Hot take: you are not a "healer", if you don't believe in science, if you think people don't need doctors and modern medicine, if your solution to every problem is toxic positivity, if you try to convince people that their mental and/or physical illnesses can be cured by crystals or light or energy or vibes. You are not a healer because you're actually harming the people you're claiming to heal. What you are is delusional and a fraud.

Things I think are red flags in the spiritualist community and why:

❗️ Those who claim to speak for deities or who claim to receive messages (about other people) from deities :: I’ve had many people in the spiritualist community contact me claiming that their deity gave them a message for me. Sometimes I’ve had people be respectful and ask me first “can I give you a message from ____” and I appreciate that but I always tell them “no.” Other times I’ve had people send me messages that start with “My Goddess ____ told me you’re relationship is in danger of…” with a whole message attached, from this stranger, proclaiming their God/Goddess told them to tell me this. I find these interactions to be super uncomfortable and I think they cross many common sense boundaries. I’ve also been told by self proclaimed psychics that “God” wants me to know [insert something scary, toxic or dangerous here] and that now that they’ve told me this, I’m reasonable for what happens next. — This goes without saying but if you’re actually seeking out someone who works with, receives messages from or claims to speak for deities because you want to get a message, then obviously take this warning with a grain of salt. But also be careful of those trying to manipulate you and scare you into obedience with these sort of claims.

❗️Anyone who claims to be an authority on magic or witchcraft :: “This is the only way to do [insert very general practice here] and if you do it differently then you’re not an actual witch (or you don’t practice real magic).” Usually these types of toxic spiritualist lurk in Wicca communities (no offense to my wiccan witch friends, a lot of y’all are cool) or they’re, unsurprisingly, culturally appropriating a closed practice that they’re actually not a part of or have any rights to.

❗️ Witches who culturally appropriate from closed practices they have no rights to and aren’t a part of :: I’m sorry but non Indigenous American 20 and 30 something year old “shamans” on Instagram, Etsy, YouTube wherever selling dream catchers and smudge sticks will never sit right with me. And if you even hint that they’re doing something wrong by profiting off of someone else’s culture they either block you or claim some long lost relative from 200 years ago was apart of X culture and so they use that to claim some sort of rights to it. I don’t trust these people.

❗️ Anyone who suggests that you use drugs to “open up your psychic abilities” :: This is really just a red flag in general lol. Don’t take drugs from random strangers and don’t start doing drugs just because some white woman with dreads and dirty feet told you an acid trip would help you get to the astral plane or receive messages from your “spirit animal.” Just be careful who you’re trusting in these situations.

❗️ Anyone selling “spirit companions” :: This is an ethical issue with me and also I’m just hardwired to not believe that the rock or bottle you purchased for $40 is anything more than a rock or bottle. These “spirit shops” are cringe at best and scams at worst. I do not trust them and I don’t trust people who participate in them. It gives very much LARPing vibes. — if you’re interested in the idea of something kinda like “spirit companionship” I suggest looking into chaos magic, specifically Servitors. It’s not exactly the same thing but at least you’re not putting your trust into someone claiming to capture spirits to then sell or “adopt” (as they like to call it).

❗️ If they claim that you’re disability or mental illness is at all related to your spiritual practice or is some sort of karmic thing :: I don’t trust anyone who says that the voices people, with mental illnesses like schizophrenia, hear are demons or spirits or god. And you’re not disabled because of some “generational” curse (or any curse). If someone tells you these things I suggest you politely excuse yourself from any further interactions with that person.

Gonna give you some important astrologer indicators with this asteroid:

Urania conjunct Sun.

This placement makes a person naturally interested in astrology. Some Urania qualities will be seen in basic personality - wisdom, philosophical vibes. People with this placement probably have no problem with mathematical thinking (but check other placements). Usually very wise.

Urania in 9th house.

The ninth house rules philosophy and some Urania parts do too. Very strong placement. VERY philosophical person. Naturally interested and amazing at astrology. People who teach astrology to others. Teachers. Have a big chance of even majoring in astrology/astronomy.

Urania conjunct MC.

