OMG @ukvegancampout you were epic! I feel so lucky that I get to meet the people I look up to and inspire me 💚This awesome dude is @jamesaspey and if you don't know who he is go check him out. He replaced drugs, cancer & bulimia with surfing, veganism & meditation. Now it's his goal in life to educate, encourage and inspire others. He took a 1yr Vow of Silence, cycled 5000km, got tattooed for 25hrs and has given over 150 speeches to make this world a better place for us ALL to live! 🙌🏼 I'm feeling so inspired to really do my part in spreading the vegan message so Jersey...keep your eyes peeled!!

On day 3 of my 30 day raw food challenge with @fruitarian and loving it! I've been raw in the past and do stick to mostly raw most of the time but with the online community and support I really feel like I've got it down this time! LOVING the effortless digestion and can't wait for the many more benefits to come, getting myself in shape and glowing for all my fruity festivals lined up this year! Making time for food is so important to me, I used to scoff down breakfast when I was at school, rush to get there and then feel sick! Now by making time to sit down properly and take my time, even make it look pretty I now feel so much more satisfied and nourished just by that act! You know your seaweed is legit when you find two hermit shells in your salad 😂 😳 Fave salad dressing ATM is tahini, smoked paprika and ACV mixed with a tiny amount of warm water to get it all nice and creamy 👌🏼 et voila
