12 New plants! All of them are in the game already but glued to bookcases and shelves, so I detached the plants, cleaned up the models & texture and made some color variations. All of them have ~12 swatches, besides the obvious pot color the green also changes tint.

So, while I was always a big fan of the kitchen that came with Jungle Adventure, I was always wishing for some more versatility in the set. The swatches never seemed to match any of my builds, I didn’t like the color of the handles and the countertops and most of all, the plates in the cabinets were driving me crazy because they always had the same bright colors. That’s why I’m presenting you this little project of mine: The Toned Down Jungle Kitchen Set!

Here’s what I did:

Made the handles a bit darker

Added more Maxis-Match wood swatches 

Added more countertops for all the different swatches (except for the ones where it’d be too matchy-matchy)

Cut off the lower part of the full-height cabinet so that it sits on the counter like the Parenthood cabinet (for one because I liked the look of the countertops still being there and also because the lighting was always off for me with the lower part)

Changed the color of the plates in the cabinets to be either black or white

The set includes the counter, the island and the cabinet.

Note: It’s a recolor/mesh edit, not a default replacement, so you’ll still have the original kitchen in your game.

Jungle Adventure required.

Around the Sims 4 | Maxis Match - Counter & Island for Tiny Houses

Before getting the pack, I had already promised myself to make some furniture for Tiny Houses (I love small spaces!), and I waited for the release of the stuff pack, because I wanted to take the counter as base of design for my future furniture… but there was actually no new counter with the stuff pack! :D

So. First thing to do: a counter and an island, matching with the rest of the furniture of the stuff pack! To come, my new furniture (but there might be another set about something else in the meanwhile, because I have something ready for almost a month now! ;D) Note that Tiny Houses isn’t required to use these counters.

GUIDRY’S SUMPTUOUS SEATS by amoebae

The sofa suite in the new Paranormal pack is just what we’ve been crying out for… but the swatches not so much.

Here you’ll find several recolours with a few different options, all with 48 Image Spectra swatches.

Violetta’s Loyal  Sofa: V1 = plain seats with beige-toned blankets and cushions; V2 = plain seats with grey-toned blankets and cushions; V3 = plain seats with multicoloured blankets and cushions (the gif above shows some of the different options in V3).

Frisky Loveseat: V1 = leaf pattern recolours; V2: ornate pattern recolours.

Favorite Chair: V1 = leaf pattern recolours; V2: ornate pattern recolours.

EDIT 2021-02-05: I’ve added patterned versions of the Loyal Sofa and Dearly Departed Chair, along with plain and patterned versions of the 2-seater loveseat created by kiwisims. These are all included in the Paranormal Seating Loveseat & Patterns Addons zip folder, and you can pick and choose between them. You need kiwisims’ loveseat mesh (the version with no scarf).

The Frisky Loveseat and Favorite Chair have bigger file sizes than I would have liked, because try as I might (and I tried for hours) I could not get rid of compression artefacts when using png or dtx5 textures, and so had to save as uncompressed dds.

Dining Tables Plus - CC Addon for Base Game

It always bugged me a little how dining tables in The Sims 4 usually came in incomplete sets, so it wasn’t always possible to use a specific table design since there wasn’t one available in the size you need for the room you are building. This addon aims to solve this issue by finishing off most existing dining table sets in Base Game, as well as adding a completely new table size, a larger 4-seater variant, for added versatility.

This set contains 27 tables of various sizes.

The issue of ‘incomplete sets’ are obviously not exclusive to dining tables, so I eventually hope to ‘complete’ sets of different things such as coffee tables, sofas, beds, etc. I also plan on expanding sets outside of Base Game as well, so feel free to suggest which packs I should focus on first!

As this is an addon which use assets from Base Game. Which means that this set is completely Base Game Compatible!

Install
