getting back in my marvel era means i'm bringin' back this lady more than likely -

anyone judging rogue for her love triangle and her choices in x-men 97, what's it like to be dead wrong and wholly misunderstand a character? how can you look at rogue, everything she's been through, knowing that she entirely lacks physical contact and connection in that way (which is a basic human need) and blame her for not being able to let go of a connection that allows for that?

there's plenty else to be said for magneto's part in things and that'll be a separate post, but speaking just to rogue and her mindset, i think it makes so much sense for her to feel conflicted. she can love remy and not want to lose what magneto can offer her.

the relevant one here is rogue x magneto is something i'm mostly indifferent to, but i am feeling very fed by the jealous!gambit content. i just hope it doesn't stretch out for too long.