Career related to astrology/astronomy or philosophy. It's the way how they earn money. Power over astrology (easy understanding). Often seen placement in astrologer charts. Advanced knowledge.

Urania in harmonious aspect with Chiron.

Finding a way how to heal through astrology. Chiron was actually an astrologer, so those aspects make strong knowledge in astrology. Finding yourself through astrology. Also great at teaching astrology to others.

Urania in 12th house or Pisces.

Spiritual placement. Might have been interested in astrology in a past life. New astrology ideas. Have a creative approach to astrology. Might hide astrology knowledge from others. Keep it a secret hobby.

North node harmonious aspect to Urania.

Meant to be spiritual. Meant to expand astrology on a different level. Interest in astrology. Might have a future related to astrology/astronomy or philosophy. Great astrologers!

The whole chart matters.

Ascendant-Mars aspects: Messy hairstyle, sporty and comfortable. Maybe very warm colors. Hot lol.

Ascendant-Venus aspects: Elegant, somehow balanced, so maybe 2 buns. Or like having a very noticeable hairline (idk how is it called). Hair accessories.

Ascendant-Moon aspects: hairstyle could be similar to moms. Much lighter tones, maybe bleached hair would look good.

Ascendant-Sun aspects: Wild hair. Usually, it's the first thing that others notice. Very creative/artistic hairstyles.

Ascendant-Uranus aspects: Messy, chaotic. Very unique and unusual. Loosen hair, since Uranus is the planet of freedom.

Ascendant-Neptune aspects: here we have even more artistic hairstyles. Very dreamy and calm colors. They might have inspired hairstyles for other people.

Ascendant-Saturn aspects: Very collected, and kind of “classical” hairstyles. Polite and neat. Might like a more vintage style for hair.

Ascendant-Mercury aspects: adapt hairstyles from other people. Maybe their hairstyle very depends on how they are feeling and what they are thinking of.

Ascendant-Jupiter aspects: Hmmm... Maybe they would look great with longer hair. Any kind of popular hairstyles in other countries. Rich ass extra hairstyle.

Asteroid Alma (390) and Moon/Neptune harmonic aspects can indicate often seeing your soulmate in dreams.

Juno-Jupiter (square, opposition) aspects can indicate marrying for money or having multiple marriages (but check other aspects).

Juno sometimes isn't a cute romantic asteroid, it can indicate disloyalty & manipulation too (synastry charts).

Juno-Jupiter (trine, sextile) aspects can indicate having luck with marriage.

Aphrodite (1388) in 5th house look attractive when eating lmao.

Prominent asteroid (traits) falling in the 6th house are more noticeable in daily routines.

Apollo (1862)-ascendant aspects can indicate having very attractive body proportions. They look very good naked. If it makes challenging aspects, then they might either be the biggest show-off or either super insecure (look at other placements)

Apollo-Sun opposition aspect can indicate having pride in a balanced way (btw this is not bad).

Apollo in the 5th house is a fame indicator.

Urania (30) in the 8th house can get easily obsessed with astrology.

Urania with a lot of sextile aspects can indicate having a person who supports and maybe even advises about astrology.

Eros in 5th house might be big wine lovers.

Eros in 3rd house might get turned on of love letters or reading erotic books.

Apollo-Venus (trine, sextile) aspects look very good in golden jelewery.

Asteroid Memoria (1247) in 1st house can indicate having a good visual memory.

Memoria in a good aspect with Neptune/Moon can indicate seeing memories in dreams or just remembering a lot of things when drunk.

White Moon Selena (h56) can show in the chart where you can find mental/spiritual support (house placement).

White Moon Selena-north node aspects can indicate having some challenges finding your spiritual support.

Ceres with a positive aspect with Mercury can indicate nurturing people with words or texts.

People with Chiron-Venus aspects, usually feel drawn to flowers, especially clothes with them.

Aphrodite in 7th house people might think that roses are very romantic and would want this present from partner very often.

Chiron can show where in life you feel like an outstander/ very different from others.

Asteroid Somnium (3258) represents dreams & sleep.

Somnium-Mercury aspects are very great at writing fantasy stories.

Asteroid Aura (1488) 4th house has a naturally comforting and very caring aura. People feel very loved by you.

