Laura Dabkowski is an accomplished senior human resources executive. As part of her previous coursework as a doctoral candidate at the Fox School of Business and Management at Temple University, Laura focused her studies on a range of executive and organizational initiatives and approaches that aimed to improve the workplace. Throughout her career in human resources, Laura Dabkowski has established herself as a strategically driven and performance-oriented leader who excels in areas of human capital, business transformation, and employee management and culture. She has worked with a diverse range of clients, from nonprofit organizations to Fortune 200 companies. A magna cum laude MBA graduate of Xavier University in Cincinnati, Laura Dabkowski has earned several professional honors and awards. She was a recent VIP Women of the Year winner with the National Association of Professional Women (NAPW) for both her distinguished professional life and her support of women in the workforce. Additionally, she received the Aramark Executive Leadership Award for Outstanding People Vision.

The 4word Mentor Program through 4word Women

Based in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Laura Dabkowski is a human resources principal and consultant. In her free time, Laura Dabkowski volunteers with the 4word Mentoring Program. The nonprofit 4word Women is the only global organization led by women for Christian women in the workplace. The organization supports and connects women in the workplace through the Digital Community, 4word Local Groups, and the 4word Mentor Program. The nonprofit launched the 4word Mentor Program after discovering that many Christian women felt alone in their workplaces. Through this program, women can connect with one of many outstanding mentors all dedicated to the nonprofit’s mission of connecting through authentic, Christ-inspired relationships. These women are ready to advise their mentees on issues such as work-life balance, marital conflict, inter-office politics, crises of faith, and more. The mentor program lasts 10 weeks and succeeds because of three primary ingredients: a proven engagement framework, well-matched mentors and mentees, and ongoing support throughout the mentorship.
