Feminine Tip:
Smile
- Some women get offended when they're told they should smile (for some reason)
- This may seem small & insignificant but smiling more makes you look more pleasant & inviting
- The feminine is beautiful & nice. It's more masculine to having a rough facial expression, mean mug or a resting btch face(which most don't notice they're doing)
- People will treat you nicer
- Men will also be more likely to approach if they're interested
- You may even start to feel better by smiling more

Feminine Tip:
Accept Help
- Women nowadays are taught to be independent, strong & never look to others for help. But this is the opposite of femininity
- The feminine woman receives help & assistance.
- The feminine woman is okay with getting help from others instead of trying to be strong and prove that she can do it all herself
- She knows she's not weak just for receiving help.
- We are only one person. We can try to do it all but usually end up tired and struggling.
- If you need help, ask.

For me the biggest challenge in my level up journey has been community - finding local friends that are equally ambitious, with a growth mindset, open-minded, spiritual and compassionate at heart. The closest thing would be a bigger, online community such as message boards or forums, which I have not found even through the most popular paid subscriptions for personal & professional development 😳 something I found quite surprising and disappointing tbh. I remember 5-10+ years ago forums and message boards were way more popular, and it was a cozy way to make new friends and share experiences.
This is one of the main tips you always hear for success, to surround yourself with like minded individuals or even better, people  that already live the life or career or status that you want to achieve. This way they will be a constant inspiration, motivation, source of  wisdom as well as guidance. Otherwise if you’re surrounded by people with a scarcity mindset, jealousy,  pessimism etc they will only hold you back and we’re not about that life, period. 🚫
Let me know below if you have any recommendations for such forums/message boards?
In the last case I’m entertaining the idea of opening one on my site, but that depends on whether you guys would be interested as well.

I want someone to talk to. I want someone to look at. I want someone to hug. I want someone to comfort. I want someone to touch. I want someone to make laugh. I want someone to make happier..

shout out to people who's family isnt entirely bad or entirely good, but something in between and you dont know how to feel about them. you feel angry but you also feel guilty, because you know they genuinely love and care about you, but sometimes they show it in a way you know its not okay. your feelings are valid, your anger and sadness and grief are valid, and you dont have to prove this to no one. bigger shout out to those with memory issues who know something isnt right but can't recall all of the bad events, only the feelings, which only increases the guilt.
