This photo, enhanced, is the only photo of Nancy, deceased, that has been made to public to date.  The police found Nancy Lanza lying on her bed, the blankets are pulled neatly up around her waist, she has an orange towel with green and white stripes beneath her head. She has been shot in the head four times. “Three holes in the head in the area of left eyelid orbital region, center forehead, and left temporal region. A fourth entry was located in the outer corner of the left eye at the bifurcation of the eyelids. The holes are consistent with entry wounds.” (released section of Nancy Lanza’s autopsy report) When Adam shot her, her blood sprayed on the walls, on the ceiling, and all over the end of the rifle.