Aura-Venus AND Neptune aspects might indicate being able to see other people's aura’s with colors (check other placements).

Azalea (1056) prominence can indicate being family-oriented.

Azalea in an aspect to ascendant/Venus can indicate being seen as gorgeous with luxurious taste.

Rare/unheard but interesting asteroids💓

Side note - these are based on my opinions and experiences. I was sitting for 2 hours and experimented with these asteroids, and I'm NOT sure if everything is 100% right, so don't take anything too seriously.

What I noticed -

Fiala (3695) - Spiritual vision/knowledge. This asteroid prominence can indicate interest in spirituality.

Cyrus (7209) - champion/hero, protector of people. This asteroid prominence can indicate being seen as a savior, with a powerful personality. Maturity.

Koning (3815) - in German it means king. I believe that this asteroid can show where in life you have “power” and you feel respected.

Zero (4321) - “nothing”, new start. Zero placement in the chart may show new beginnings in your life.

Vasari (216757) - this asteroid can show talent in art (painting, architecture, sculpture). Named after the Italian artist Giorgio Vasari.

Fox (16248) - House where your “fox” sits at, can show where in life you would be the most tricked/fooled at OR where in life you might fool someone.

Saule (428694) - Sun. It's similar to the asteroid Apollo but shows more about where our hearts feel the most comfortable.

Savage (29837) - This can show where in life we are the most savages. Also, aspects with Mercury can indicate sarcastic humor.

Tartu (35618) - it's an Estonian city (which is very close to my heart) since it's often associated with higher education city, it might show that too.

Tell (16522) - your ability to express your thoughts with telling. Conversation topics that you might like to talk about with others.

Geographos (1620) - Your geography knowledge. What part of your life takes geography.

Sun in 12th house is a very creative placement. These people usually express themselves through arts (painting, drawing, dancing, photography, etc.)

Moon in 9th house people probably would like traveling to a place somewhere near the ocean, possibly islands.

Saturn in 7th house people might have a harder time going through breakups.

Saturn rules over debts too.

Virgo moons worry very much. I associate this moon sign with also being super concerned about their close ones. Truly the most caring people🥺

Moon-Mars aspect people are so loving. They also always defend their family with all their heart.

People with north node in the 7th house might be scared of marriage or any partnerships. Some might prefer being alone [south node in 1st] (check aspects).

Having a lot of sextiles can indicate a lot of fame opportunities (check other placements).

I've noticed that 2nd house Venus are usually very insecure about their beauty.

People with retrograde mars often might accidentally hurt themselves.

MC ruler in 12th house is an astrologer indicator. It also can indicate a job at the hospital. Also, people with this placement might not feel comfortable with talking about their career plans.

5th house- how are you as a parent, 10th house - your parents.

People with Mercury in the 12th house had a big curiosity about spirituality. They would be amazing astrologers/tarot readers.

11th house shows your ambitions.

In composite charts, the 12th house shows healings through the relationship.

People with the north node in the 5th house can have the hardest time learning how to love themselves.

Psyche (16) in the 12th house people can have psychic dreams.

2nd house shows your abilities to make your own business.

People with Sagittarius in 3rd house might sometimes say things without much thinking. They tend to make decisions a bit carelessly. But tho, it's always fun around them.

People with Gemini placements (especially mercury) are very good at working with computers.

When looking at transits for a specific day, always check Moon placement, it will say your general “mood” that day.

People with 6th house stelliums are one of the best at sports (if well-aspected, then it can indicate a career with sports activities).

Asteroid Eros (433) rules over roses too. Since Venus is the planet of perfumes, Eros-Venus aspects can indicate preferring rose scents.

People with Venus in the 4th house might want a flower garden in their living place.

People with Aquarius IC don't like to talk about their childhood.

In synastry asteroid, Hera (103) can indicate jealousy (it's also family/marriage asteroid) . For example Hera square Pluto is a very intense aspect, both people are very obsessive towards each other.

Asteroid Hekate (100) strong placements can indicate psychic powers. But tho, when placed in the 6th house, then the person has a deep love for dogs.
