Simple dating tips to minimise self disappointment

( I have titled it minimise self disappointment as other people can always disappoint you, and you always have to be aware of that, have standards but do not have high expectations of people)

See things for how it is, literally.

If he has not text you, if he is watching your social media, if he is messaging you at late stupid hours when he hasn’t contacted you the whole day and if he is making up excuses, that’s a sign see it for how it is. If you are questioning somebody's intentions then there is your answer. Block and delete hunny or ignore for a week (it’s hard but pick yourself always) 🗑️.

ABSTAIN, become celibate, stop giving away your goods to these men so easily.

Having sexual discipline is the best discipline and your woman goods is your biggest power 🐱

Pussy power is truly power, I know all of the hypergamy blogs say it but it is the honest truth. Accept that having sex on the first night is not going to get you far (okay if you have it then its fine! Just know that it will 98% be just a sexual non beneficial relationship, first encounters truly mean a lot) See it for how it is now and you will avoid so many duties. Do not ever feel ashamed of your past, you now know better, we must learn from experience and apply and move on.

Men will ALWAYS want sex, even if it is a high-valued man, men love sex, but the power is upon yourself to benefit as much as you can out of the situation and be playing the field.

Get yourself a sex toy, romanticise yourself, after you have done that your mind will be clear.

Everybody loves sex, but honestly outweighing the pro's of abstaining and disciplining yourself from sex you will WIN.

Date older, 20's is too young, dating for potential is only a woman's thing. Men do not date for potential, they use and dump so let’s learn from them. Men always tell me that they know women lower their standards but they allow them to 🙄

Think about YOUR future, YOUR lifestyle, men in their 20's and early 30's are still in their baby boy lifestyle, still trying to make it. Impressing their friends, and are honestly not providers, maybe there is the odd few but the older the better.

Try avoid them at all costs, if you do date them just have it on a fun basis only. Do not have high expectations.

Give yourself grace and do not torture yourself about your past.

Forgive yourself, you know better now, we all have a hard time not cringing about our past and thinking if you did this or that then that would have not happened.

I am a nostalgic queen, and I am working on leaving the past in the past: a quote I heard recently is that “we sometimes become nostalgic over the memory other than the actually event” for example you probably miss a guy but he really was not kind to you.

I believe going through things allows you to actually apply advice. When you read certain things it does not apply to you until you have experienced heartbreak or low value duties. Least you know better and even when you know better you will still come across them.

Even if it is to do with your relationship, your sex life. Leave your past behind, you are becoming a new woman.

The transition from dating low value men to a provider is not going to be easy, because it is also a mindset game. Such as discipling yourself, mastering your emotions, dropping pride, isolating yourself from people that do not align with your goals and many more!

Its a journey but its truly worth it. 🤍
