People need to stop shipping V and Rika. Yes, they’re “canon” for a bit, but the ship is disgusting and toxic. Rika literally abuses V physically and mentally; she’s manipulative and his poor and naive soul fell into her twisted web. How can people still ship this? She’s blinded and stabbed V as well as messing him up mentally to the point where he believes he is her savior and has to save her and be her sun. Yes, V was very humble and selfless before he met Rika, but she made him take it to a whole other level which isn’t good for V. I know people say “ship whatever you want”, but that doesn’t mean you’re allowed to ship a relationship as toxic as those two. Think about if these two characters were real and you saw the abuse going on; you wouldn’t want these two people, where one is being abused, to be together and further their relationship. I follow the “ship what you want” rule seriously, but I will shame you and not talk to you if you ship abusive or toxic ships such as V and Rika.
