i’m so fucking irritated by the people constantly saying “the chicken isn’t even good” or “chick fil a sauce sucks anyways” like damn don’t eat it if the moral statement is that important to you, but brazenly lying about how good a chicken nugget is just makes people look dumb

omg i feel you especially with how basic the food is like. it's fried chicken. it's really hard to fuck up fried chicken 😭

u know what actually isn't good at chickfila though? their coffee. i don't know what their problem is cuz their breakfast menu slaps but their coffee is ASS LMAO

i have the time to soapbox this morning because my work has been halted while they figure out an issue with the software

right now i am very carefree enjoying my downtime. but i know that imminently i will have to begin again and will be then working from a backed-up queue and it will be Stressful :’)

it’s very funny to me how much tumblr still hates chickfila 

i’ve literally never met anyone irl who does not eat at chick-fil-a all the goddamn time queers included. we’re all going to die. everything we do subjugates some other vulnerable population. nothing matters anymore. 

i boycott amazon and nestle and hobby lobby, but sometimes i buy things from shein and walmart and i eat a lot of chickfila and i get my gas at kroger 

no working class individual is responsible for offsetting or making up for the horrible things corporations have already done. same as the climate crisis. make all the responsible choices you want, share knowledge, but quit acting like you’re really that much better than someone else because you choose not to eat at this one fast food restaurant. it’s goddamn fast food fuck you

this is literally not how it works at ALL this is what i mean when i say words are supposed to mean things

like that exact particular scenario (overhearing adults having sex and not being able to leave or go somewhere that i can’t hear them having sex) has affected the way i behave and think about sex so significantly that i feel deeply ashamed of it. it’s so embarrassing i’ve never been able to tell a therapist about it. 

anyone who thinks that shit isn’t a big deal is suspicious to me. i’m not going to label them a predator but they certainly would make a predator feel very comfortable!

yeah people take things to the nth degree but 1. consider that a lot of the individuals online who make Very Hot Takes regarding open sexuality are MINORS, CHILDREN, TEENAGERS. they obviously do not have an adult perspective on sex and expecting them to take an adult perspective is obtuse at best

2. it’s still objectively wrong to expose children to overt sexualization, sexual activity, sexually explicit themes. and it’s not because of uptight evangelicals brainwashing the masses it’s because CHILDREN DO NOT HAVE THE ABILITY TO COMPREHEND THE NUANCES OF SEXUALIZATION 

i’m so deeply disturbed by the fact that someone really went “kids in warzones, that’s real trauma! exposure to sexuality at a young age is not traumatic”

i’m so uncomfortable with the fact that i feel compelled to try and explain why it’s wrong and harmful to involve children in sexual situations, IN ANY CAPACITY

fuck all of you, personally, from me. hearing adults having sex as a child, knowing they are having sex, and being unable to leave the setting where you are able to hear them having sex - THIS IS, OBJECTIVELY TRAUMATIC I HAVE LINGERING TRAUMA FROM THIS EXACT SCENARIO AND EVERYONE WHO SEEKS TO DOWNPLAY THE SEVERITY OF EXPOSING CHILDREN TO SEXUAL ACTIVITY IS, BY CONSEQUENCE, A PREDATOR IT IS THAT BAD! IT IS THAT BAD! COMPARING CHILD SEXUAL TRAUMA TO BEING IN A WARZONE IS SO DISINGENUOUS IT MAKES ME GENUINELY ANGRY I CAN'T EXPLAIN IN CLEARER TERMS THAT SEXUAL ACTIVITY AND CHILDREN SHOULD NOT MIX. IT'S NOT HEALTHY IT'S ABUSIVE AND THIS IS NOT HYPERBOLE

stop saying "gen z brought back bush-era purity politics" i grew up in the bush era and even then people weren't saying that you're a sex addict for having boring marital sexual congress in the same house as your children. this is just plain unhinged

always blows my mind as a european when people talk about states like “yeah theres nothing in ohio/montana/wyoming/etc” because i look at a map like but. but theyre so big. every state could qualify as its own country what do you mean theres nothing there. and then i ask people from those states and theyre like “yeah theres nothing here” what do you mean theres nothing there!!!
