this challenge is for you to improve your self concept and manifest what you want! it's two weeks long.

before you start...: remember that all you have to do to manifest, is live in the end. your mind is the source! think from your desired reality & watch it flourish in front of your eyes. know that your thoughts are your CURRENT & TRUE reality.

now onto the challenge!

WEEK 1:

this week, you will only be affirming for self concept. this will strengthen your trust and make your manifestations come faster than you can blink.

i want you to affirm as much as possible; standing in line? affirm. bored in class? affirm. let those thoughts run through your conscious brain so that it becomes your habitual thoughts when you're not intentionally thinking.

you don't have to affirm all of these in one day! just pick a few & keep going with affirming them. it's so lengthy cos i wanted a variety of thoughts to think:).

WEEK 2:

this week, you will continue to affirm for self concept! but then you add in affirmations for your desires. your main focus is still your self concept, but throughout the day affirm for it!

Beauty Affirmation of the Day

I radiate sexiness and confidence. I'm unforgettable. The memory of me is intoxicating and positive. People are drawn to my golden aura. Why do I get prettier every time I look in the mirror?

Options on How to Affirm:

repeat to self out loud or inside your head (robotically affirm) for 10 minutes straight.

repeat to self out loud or inside your head (robotically affirm) while using the counter app. Choose your own numeric goal.

record on Parrot app and loop for desired amount of time.

script this onto paper as much as you want for as long as you want, I recommend saying it outloud as you write.

visualize whatever will signify and prove to you that this affirmation is real

meditate upon the feeling of how it would feel if the affirmation was true, identify as that feeling being true and continue to dwell in that feeling/state

Remember, methodologies are as varied as the calculator vs. the abacus vs. mental math vs. counting with your fingers - they all accomplish the same goal.

regardless of everything, nothing is too big for me to manifest, no matter what the logic that surrounds it is, i can still manifest it within 3 days or less. i am an impressive athlete with extraordinary skills, i am the perfect athlete. i am the greatest at my desired sport, teams literally fight for me and for who will get me on their team because of my crazy raw talent. i am the greatest athlete to have ever existed in my desired sport, i know i am going to the Olympics next, i instantly see results from the work i put in, i instantly get better at anything i do. i have high speed, high endurance and i am extremely flexible, i have my desired body and height and my desired muscle definition. i just know everyone will see me next on tv and in the newspaper as the next big olympic gold medalist, because i am and my talent is simply surreal, every little kid looks up to me and everybody knows my name. my grace, my elegance, my agile movements, and fluidity is unreal and simply indescribable, and beyond perfect, people literally study my movements because they are beyond the laws of physics and every single field of science. i get perfect scores at all of my competitions, championships and nationals, i win everything every single time, every university, college and team are in a constant fight over signing me. i have mastered every single skill in my sport and i ace every single skill, i study and i know everything i need to know about my sport. my body is extremely healthy and i am immune to injuries, i have the strength i need in all parts of my body for the skills i need to perform. i am so extremely flexible you'd think i am a contortionist or something!! i am balanced and i improve constantly and everytime i think and affirm about my sport. i am such an important part of my sport's history that i have moves and skills named after me, i invented moves and skills, i have no need to stress about events because i know everything will always go well, i'll win like usually, i am a record breaking athlete, i have been breaking records and i continue to do so since a young age. i win awards for my talenti love training because i have so much fun, i love my team and traveling with my friends. mistakes are impossible for me, i move effortlessly and perfect, i am a specialist. i have unreal stamina, my sport makes me happy, i learn so fast and easily, i am literally an elite athelte!! i am healthy, i can eat whatever i want and not gain weight, my body and height never get in the way of my sport and skills. i never have mental blocks, i use and push my full potential, i reach for perfection and for that my coaches love me, i get along with all of them, we have a family-like relationship, my coaches are kind. i have the cutest uniforms ever, i literally look like a model in them. i have so much free time outside of training, i have a big social life, i can pursue other passions if i want to because i have all the time in the world, i love my sport center and the people who work there, i have every tool i need at home to practice for my sport, i am able to fund all event fees and i can pay anything with zero issues because i am rich and have infinite money. regardless of everything, i am the greatest athlete at my desired sport, within 3 days or less.

