Binge dont purge.

Giving in to a craving is always a lot less satisfying than you expect it to be. The consequences never seem to equate to that small moment of "satisfaction" you got. 3 frosted sugar cookies later and I'm dying for work to be over so I can work them off. Followed up with dead lifts, abs, and lunges until I can't stand. I'm not sure what my brain doesn't understand about the ab to food quality/intake ratio or why I crave the things I do but I will find a way to make it stop. The struggle continues.
