M3ju41 - PEB because they took a delivery photo and I ended up not liking one of the things I got, thru livechat

Dj3rf 4v3nu3 - annoying as hell, investigated w/ UPS and sent me a delivery photo but I said I didn’t recognize the place in the photo and refunded after two weeks

|84ggu - super easy thru email, just asked to confirm neighbors didn’t receive the package or anything

Rh0d3$k1n - got a replacement thru email, was gonna return but they ended up providing a refund without sending back the items

Some of the 🧬 since July 2024:

♡ Sh€1n: € 170. This was an easy refund. They said they did an internal invest. Update: it seems like they are more difficult now and refuse a lot, so keep that in mind

♡ Tɛmoo: € 120. i got the stuff in three seperate packages. I was able to 🧬2/3. The other package I did PEB. They were not going easy on the last package.

♡ C!d£r: € 220. Easy refund.

♡ H and M: € 170. Easy refund. Had to wait 48 hours.

♡ Chærløþþɛ T: € 290. No questions were asked. They refunded.

♡ Zªlªndº: € 100. They invest. During the invest they said that the package was lost in the warehouse and they refunded. I guess I was lucky maybe.

♡ Iůłů🍋: € 200. Had to wait 5 days and then got the refund as I had sale items as well so they could not reship.

€ 390. Same as above.

€ 350.

♡ §ƙ1ms: first time 🧬 € 140. Easy and quick.

Second time EB € 700. Refunded right away through the chat

♡ Scªmąźon: € 95. The first time was very easy. Second time they denied refund. I think my account was not as aged yet.

♡ Ṭąërt3: € 130. Wait 48 hours and then it is easily done via live chat.

♡ V$ : first time € 250. Just wait a few days and then they refund

Second time: € 260. Just as easy as the first time.

Third time: € 430. Same as above.

Fourth time: €180. It was supposed to be higher, but they sent me the wrong order... I contacted them through lnsta.

♡ Nlk3: failed. They are dead. They also check the weight and did an invest with the carrier. Maybe PEB for one item could work, but I won't try them again. I'm trying to dispute it now. Update: dispute has been approved but Nlk3 can still appeal it for some weeks

♡ Gʻ00D ªm3rlcan: PEB € 450. They reshipped immediately, but then I just sent those items back again. Keep in mind you have to pay to return.

♡ se4a: € 200. I did PEB and said only one item arrived.

♡ ĞIoʻ§§jér: € 200. Easiest ever and they replied within minutes.

€ 280. It took a bit longer this time but eventually they refunded.

♡ 3dlkt3d: € 200. Uses OP, which makes it easier. Does not refund shipping costs.

♡ klIIst@r: € 190. Uses Route. You can claim after 5 days and then it works.

♡ RoIf I@urn: € 300. I succeeded eventually, but it took a month and they invest with UP$.

♡ $nűg$$: € 80. EB, I received the refund the same day I emailed them

yes ofc!! okay so technically it wasn’t 🧬 bc i already 🧬 a switch on that same acc a while back. instead i was gonna ftid but in order to succeeded i needed to drop off the fake package myself. and then that fake package would get shipped to a warehouse near the amazøn return warehouse. you gotta photoshop the shipping label and all that stuff (this is just a basic understanding of ftid method)

but i completely forgot that there’s a lithium battery in the camera 😭. so a ups driver had to come pick up the package and put their own shipping label on it. obviously ftid wouldn’t work through this way + it was risky since they can open my package to check for the camera’s serial #

so instead i claimed damage and said the battery leaked. i said the outside of the box looked completely normal but when i opened it, there was a huge mess. then basically just mixed baking soda with water and put it all over the box. then i had to go back n forth on the phone with them. kept getting referred to a specialist. and finally my refund was approved!! 🥳

for the switch, make sure your account is aged and has past orders with no refunds/🧬. go on live chat after like 2-3 days. do this at night so the chat agent is too tired to care 💀. then just claim 🧬

♡ DNA masterpost ♡

So as alot of you know DNA stands for Did Not Arrive, its when you order something online and then tell the company it never arrived. Most places will instantly refund, sometimes they may do an investiagtion, but this isnt something to worry about. Its a must to be able to lie easily and make up things on the spot.

