Failed Panda Cookies
So this is my very first time baking, and my very first post.
I originally wanted to make some panda cookies, but....that didn't work out. The dough was too soft, and I used the wrong kind of flour, used cake mix..instead of actual cake flour... =____=; made the cookies wayyy too soft for me to work with, probably because of the insane amount of butter that the recipe needed.
It was a first good try, and my brother enjoyed helping me. So it was like a good bonding moment.
The recipe that I used was from this site, http://hungryatmidnight.com/2012/08/22/panda-cookies/. The cookies looked amazing there, and I wanted to try it, but...turned out the dough was too soft, so I made regular cookies instead.
I attempted to make the cookies on Monday, but it just took a while to write this post >___<
