Today is my Last day in my placement. It is truly a big Achievement. Thank you Lord for the great experience🙏🏻😊. I want to say a BIG THANK YOU to my supervisor(s) for hiring me as intern student. I learn a new knowledge and skills. I talked to lots of Nice Clients via phone and walk ins. By working in Sunbreeze Travel & Tours my customer service have been improve. Thank you 😊🙏🏻

Almost ending my week. I am almost done in my placement YEY☺️👏🏻 Its a great achievement so far. INQUIRES everywhere and Clients still having their second thoughts for the best fares and airlines for what could we found. Just went to placement today because I dont have a shift in my other job. Atleast I have earning more hours

As the day goes fast, I'm early again in the office I am so happy that the weather is good today. The feeling is really warm. We are already in 2nd week of March. As of now, What am I doing is, looking for inquiries and waiting for phone calls. It's not busy at this hour. It's my last 6 days in my placement.

Hello Everyone,

It's been a while I haven't posted. Today, I came early as the matter of fact I'm waiting phone calls and organizing the documents. Trying to follow up inquiries by calling them one by one. Today and the next 5 days that I will be working here. It is sad and feel happy at the same time because I am almost done with my placement. To be honest, this is a great work environment for those students who would likely to do their field placement in the future and I kept telling to myself once I go travel I will let them book my ticket. Right now, that's all i have. Coundown begins ☺️ 1/6

Week IV: 8 hrs

HELLO EVERYONE,

I missed few of my shifts last week since the weather was really bad. But, I got cover with this week shifts. All I do is, more clients would like to inquires. Many of them would like to travel mid of July until Aug. And they start complaining about the price. We kept telling them that the travel period that they chose was the high season it means whenever the students are on vacation that how the airline fares goes up. In furthermore, I try more harder to have more communication with the clients

Week III: 5.5 hrs

In 3rd week at my placement, all i have to do was help many more clients to inquire their travel and some of them are traveling with more than 3 family members. As much as I can I try fo find another cheap deals if we have a promotion for family. Unfortunately, we don't do it. The weather was kept changing. I only made a one absence because I wasn't feeling well for the past few days but my employer is understand that. Health first over everything.

WEEK II: 11 HRS

This week it was a very busy. Many of our clients wants to inquire a travel dates and how much the air fares of their estimated dates. we are trying our best to look for a cheapest fares. Whenever we reach them out to inform them that we found a great deal, that's where the time they weren't picking up their phone we had to leave a message in their voicemail for short information. We still continuing to follow up calls even though some our clients didn't bought their tickets with us. Also just to inform them that we are 24/7 available.

DAY 2: FIRST SHIFT-10.5 HRS

It was snowy day and THANK GOD it wasn't that cold outside. Im really excited to do some work today. First thing to do, we called a lots of Travel Companies to send us brochures but I guess they don't do through the phone. All I have to do. Order online and they will send us the brochures. The sooner the better. As I am doing that I am clarifying other airlines if they do the same thing. I made a phone calls and asked if they could send us brochures but all they want us is to sign up and order as well online. The whole afternoon, many of our clients didn't heard a call from us so what I did was to follow up their travel plans as I manage their files through phone calls. If they are still going somewhere these dates that they were given. When we/I confirmed it all i did was also to canvas the best deal air fare. To be honest it's hard cause you are competing with the sales. For example, I just hang up a phone calls and give them a call back because I will try to check the best price like after few minutes when supposed to be all settled the air fare goes up. All i thought air fares will change everyday. We help two clients and we also gave them a BEST AIR FARE DEAL PRICE and BEST DATES OF DEPARTURE AND RETURN DATE. Of course our supervisor showed us how he do it. We dont do bookings we just helped him how to find a better price. Therefore, it does a very long day for me and to my other colleagues but it was a good day.

FIRST DAY | TRAINING

On January 15, 2019. It was my first day in Field Placement at Sunbreeze Travel & Tours. All I felt was nervous and excited at the same time. I came the agency around 11 am. People who works there are really nice. Another student from Seneca College trained us what to do through computers, phone calls and instructions. All i did was to write down so I won't forget every details. I have lots lessons that I had learn during my training. I never tried to do phone calls because I don't have voice that day. All I did was to find a good deals for the clients.I supposed to end at 6 pm but I extend more 1 hour so I can help them to close the office.So, I did completely 8 hours. In other words, I cant wait to do more shifts in my placement because I AM WAY TOO EXCITED to interact more people
