JOEY .
“Get coffee? that’s not just a movie trope? I love coffee. I love food too, but coffee sounds great to me if that’s what you’re offering. I guess you should at least know my name if we actually do-do that, huh? I’m Joey.”
Levi smiles and nods his head. “That’s exactly what I was offering.” When she tells him her name, he extends his hand for hers. “Joey, it’s a pleasure to meet you. I’m Levi.”

JOEY .
Joey looked up from her pamphlet, realizing he wasn’t who she thought he was, and let out a chuckle – “your mama is right, of course. but, how else would i get to know a stranger? any advice? america is still pretty new to me.” she asked, shrugging.
A smirk rested on his face as he looks at her. "Well I suppose you'd just have to get to know them a bit better first before inviting them on a trip?" He shrugs. "Maybe over coffee or some food?" He suggests.

JOEY .
Joey gave out a big sigh, “Say all you want about America but – you have to admit having a BEACH in the middle of the country is pretty cool, right? and SO relaxing. I got to go to Loyola and it’s BEAUTIFUL. You should come with me! Please, trust me, we can grab drinks and make it fun! Or, we could go sight seeing! Chicago has a little bit of everything according to the tourguide I got out front!”
Levi looked around, certain that she wasn't talking to him. Maybe her friend was standing behind him or something. Glancing over his shoulder to see no one, he looked back at her. "Are you talking to me?" His finger points to his chest. "Because if so... I don't know, my mom told me not to go on trips with strangers." A smirk forms from the corner of his lips.

BRIN .
The shock of seeing him again must have stayed on Brinlee’s face for nearly a minute before a bright smile broke through. It wasn’t that it was bad to see him or anything, not in the slightest. But the lobby of the hotel she lived in was the last place she would ever expect to run into him again. “Oh, you work here? That- that’s amazing, so do I! Do you live here too?” She asked, surprised all over again that if he was doing the staff live-in program that she hadn’t run into him sooner. Then again, it was a pretty big hotel. Levi was so familiar to her, someone she remembered so clearly and yet had barely spoken to. Occasional waves, smiles and hellos when they were both outside were pretty much the extent of how well she actually knew him. “I’m good! Finished school and started working here so I can’t really complain. That’s pretty much the most exciting thing that’s happened to me though, you know how I tend to keep things pretty tame.” If there was anyone who would know how she kept her life pretty lowkey it would be him who would have saw how little she went out growing up. Though as soon as she said it she couldn’t help blushing slightly with the realization that it was presumptive to think he would have noticed anything about her life just because they had lived across from each other. “Uh, what about you though? I’m sure your life is much more exciting, what do you do here?”
Levi nods his head, “yeah I’ve been working here for roughly two months. I’m surprised we haven’t ran into each other sooner.” He says with a smile. He listens as she talks about herself and he nods his head contently. “Oh-- what were you studying?” He asks as he closes his book and tucks it back into his bag. He sits a bit more comfortably in his seat, his leg crossing over the other as he relaxes back into it. “Oh I’m the banquet manager here.” He tells her with a small shrug. “I was promoted a few weeks ago. I guess I’m really good at planning.” A soft chuckle escapes his mouth.
He thinks for a moment before speaking, “what do you say we get outta here. Maybe grab a coffee and catch up?” Levi suggests. “That’s if you’re free. Not sure your work schedule.”
