every time someone calls lltbp nostalgia bait or a lazy rerun etc an angel loses its wings. do you not see all the work and passion and heart and theatrics they put into this ?????? is gerard talking to the mayor of his hometown when the band receives the key in a strange little slavic accent (/aff) because they want money? is creating a whole new fucking language and national anthem for their made up dictatorship because they want money??? no! it's because this band loves performing and wants to do it again and spread messages to people because by god do they need it. mcr has never been about money. in the past, they've scrapped several songs and albums because they weren't satisfied with them, they've always been truly authentic and true to themselves even in the face of pressure from "fans" to release new music. they are touring again because they want to experience performing and seeing us live like this again. also gerard likes charlie saxton slapping him every show on stage but that's another story.
