This case was inspired by the Faraday cage, which is used to block electromagnetic fields. 

However, the Milgauss was discontinued due to low demand and sales in the 1960s and 1970s. Then, after nearly two decades of being out of the market, Rolex made an announcement in the 2007 Baselworld watch and Jewelry Show that it would be bringing back the Milgauss.

The new Milgauss is called the Reference 116400, which had new and better movement. The new movement already had the anti-magnetic technology incorporated into the movement, and it was a COSC (the Official Swiss Chronometer Testing Institute) accredited caliber 3131.

The value of the $500 is at least $650. However, depending on its condition, serial number, etc., it can be at least a thousand dollars.

$1,000 Bill

The $1,000 bill was first issued in 1861, the same year as the $500 bill. It was one of the first notes by the Confederate States. The bill initially featured Alexander Hamilton’s portrait, featuring a blue seal at the front and an eagle at the back. However, Alexander Hamilton was already featured on the $2, so his portrait was replaced with President Grover Cleveland. The bill with President Cleveland’s portrait has a green seal at the front and the words “The United States of America One Thousand Dollars” at the back. Like the $500 bill, it was also taken out of circulation in 1969.

Today, there are only 165,372 bills with President Cleveland’s portrait. The $1,000 bill is valued at at least $20,000, and the price goes up depending on factors such as condition, date printed, serial number, etc.

$5,000 Bill

The $5,000 was printed to finance the Revolution, and the government only officially printed it at the start of the Civil War. The bill features a portrait of President James Madison. President Richard Nixon later recalled the bill in 1969 because criminals might use them for illegal activities like money laundering.

The $5,000 bill is extremely rare. And today, it is believed that approximately 400 of these notes exist.

$10,000 Bill

The largest denomination ever issued for public use is the $10,000 bill. However, it was not of much use because its value was far too significant for the average American when it was available. $100,000 Bill
