“Let’s go.” he followed her to their bedroom , he felt so happy at the moment this woman made him feel happy everyday more and more. he had so much love for her and nobody was gonna stop him from loving her. 

She smiled looking over at him as she pulled him into their bedroom and kissed him passionately, “I love you.” She whispered as she kissed him again passionately.

Liam waited for Lacey to return and grinned when she started to speak to him. he pulled her closer by her hand and leaned in closer. “Hmm that sounds like a good idea.” he grinned before he started to kiss her softly 

Lacey felt him pull her closer and she smiled with a big grin and held onto him for a moment as she placed her lips on his mouth for a moment as they kissed passionately for a moment, “Lets go to the bedroom.” She stated as she kissed him more passionately as she started to pull him into the bedroom for a moment.

Lacey was happy things were back on track with Liam, she never imagined them back together but now that they were, she was going to make the most of it. As they got back home from the theme park, it was late and Jamie was tired, so she took Jamie to his room and put him to bed. As she returned she saw Liam standing there at the side and she smiled as she took his hand, “Well now that he’s asleep, what do you say we have some time alone.” She stated winking at him for a moment as she looked at him again.

“If you cry , i cry, if you don’t cry i don’t cry. that is the statement.” he kept a serious face before he started to laugh. “have a great evening you guys unless you wanna stay here ?”

“Well aren’t you very romantic? That is very sweet of you.” She smiled looking over at him for a moment before laughing. “Well are you going to cook dinner for me? Or us should I say?”

“Me cry ? no tear.” he teased with a serious face before he started to laugh. “You will cryeven more missy.” he joked back and laughed with his little boy he loved both so so much 

She laughed, “Oh I am sure that is true.” She stated looking over at him and laughed for a moment looking over at him , “Are you sure I will cry even more? Me cry is vary rare?” She smirked looking at him and smiled, “Well I better get this little one home, but I will see you tomorrow”

“Daddy will cry as hard as mommy will cry.” he laughed and their little guy laughed aswell while nodding yes. “I think our little bud over here thinks we will cry, .” he laughed “I’d love to come for dinner.” 

Lacey laughed a little as he walked their little boy get excited for a day out on the rides and she looked at him and nodded “Well like I said you might cry.” She giggled a little looking over at him, before she got up for a moment, “Okay sounds good, let's go then.” She smiled looking over at the man she loved.

Liam was happy and a little emotional from her words. “You arev the one  for me Lace.’ HE smiled at her and was happy whern she said yes and Jamie did aswell. “That’s settled then.’ he looked at Jamie. “Which rides do you wanna go on to ?” he laughed. “No scaring mommy and daddy right ?”

Lacey sat there as she saw him get a little emotional and she didn’t mind that because she had spent that much time away from him. She laughed a little, “Yeah mommy and daddy are too old for scary ides. Also Daddy might cry.” She laughed a little looking over at him, “I’m totally kidding by the way. She looked at him, “Did you want to come for dinner?” She asked Liam.

“We don’t have to start all over again but just give each other space when we need to. i don’t wanna lose you again Lace.” she said in all honestly. You are still the one fpr me and still have. When Jamie walked into the living room he picked him up. “Say Jamie what would you think if Mommy and i took you to an amusement park tomorrow ?” he looked at Lacey for answer

Lacey put a hand through her hair before looking over at him, the guy she lvoed and still loved even if they had split up. “I don’t want to lose you again either, no matter what our problems were. I love you and only you Liam. Yes you’re still the one for me Liam and I am an idiot to think anyone else is.” She stated as she took a hold of his hand before seeing Jamie walk into the room so she let go of his hand for a moment. Lacey looked over at the two of them and smiled a little, “I think Mommy would really love that, should we go Jamie?” She asked before seeing him nod, “Looks like that is a yes.”

“Since we stil have feelings for each other why don’t we try to start all over again and if there comes a point you’ll find someone better you are free to go. i won’t keep you when you are unhappy.’ 

Lacy gave a brief glance over at Liam, although they had been split up for a good few months now, she honestly, felt like it had been forever, being around him gave her some kind of sense of happiness and she wished that she never let him go in the first place. “What from the beginning? You want to start all over again? Liam, there isn’t anyone else but you, i mean no one who can make me feel the way you make me feel. I would love to try it all again with you.” She stated before taking a hold of hi shad for a moment as she waited for Jamie to walk through to the living room.

When they pulled away from the kiss he felt the sparks between them again, the feelings he missed so much. he loved this woman and never stopped loving her. he listened to her, wiping her tears awat. “I know it shouldn’t have happend, but we can’t go back in time saying it didn’t happend… be honest do you still have feelings for me ?”

Lacey sat there looking over at him, she really did miss him and she wanted him in her life but could she do that? Could she go through all of that again and put Jamie through this mess? “Why did it happen? I just.. I’m sorry. I didn’t mean to..... How could I not still have feelings for you Liam? I mean is that a question you’re really asking?”

Liam hate seeing her in pain and was gonna do anything to make her feel better again before she left. he wrapped his arms around her and made sure she felt loved with his warmth he looked into her eyes before he felt her lips on top of his. he didn’t hesitate to kiss her back even when he was super shocked He didn’t expect this tyo happen but boy what was is amazing to be kissing her again.

Lacey was feeling all kinds of foolish right now, what if Jamie walked in, but she needed it, was it closure or was it the fact that she just couldn’t get over him, he was the love of her life once. And maybe all their problems over looked their good parts and how happy they were at some point. She started to think could or would they ever be able to get to that place again? It was a question going on in her mind for ages and kissing him brought the sparks back to her and now she was stuck on what to do. She pulled away from the kiss and looked up at him with tears in her eyes, “Liam... I-I.. That shouldn’t have happened.... What’s going on with us...”

