Fun facts:

He rarely removes his waistcoat in public, particularly in spaces with mixed company. (If one does catch him out and about with the waistcoat off, it’s very likely that he’s drunk, high, or both.)

His antlers shed and regrow yearly, and may look different each cycle in terms of shape, number of points, and size.

When his antlers are in their growth phase, they’re covered in velvet and bear more rounded tips. Likewise, he sheds the velvet when his antlers are mature. It’s pretty gross. (A comparison between growing and fully mature antlers can be seen here.)
