Something about international women's day makes me super aware of how little I personally identify with the female experience. Feminist ideology is not really part of my intrinsic belief systems yet I don't identify as non binary or transgender either. It raised a large amount of personal reflective issues for me yet I don't really have all the answers. All the typical female issues such as fear of walking alone at night in case you get grabbed and raped or worse, murdered just aren't concerns I have. I also very rarely have to deal with toxic masculinity in the way other women do yet I don't feel empowerment. If anything I feel less connected to my female identity than those who do experience these things. Until IWD 2023 I guess that's my take on things concluded!

So finally joining tumblr to post. In a world of tiktok and selfie/photo based socials I wanna go back to faceless intellectual conversation unhindered by our obsession with the production line human aesthetic! Can't guarantee brilliance but getting thoughts out is so important when so much exists to cloud our minds and promote insecurity!
