2.When encouraging originality should you be demonstrating this? For example avoid using ideas from the internet.

1. I will use the Book Creator app in my furture classroom.

Mission 9

Our lesson went very well considering the guidance we were given to complete the lesson. It would help if we were taught how to use the innovated pedagogy strategies before trying to teach a lesson about it to our peers.  Every other education class we have our professors demonstrate how they expect us to present our lesson and if we are giving the lesson to our peers as college students or the grade level we intend to teach. To each their own. 

The use of the classcraft strategy for demonstrating gamification could be tweaked.

Pre and post assessment scores indicated that our teaching was not effective for teaching gamification.

How to use edmod.

What if not all parents have internet access?

What if the class doesn’t have internet?

I will use remind or class dojo in my future classroom.

1. Venngage- You can create posters, flyers, banners, charts, etc.

2. Storybird- Website to make your own book.

3. Commonsense.org- Has 10 great websites for educators to use.

1. What if technology is not available to all students?

2. What if students publish inappropriate material online at school?

I will consider using Storybird and venngage in my future classroom.

What if parents are not okay with their children using a blog in the classroom?

Mission 2 Blog Post

Three things I learned:

1. There are different levels of integrating technology.

2. We will be teaching the majority of the semester.

3. Meaningful learning comes from learners using technology to reach a goal like creating, publishing, planning, researching, constructing, solving, communicating, or collaborating in an intentional way.

Two questions I have:

1. Are we going to learn how to utilize technology for younger children?

2. What if we teach at a school where technology is not available?

One action I will take:

1.  I will help my future students succeed using technology.

3.I learned how to make invitations using these learning tools.

1. Could you have younger children (k-2nd) use canva or piktochart?

2. How would you differentiate instruction using these learning tools?

1. I will utilize piktochart and canva in my future classroom.