my beauty evokes the most intense feeling of satisfaction and fulfilment. in fact my beauty is so inconceivable that everyone gets completely starstruck when they look in my direction. they can’t stop thinking about me for days, weeks, months even after years they still have reoccurring and random feelings of deja vu whenever they see something that even in the slightest reminds them of me.

when people look into my eyes they can see galaxies and stars, they feel the past, present and future all at once. the only word that can even in the slightest describe me is angel. because that is what i am - an angel. my heart made out of pure gold. i am kind, sweet and generous. i am the greatest gift that his ever has bestowed upon earth.

nothing and no one outshines me, that is scientifically not possible because i am the star that shines the brightest. that is why people can’t help but absolutely love and adore me, i am one of my kind and people just know that they will never even in the most ancient myths and legends hear of a more heavenly, alluring beauty.

although they already know it they will spend the rest of their lifetime feverishly searching for someone or something that is even slightly similar to my image. people would travel to the moon and back just to earn a single glance from me. just one glance and their heart will be happy for the rest of their life.

i am wise beyond not only my years but centuries and millennia’s. my knowledge and talent is infinite. i am musically inclined to say the least and in truth an absolute genius. my voice brings people to tears, it brings their mind to a choir of angels in heaven, they never have and never will hear a voice more beautiful and touching. there has not been one person since the dawn of time that has made a fraction of an impact as big on the world as i have.

I am so pretty, the prettiest person ever. period. there's nothing that compares to my beauty. I am just so pretty inside out. ik I look pretty. I look at myself in the mirror every day and wonder how come I just keep on glowing up!! I'm just the epitome of beauty. yk, one morning I woke up and was surprised by the fact that I look exactly how I want to. I manifested this. god, I really manifested this surreal beauty?

I love my eyes. they are so pretty. they hold galaxies within them. they captivate everyone. everyone notices my eyes first thing. my lashes draw so much attention with every flutter. god, I love my pretty eyes so much. I have a very cute nose. I look like a bunny. my lips are so beautiful. super full, very vibrant. very kissable, ik. my whole face is a wonderful harmonious masterpiece.

I love every inch of my body: my beautiful curves, my petite figure that still manages to hold my strong, toned muscles. my body is just perfection, a work of art. I love staring at myself naked because this body was sculpted to be looked at. I squeal w joy every time I remember that THIS is my body and THIS is my face. I am so in love w how pretty I look.

I have the healthiest, prettiest, most sun-kissed skin ever. my skin looks super dewy and smooth even without anything on it. I am the epitome of natural beauty. people wonder how I look this good with no make up on. I literally look like a doll. super delicate, very cute. I am prettier than the prettiest doll out there. that's a fact.

everyone knows I am the prettiest, that's why I get compliments all the time and out of nowhere. I literal get compliments about every single feature on my face and body. I get too many compliments I get overwhelmed sometimes. well, guess that's what comes with being a pretty girl!

Robotic affirmations changes the way your brain thinks.

No for real though. My mom has lowkey always been my biggest supporter as well as my biggest hater and she commented on how lazy I had gotten and how I had put on the weight I lost from over exercising and under eating for a month straight and usually this would trigger a relapse into my old habit.

But because I had been robotically affirming for hours for the past 2 days that I had my desired appearance her words barely touched me or shook my resolve because I genuinely believe that I have my desired appearance even if other people don’t see it.

Like I don’t care what anyone says, I know I have my desired appearance already and its just a matter of time before my 3D gives in and accepts that reality as well. Even as I’m typing this out I’m robotically affirming.

