SUMMER 2020 RULES
pray every day
face your fears
dont lose hope
30 min. - 2 h. of daily physical activity [basketball, walk dogs, home workout, yoga, jog, swim]
no white bread
no alcohol
no sugar
no crisps [except bamba, in moderation]
no dairy [except 5% bulgarian feta]
as little oil as possible
2 liter of water a day
1-2 cups of coffee
1-6 cold herbal or green tea
1 t.s. of ACV with water
nuts and seeds [no more than a handful]
eat a lot of fruit, vegg and lagumes
fish, sea food, eggs and meat - in moderetaion
no eating after 7 pm
sleep from 10 pm to 5 am
grape seed facial every night
clean every day
wake up lighter every day
drink sugar free soy/oat cocoa
dont give up
