I’m sleeping right now in order to be up bright and early for school, but you should swing on by and check us out !! We just opened a few hours ago, and are due to start roleplaying once the world wakes up — which means it’s the perfect time to come on down and apply !!

the roommates list has been posted, and can be found pinned up on the door of the main hall. the list has been randomly selected and gender has not been taken into consideration — thus, if you have any problems or issues with your roommate, please feel free to take it up with administration. we expect you to have already read the “ general rules “ handbook, but if you are unclear ;

cleaning staff will be provided for you each morning, however — please refrain from leaving your room in a disorganized state.

please have your belongings unpacked and put away within 2 days of moving in.

remember, you do have neighbours that aren’t teenagers — please try and keep the noise level to a minimum.

the front desk closes at eleven pm each week night, and nine pm on weekends, so please try and get your inquiries in before then.

you are expected to be out of bed by seven each work morning if you are a management or kitchen employee, nine if you are an outdoor employee, and entertainment // extra employees will be handed a selective roster. on the day(s) you aren’t working, feel free to wake up as late as you would prefer — but be aware that rooms are cleaned at eight.

all club facilities are available to staff members when they are not on duty. this means that the pools, golf course, sporting equipment, spa, restaurants, etc. are available to be used by staff, as long as it is not interfering with their current shift.

your pay will be transferred directly into your bank account every thursday.

the guest is always right, so please, do not try and argue with them. we pride ourselves upon having impeccable customer service, and the guests really do appreciate it when you are friendly. kindness goes a long way.

we do not tolerate any form of workplace bullying at all. if you have an issue with your co workers, either take it up with them or a member of the administrative staff.

make sure you keep your key-card on you constantly, clock in on time and please —  enjoy your stay at lava springs.