AHHH this inspired me to share my story as a black teenage girl who had bipolar disorder and depression!

im not going into detail but i grew up in a very abusive home. found the community and sat here for a complete year. i tried all methods, affirming for hours, crying and just feeling like shit.

so one day a blog said "work on self concept" and honestly i had nothing left to lose and i wanted my DR so bad that i said fuck it, if i can do all those other methods i can do this

fast forward, 3 weeks later im also living in my own apartment. im in Miami and yall the men here.. GAH DAMN. its so nice out here, i went shopping and im going to Italy then Paris to shop soon! i've already met this really cute guy, i manifested 7 million for myself because i fucking love me some money (YASSSSS)

REPETITION IS HOW YOU CREATE YOUR BELIEF SYSTEMS.

when i first started my affirmations, i used to think of playing it small when circumstances aren't exactly how i wrote them to be. i would be replacing writing "i am a millionaire", "sp is obsessed with me", "i have my desired weight" to some watered down affirmation that didn't resonate with me and didn't make me feel like i was living in the end.

this isn't confidence. i wasn't fully claiming my desires. and in being discreet and small, you tell your subconscious: this is what we have and this is where we settle. how terrible is that? to settle on something you don't want? and i'm gonna touch your hands when i say this again, HOW TERRIBLE IS THAT?

through repetition you get rid of this irking feeling of "maybe this is all i can do", "maybe i should only manifest 20 dollars then later on manifest a 100", "maybe this is too much to ask for", maybe this, maybe that. BABY? BE FOR REAL.

you're too fucking powerful to be doubting, questioning, settling, and wavering. so come here and repeat your affirmations. rebuild, reconstruct, recreate all the wires in your brain.

i don't care if it doesn't feel real. do you? do you want that to matter? do you really want to be sitting here telling yourself "oh, but..." BE REEEAL!

repeat it thrice and your brain starts thinking "oh wait... are we actually..."

repeat it 10 times and you're in a consciousness of "damn... i guess we are!"

repeat it a hundred times and nothing else can penetrate your thoughts about it.

repeat it a thousand times and that's your identity.

and know that repetition is not just declaring your affirmations. repetition is also introducing yourself as a millionaire, as your sp's partner, as an idol, as a celebrity, as the baddest bitch in the game, as the god of your reality, as the one who has everything they want. repetition is not telling a sob story or petty excuses and only narrating how it is to succeed. repetition is constantly being in the state of fulfillment.

Why do I have to be so offensively attractive? Everything about me from top to toe is perfection. You've never seen a face as pretty and flawless as mine. No cause why do I have to look this hot? I'm fr the hottest girl on the planet. Everything about me from top to toe is pure perfection, my individual features are perfect and flawless but when they come together they are so harmonious? Like everything just fits my face so fucking perfectly like it's meant to be there. Every inch of my face and body is gorgeous and flawless. I am a walking masterpiece, I'm a work of art. Everyone is obsessed with me the first time they see me, I am so drop dead gorgeous that people literally double take and gasp once they lay their eyes on me. I mean, I'm always the center of attention because why wouldn't I be? I high key give off real main character vibes, it's like I straight up walked out of an anime. It's near impossible for someone to look this humanely beautiful but I do because I'm just too damn stunning. I literally take everyone's breath away. I am so offensively attractive, people find it difficult to not look at me, I swear all eyes turn only to me because I'm literally the most beautiful ever. Everything about manifesting

From a manifestation veteran

Your subconscious doesn’t have eyes; it only believes what you tell it.

Dominant thoughts create emotions which is why emotions do not matter when manifesting; only thoughts matter.

Repeating a thought or affirmation enough will imprint the subconscious. Imprinting the subconscious is not hard, and anything will manifest if you do not GIVE INTO WAVERING. If you waver, it’s not the end of the world; it's an opportunity to affirm more. Every time I have a negative thought abt my manifestation I repeat a positive one 4 times.

It is normal to have occasional negative thoughts, we are human, entertaining those thoughts is wavering. Such as making negative scenarios in your head, listening to sad music or just letting that negative thought spiral you into more negative thoughts. I allow myself to cry for 5 minutes however I get right back to affirming afterwards.

Doubting your manifestation is a sign that affirmations are working and you need to persist (it’s just a good mindset to adapt).

Changing your affirmations out of anxiety and worry, doesn’t help; pick 1-2 affirmations and stick with them (this can also just help you build up your belief in manifesting and yourself).

There is no magical affirmation; the simpler, the better.

Get off manifesting social media, trust me you are ready.

It doesn’t matter how other people manifested something, you are ultimately the creator and you decide whether a method works for you or not. You do not need to believe anything a popular manifestation guru tells you. This is your reality and you are the creator whether you like it or not.

You need to take responsibility for what you create, you are not the victim.