“We can also move on on our own ways,�� you deserve to be happy even when i can’t make you happy.” he said softly. he kept listening to her words. ““I wanna take away that sadness from you, please cry on my shoulder if you want to, i’m not going to run away because opfthat Lace. I mean it.” he kept his voice down as he rubbed her back softly. “Than  let Jamie see you smile , he deserves it Lace.” he smiled. he looked up at her. “most of our moments were amazing and i still love you too lace, i wanna keep you but when people are unhappy you have to let them go.”

Lacey looked over at Liam and felt the pain hit her for a moment, hearing him say that he couldn’t make her happy made her want to cry, he did make her happy once and she didn’t know if he still couldn’t. She shook her head looking up at him, she had to do everything in her restraints to not kiss him because she knew she had the urge to do so. By the time he said to cry on his shoulder, that’s what she was doing, she didn’t realize she was so sad and needed to cry out. Holding onto him was her way of feeling safe and she needed that for now. “I want to be happy for Jamie, I mean it’s hard but he deserves happiness in his life.” She sighed looked at him, “They were amazing.” She sighed looking up at him, she knew she shouldn’t but her gut and body was telling her to do so, she pulled him in for a moment and lifted her head for a moment and bit her lip. Wrapping an arm around his neck, she pulled him and kissed him softly on his lips, it even though her face was tear stained it was something she needed.

“I don’t wanna see you unhappy and even though i love you you weren’t happy in the end. I wanna see that wonderful smile back on your face. i wanna make you happy again even when it takes me 10 years to make you smile again. .” he looked at her sad. he heard her saying he wcould still love her. and he still did. he stood up from his seat and walked over to sit right beside her as he pulled her closer into his arms. “I hate seeing the sadness in your eyes.” he whuspered. “We had some awful moments but gosh i can’t get you out of my mind.”

Lacey looked over at him shaking her head, “Liam, I get that but should you always worry about yourself happy. I want  you to be happy as well and if my plan isn’t going to make you happy then we’ll have to figure something else.” She looked at him biting her lip for a moment. As he sat beside her and she felt herself in his arms, she remembered how that used to feel and she wanted to close her eyes and remember the good times but she couldn’t looking at him, “There’s going to be sadness three, I don’t know how to get rid  of it, the only thing or person who seems to make me smile is Jamie.” She whispered looking up at him, this might be their first decent conversation they have ever had. “Liam, not all of our moments were awful, some of them were pretty great moments. I can’t you out of my mind either Liam, that’s the problem with us,...” She stated looking down for a moment trying not to do what she wanted, before looking up and pulling him into a hug and whispered slightly, “I still love you Liam.”

“Even if i told you i wasn’t happy about it, it wouldn’t have changed anything you made the decision and if that makes you happy than i’m happy for you because i wanna see you happy no matter what. even when we asren’t together anymore doesn’t mean i can’t love you anymore.’ he said to her.

Lacey sighed and shook her head, “Do you really not know me Liam, seriously? I mean I am pretty sure I wouldn’t do it if you didn’t want to. This whole thing isn’t going to work if we don’t discuss things and you just say yes.” She sighed putting a hand through her hair before looking over at him for a moment biting her lip noticing their son walk in, “Mommy, I’ve finished playing with my toys.” She heard her son say and she looked at him, “How about you go pack the toys up and then put your shoes on for mommy n be a good boy whilst Mommy and Daddy talk” She looked at him, “Liam... I never said you can’t love me anymore, I mean damn it, I still love you too but that doesn’t change what’s happened and what we should do.”

Hearing her statement, Liam actually disagreed with this idea but if it made her happy he would go along with it. Her happiness went above anything before him even when they were divorced and awkward now he somehow still cared for her. “If this is what you want than i’m not the guy who will stop you. so we will do this.” he smiled a bit. he looked up at her before sipping his coffee. 

Lacey was sitting there, she wasn’t really sure what to do, she wanted to run out and take Jamie with her, and just forget everything. She wanted to take it back because she could tell in his voice that he wasn’t entirely happy about it, “Liam, please don’t lie to me, please don’t tell me you’re happy about it and okay about it, if you’re not. Liam, it was an idea, you could say no, we don’t have to or you don’t have to. Please just talk to me.” She stated as she picked up her cup and took a sip of coffee, “At least one thing hasn’t changed, you still make the best cup of coffees yet.” She stated.

Liam left for the kitchen and returned with some hot steamy coffee and placed a cup infront Lacey and brought Jamie his juice. “There you go my boy.” he patted his head. He walked back to the table with his cup into is hands before sitting down and facing Lacey. “I’m listening, what kind of idea do you have for us ?” he wasn’t sure if he was gonna agree with it but he was willing to listen to her ideas,.

Lacey wasn’t sure what to do, she knew he would probably get mad about it but she also knew this was a good idea to ask, since she had met someone she had liked recently but she also wanted to run it by him first, instead of causing drama. She sat there as she smiled at the coffee, “Thank you.” She stated as she put a hand through her long blonde hair as she looked at him, “Look I know things aren’t exactly the best with us, it’s not like we can genuinely have a decent non awkward conversation like we did when we were together. But here’s the thing, I think maybe we should start you know seeing other people, try and move on from you know us, then maybe one day things will be easier between us.” She sighed as she looked over at him.