♡ what live chat may say ♡

• "contact your local post office" you never actually have to contact them, you can just say they said they never received the package or that it was lost in transit.

• "by accepting a refund you agree that you have told the truth, police may be involved" ive only seen shein say that (they would not contact authorities over £100 of sweatshop clothing) and it means absolutely nothing. Police will never do anything even if reported, its impossible they will do something but if they were to investigate you can easily say you found the parcel, you truly never did receive it, or you received it after you got the refund.

•"we will proceed to an investigation" this also essentially means nothing, an investigation can mean a different team will just look at the reported situation and decide if a refund will happen. The delivery service may be contacted but all they can say is "well we delivered it"

♡ how to actually go about a refund ♡

•message livechat: usually on a website or app there will be a customer service live chat, this will connect you to a real person that you will message. Usually you can get an instant refund with live chat. You always have to confirm your details such as address, email, and phone number.

•call them up: ive personally never called up for a refund but it works in a similar way to livechat. Always remember to stick to your story.

•email: email is usually significantly slower than live chat or phoning so essentially you shouldnt do email but its not impossible.

♡ how to act ♡

•"Always remember to be kind and respectful" customer service already deal with alot. Remember we are criminals not meanies. The customer service will be way more helpful and smooth if you are just respectful, ive been thanked by customer service for being understanding and had a convo about how shit people can be to customer service.

•"confident" remember to always be confident in what you want and in your story. If they offer reshipment ask for a refund instead, if they offer store credit say "no thanks id rather not order from here again". Dont accept anything that isnt a refund. Still be kind but push for what you want.

•"emotional" remember you're acting like someone didnt receive a parcel they needed and were excited for. Dont get angry, just seem upset and disappointed.

♡ methods ♡

The only way to get a refund isnt DNA.

•"PEB" parcels are always weighed so this can be sticky but saying that one of your two items didnt arrive. Ive seen people for example order airpods and an ipad, say the airpods werent there and then have airpods reshipped. You can then if you want return both the reshipped airpods and the ipad and boom you got free airpods.

•"damaged" this can also be sticky, companies will usually ask for items to be returned so they can reship. Id personally only attempt this for aliexpress/wish or if you are buying something electronic you can say the battery leaked (you cant post things that have battery leakage due to toxicity.) Also you can say that you got blood on the item and you have HIV so it would be incredibly dangerous to return. If electronic make sure you say that it didnt cause any damage that there is just blood on the item.

•"unmatched" you can say the item isnt as the listing indicated, sent the completely wrong product, the wrong colour, wrong size ect ect. For example you can take a top you bought that youre trying to get a refund on and find an item of a different size and take picture of that size lable as proof.

•"EB" same idea as peb but you say there was absolutely nothing in the box/package. Good ass success rate.

Make sure you know what you want to say, i personally first go with DNA, and then if that doesnt work say that your package didnt have the item (empty box or partially empty box) and then damaged. With damage you have to get creative, in a bag ive cut a lil hole on the inside that is with the seem and then its easily sewed back up. I saw someone else say the same example and ive done it so many times but if you order a black shirt, grab an old piece of black fabric and cut a hole in it and take a photo of that implying that its the same item.

I know i have some whack dna hauls like an ipad and multiple laptops but please remember that this is fraud at the end of the day. To be good at online scamming and shoplifting is to just be able to adapt to the situation and improvise when needed. Doing this too much with the same carrier can get your address blacklisted so keep that in mind.

Get to know your local crime reporting pages. Lots of local police jurisdictions post a list of daily crimes, also known as a police blotter. Note the places they pick up Shoplifters. One local Walmart is insanely thirsty and will nab anyone who takes a candy bar. Stay clear of those places. Note the places who constantly call the police and keep that in your head as places to avoid. It’s not worth it with all the stores that are available. As always. Follow the code. Never steal from a person, never steal from a small business.
