The Resource Page
I'm using multiple sources, some are text, some are video, and some are images.
RESOURCES:
HandsOnASL - App
an app that teaches fingerspelling
It has tests
Some parts are not free, but I will not be buying them
Available for androids and apple (i think… I don’t have apple products)
ASL Connect - Gallaudet University
I don’t know much about it
It’s more structured than the other two
If I don’t like it it might be removed from this list
Bill Viscars - Youtube
While I was looking for resources I found him
Tumblr seems to like him a lot
any other resources I use will be taken from here, I found it on Tumblr but not sure who posted it

This will be a blog documenting my progress with asl
I am a hearing person. I would like to learn asl because I want to go into the medical field. I think it would be good to at least know some words.
I will not be using tags as it is just for me. If others find what I am doing that's cool, but I don’t want to use the HOH/deaf community for my own gain. I might add tags when listing my recourses just so if other people need them, but other than that the tags should be blank.
I think I will post what I want to do in a week, then say what I really did. This most likely won't be consistent cause I'm still in school. This also means everything I use will be free.
