वाणी:- सहंस कमल दल भी आप साहिब, ज्यूं फूलन मध्य गन्ध है। पूर रह्या जगदीश जोगी, सत् समरथ निर्बन्ध है।। सरलार्थ:- सहंस्र कमल दल का स्थान सिर के ऊपरी भाग में कुछ पीछे की ओर है जहाँ पर कुछ साधक बालों की चोटी रखते हैं। वैसे भी बाल छोटे करवाने पर वहाँ एक भिन्न निशान-सा नजर आता है। इस कमल की हजार पंखुड़ियाँ हैं। इस कारण से इसे सहंस्र कमल कहा जाता है। इसमें काल निरंजन के साथ-साथ परमेश्वर की निराकार शक्ति भी विशेष तौर से विद्यमान है। जैसे भूमध्य रेखा पर सूर्य की उष्णता अन्य स्थानों की अपेक्षा अधिक रहती है। वह जगदीश ही सच्चा समर्थ है, वह निर्बन्ध है। काल तो 21 ब्रह्माण्डों में बँधा है। सत्य पुरूष सर्व का मालिक है।

वाणी:- मीनी खोज हनोज हरदम, उलट पन्थ की बाट है। इला पिंगुला सुषमन खोजो, चल हंसा औघट घाट है।। सरलार्थ:- जैसे मछली ऊपर से गिर रहे जल की धारा में उल्टी चढ़ जाती है। इसी प्रकार भक्त को ऊपर की ओर सतलोक में चलना है। उसके लिए इला (इड़ा अर्थात् बाईं नाक से श्वांस) तथा पिंगुला (दांया स्वर नाक से) तथा दोनों के मध्य सुष्मणा नाड़ी है। उसको खोजो। फिर हे भक्त! ऊपर को चल जो औघट घाट अर्थात् उलट मार्ग है। संसार के साधकों का मार्ग त्रिकुटी तक है। संत मार्ग (घाट) इससे और ऊपर उल्टा चढ़ने का मार्ग (घाट) है। यह सुष्मणा सतनाम के जाप से खुल जाता है।
