Yet she knew something was...Different. Ever since she left the Tower to help Wynne and the others with the Blight, she’d noticed.

“That spell you used...That would have taken years to master,” she told him. “You weren’t on that level and you expect me to believe in the short time you were away, you suddenly gained more skill?” 

Maybe Alim had been away during Uldred’s attack, but Zoria hadn’t been. Zoria, her sister, and her visiting brothers had been there and Uldred’s blood magic had murdered her brothers.

Me: I feel like we've only touched the tip of the iceberg about the consequences of blood magic tbh. like...what else is there? what else could happen? VAMPIRES that's what

Tori: y e s. i think the Official lore was that vampires are hunger demons or something. get possessed

Me: yes, I mean, that's sort of the old vampire lore. A possession. Like a half possession in a sense. They still had their personality traits and appearance but were more...monstrous because of the possession. Like like there would be different levels of vampire too based on how well they can handle the possession. With more feral type being less powerful and falling to the possession. Whereas more powerful mages would have some semblance of self and that but still crave. Also the more powerful blood mages turned vampire would be able to command the feral ones.
