more attractive without his sunglasses, which gave him already a so sexy attitude. She bit the interior of her cheek to her thoughts to return to the present moment.
"Pete Mitchell, Tom Kazansky." Goose was making the introductions between the two pilots and she glanced at her friend who was observing the situation with a blissful look on her face, if she wasn't hammered already there she wasn't far from it.
"And who are these lovely ladies?" Tom asked, looking at Lisa and Helen in turn.
"Helen." Said the denizen pointing her index finger at herself and then pointed at her friend. "Lisa."
It was at that exact moment that Lisa's social skills and extroversion took a backseat, when she found herself surrounded by too many people and their eyes turned to her. To socialize with one person was one thing, two at the most, but this was too much, especially in front of such imposing people. She looked at them in turn like a lamb trapped by wolves and her gaze was caught by Iceman's who gave her a charming smile.
"Iceman."
"What kind of name is that? You belong to the Justice League or what?”
Goose burst out laughing, quickly joined by Maverick, Helen looked at her with her mouth open, never having heard her friend show such confidence, Slider raised an eyebrow and Iceman didn’t lose his smile amused by her reaction.
She bit her tongue, not knowing what had gotten into her. It was too much confidence for one evening, she put it down to the cocktail she had drunk.
"No, I'm just a pilot. But probably the best." He added, raising his gaze to Maverick, who was leaning on his elbows on the counter of the bar, and answered with an arrogant smile.
"What pretension, does it come with every pilot or is it in addition?"
Maverick laughed silently at this remark about his rival and Tom looked at her again with a smirk.
"Helen let's go." She declared as she grabbed her friend by the arm.
"But-”
She didn't give her time to protest. "You've had enough to drink for tonight. And I like you too much to leave you in the middle of these idiots."
Helen then followed her friend, dragging her feet, and Slider patted Ice on the back as he drank his shot in one go.
"You know what Slider, one day I'm going to marry that girl." He said as he put his sunglasses back on and chewed his chewim-gum. She had caught his eye, it hadn't taken more than that for a sudden interest in the young woman to awaken in him, and he didn’t intend to stop there.
