[He promptly looks away. ...Maybe he can go look at the flowers outside. It'll go do that, moving to stand up from the couch and go to the door. Won't go far.]
*Juliet ate 3 bowls of cereal and a cup of coffee and has now ran around the home 6 times and is now doing push ups and crunches in the living room.*

[Lag just sits criss-cross on the couch, watching in... slight horror. Not his usual fear, of course. She has more energy than he could ever imagine having, even before his death.]

[Lag just gets comfortable laying down. Comfortable laying for him is different than what one would expect. It lays straight, arms crossed over its chest. Or, well, his arms were crossed before he took notice of the snom plushies.]
[He uncrosses his arms and rolls carefully onto his side, grabbing a plush and looking at it. Snom... Lag is unaware of what a snom is, but finds itself thinking fondly of the little creature.]
[He holds the plush as he ends up back on his back. He blocks his eyes with whichever arm isn't holding the snom. Light makes headache worse.]
*The front door creaks open. Lo and behold, there's that dark head of hair, brown eyes, and a black t-shirt with the slightest bit of a faded pink streak framing her face.*
*Juliet stares at Lag like she doesn't believe he's there.*
[Lag's been sitting outside ever since he got back. It hasn't been long, not too long at least. He's definitely sat out here for at least a day, but no longer than a week.]
[His attention jolts to the door when he hears it open. He stares back, not with the same expression as Juliet though of course. It stands up, just about loses its balance but catches itself before it can fall. He waves slightly.]
[He's as bandageless as he was when he left the seaside. That would be something new to Juliet. There's a mess of oil where it had been sitting, no bandages to keep it fron dripping more than usual.]

[He pushes the rag away from him. Hydrophobia, fear of water. Maybe he's starting to develop that, he wonders. He used to be more reasonable around water, still keeping distance due to being mechanical. But now it feels worse.]
[Everything about him feels worse.]
[He decides to lay back down in bed. The headache might be more bearable laying down.]

[The bluescreen ends after she left the room. He tries to adjust to sudddnly being in a whole different room, but his brain struggles and he gets sent into another bluescreen.]
[After the second ends, he's able to adjust. He looks around the room. He hasn't really been in here before. He moves to sit up and proceeds to be hit with a headache that sends him back down. He'd groan if he could.]
[Aside from the headache, it doesn't feel anymore hurt than usual. So, nothing bad happened? Yet, at least. He sighs. Not really one of relief or any emotion, just a sigh.]
[He does end up trying to move out of bed after laying for another minute, doing his best to ignore the headache.]

[Another flinch. He doesn't look at her as she talks. Well, he didn't until she mentioned a bath. He writes down that he can't take a bath.]
[He doesn't really like this situation. Door is closed and locked. She's mad, clearly. Mad at him? Seems so. It feels familiar in the worst way. Feels like being in that room, his own room, the door closed so he couldn't escape or get help, and someone pissed off at him for his actions sharing the same space.]
[The feeling of his blood dripping from his always bleeding wounds is the last straw. He bluescreens, eye shifting to that one blue.]

[He flinches at the door slamming. He shakes his head to knock away a few loose memories that tried to creep in. It walks to the couch to sort its things and also grab its pen and paper.]
[He writes: "I found someone injured by the ocean. I was helping them." He pauses and adds on a "I didnt know if I could come in again so I waited outside"]
[He shows her the paper.]

[He was shaking when he was grabbed by the face. He relaxes after she says she was told he was dead. There's the context of what that anon said at least.]
[It takes him a moment to move after his hand is grabbed and he starts being pulled, but he manages. After a few steps it pauses, though. It needs to pick up its things. He tugs very gently on Juliet's hand and looks at his things that are on the ground.]

look, okay
she was being stubborn and i wanted to get a reaction out of her
i didn't expect things to.. escalate
[He has the urge to call you an idiot. Even if he still had his voice he'd still stop himself, though. Only a momentary glimpse of his old self.]

[He takes a half step away, feeling afraid. His breathing starts to become shaky as she gets right into his face. Lag flinches away when he's pinched and backs up slightly when asked who he is.]
[Did she somehow forget him? That doesn't make sense, he wasn't gone for that long that she'd forget all about him, was he?]
[He can't get to his pen and paper now that he's backed away, and even less considering he feels himself begin to freeze up. It just stares at her. Its thoughts begin to turn to the fear that it could be hurt. He doesn't like that.]

[It's time to go home. No- Not home. Stop calling it home. It's just a house.]
[As he approaches, he finds that it's... changed a little. What's up with all the defences? He's a little worried.]

[Lag was hesitant about taking the figurine. But, eventually he did. He set it with the rest of his item on the sand as he watched Briseis leave. He waved slightly.]
[He waited for her to be out of sight before he gathered his stuff to leave. He might continue on his walk, but has to go home soon. How long has he been here? Doesn't matter, he just wants to get away from the water right now.]

[Lag blinks at the bandages. He surely can't take these back now. Also, they're probably wet now. Water touching a machines wounds sounds like a mistake. While he does grab them from her hands, he sets them on the sand. He makes sure there is distance between the two of them, out of fear of getting wet.]
[He scribbles down something about just getting new bandages when he gets hom- He pauses before roughly crossing out his mistake. Not home. When he gets back to the house, he corrects. He's not ready for a home.]
[He looks around at what he has. He didn't bring much with him, and most of it was stuff he needs to keep. Well, except for...]
[Lag reaches into his pocket and pulls out a few flowers. He's been enjoying picking them to bring back to identify. He can part with a few as a gift to someone who has been hurt. He holds them out to Briseis, three in total. One purple, one blue, one pink.]
[Lag was on a walk. He was more careful this time, he kept his map on him. As well as a pen and paper for communication. He's found himself on the shore, when... well, that's a person. And- blood? Oh no.]
[He approaches, slower than most would due to his injuries and cut wires. He's also being cautious, wary that this could be a trap of sorts. He still feels he should try to help even if it is some screwed up trick that'll get him hurt. He kneels down by Briseis, careful not to lose balance and fall over.]
@lagbeyondrepair
~ While the water had helped her wounds a bit, her breathing was still faint. Her legs have returned to being, well, human legs, save for patches of skin that certainly weren’t regular flesh. A crab seems to be staying by her side while Lag leans over to help her. ~
