Your eyes widen as you realize something, perhaps grasping a faint memory of a version of yourself that never could've happened.
"...is this... Are we in Left 4 Dead?" you wonder out loud.
L'gol groans. "Don't be ridiculous. This is Voice of Cards. We're not in Left 4 Dead."
"Left 4 Dead! Left 4 Dead!" Tralis chirrups, suddenly elated by the prospect of getting to experience Valve's classic zombie-themed co-op FPS. She runs around happily, obviously unable to contain her joy.
"We're not in Left 4 Dead!" L'gol shouts after her, vainly.
"Left 4 Dead! Left 4 Dead! Hooray! Tralis is Coach! Coach!"
While she merrily bustles around the room reaffirming her choice of zombie-killin' avatar, L'gol shoots a penetrating glare of solid ice at Pulche. "Happy?"
"What?" Pulche shakes his head, startled. "Why me? For once I had nothing to do with any of this."
"Sorry," says L'gol. "Force of habit."
