the worst part about being romantically lonely in my experience is the uncertainty of it all. You can’t predict the future so you don’t know if tomorrow you’re going to bump into someone, or come up on an opportunity that will bring you closer to people to meet. Or maybe you’ll keep waking up everyday alone, and everyday will continue to feel longer and longer and worse and worse until everyday is a lifetime spent alone. You spend all day thinking about your life when you have finally found love and connection and you go to bed thinking about how stupid you are for it. I hate being alone.
