Not in the slightest, his solution to racism was to wipe out tbe minority race altogether in a way that helped no one.

We saw the marleyans did not believe that the power of the titans was eradicated by the founder, they'd probably think the eldians launched a 5 year plan of having no babies to trick the marleyans and the oppression would get harder

Likewise, once the last eldians died, the marleyan regime would simply find a new minority to put into camps because they're pretty reliant on eldians for their military vanguard (and probably hard labour too)

Zeke was delusional, only tangentially an idealist, that Eren used and took advantage of. His plan helps no one except his own weird guilt complex. Marleyans lose their propaganda tool/labour, eldians lose their entire race, the other nations probably face heightened marleyan aggression due to them panicking and the marleyan state probably collapses, atleast as we know in the show, whether its annexed or reformed is up to chance, but a regime based on fascist oppression for labour, suddenly losing its labour reliance won't survive, its like if tomorrow every farmer in a nation stopped farming, you just can't account for that with incentives or imports
