Lamasochiste - Lifestyle Blogger & Digital Nomad
6 posts
Hi there, I'm Deena. I run Lamasochiste, the natural lifestyle blog. Here we like to discuss the different ways in which you can sustain a natural lifestyle, from the foods that you consume, to the hobbies that you have. Also, I seem to be inundated with messages regarding my nomadic lifestyle, and since this blog is about lifestyles, I thought that it would be rude not to discuss it. Other than a health and wellbeing advocate, I'm able to live as a digital nomad through freelancing, as I blog for a range of different websites including ebeehq and a few others, the most recent being a small blog project for GuitarTricks, with the article being about the difference between Guitar Tricks vs Jamplay.

Like every marketer, @garyvee originally thought he needed somebody’s product to sell. A marketer without a brand to manage seemed like a bricklayer with no bricks to lay. But the digital revolution changed that. It may be an old observation now, but what Wine Library TV taught Vaynerchuk back then was still a revelation: People could be brands. He could be a brand. And by treating himself like one, he could fashion himself into a walking, talking R&D lab, testing his more forward-thinking marketing theories on himself, without having to gain some client’s permission first. Then, if his personal brand took off, he could package those theories and strategies and sell them to clients, in effect helping them be more like Gary Vaynerchuk. “I never actually set out wanting to be a personal brand, leveraging that to sell my own stuff,” he says. “Instead it’s how I learned my craft, by being the plumber and the electrician and the general contractor. I got to test my beliefs.” One of those beliefs became this: Provide value over and over again – educate, entertain, enlighten – and then present your “ask” to the audience. Subscribe to my channel. Buy some wine. Read my book. (He’d go on to spell this out in his 2013 book Jab, Jab, Jab, Right Hook. The jabs are the value; the right hooks are the asks.) So he handed control of the wine shop back to his father and began preparing for his biggest ask yet: If you like my social media insights so much, hire me to execute them on your behalf. In 2009, Vaynerchuk and his brother AJ launched @vaynermedia. _

When you don’t get enough rest, it affects everything from your mood to your health. And since sleep is so important, @vickifulop, co-founder of bedding startup @brooklinen, wants to help make her customers more comfortable and refreshed without having to break the bank to get high quality sheets and bed linens.
In 2014, Fulop and her husband Rich launched the company on Kickstarter, after getting the idea following a vacation where they stayed in a hotel that had incredibly soft sheets – but if they wanted to get a set themselves, they would have to pay $800.
The Fulops wanted to make beautiful and chemical-free home goods while being transparent about exactly where and how they were getting from the factory right to the customer’s front door – taking industry standards like wholesaling, storefronts and licensing fees out of the equation. Their fans on Kickstarter agreed. While the pair initially asked for $50,000 on the crowdfunding site, they ended up far exceeding their goal thanks to $237,000 worth of preorders. Investors were also excited about the idea. In March 2017, the company raised raised $10 million in funding. via Instagram http://ift.tt/2ErusM5

Lots of people have been asking me about how I rank websites/blogs that I’m currently working on. To answer that question, I have experience in doing SEO, which is also known as Search Engine Optimization. SEO (in particular on-page optimization) is particularly important when writing content for a website, as it means that search engines are more likely to understand exactly what the content is about, and be able to display it in ways that will allow your blog to get more traffic (rich snippets, In-SERP drop-down menus).
For those who don’t know much about SEO, but want to start a blog/website, I suggest taking a look at this review article of The Hoth’s SEO services.
The reviewer has used their SEO services and shows the results that he/she gets.
The Hoth provide both On-Page & Off-Page Optimization, whilst offering content services for both blog content and video content. They really are great.

This is one of the articles that I helped EbeeHQ write. Turned out to be very popular amongst beekeepers who have read it, I’ve received some really positive feedback about it.
How to Start a Beehive
Beekeeping is nothing more than keeping a colony of bees in a hive and harvesting the honey that they produce. Sounds simple right? Well, not really… Honey bees are not (and cannot be) domesticated so you need to know a lot about how a colony how to start a beehive, manage it and be successful …
