Lets not forget there are blogs like @tra-receipts where you can easily find hundreds of posts of TRA's explicitly and violently detailing how they want to personally act out and see slow and painful deaths, usually aimed at women despite men being their biggest threats. Most of our accounts have tags specific to things like violence as well. Or when a women's shelter was vandalized advocating for the support of violence against women.

This is in fact what everyone is thinking, yes. And policing language more won’t make it stop.

So by applying a modern lens to historical situations, we can make baseless assumptions? That's real groundbreaking stuff. Women have been dressing up as men to gain access to things men refused to give them access to for eons. That’s not being trans. That’s being oppressed- actually oppressed.

This is just my 2¢ as a nonbinary person but I genuinely think that cis people's gender is just as constructed as trans people's. Cis people love to accuse us of having making up genders or artificially modifying our appearance but....the entire makeup, fashion, diet, workout, and haircare industry exists so that cis people can maintain the illusion of two entirely distinct genders with no overlap.
