*cellbit rummaged through his papers trying to find the exact one he needed. but from how many he had lying around on the desk and floor it'll take ages to find it. you sighed in annoyance leaning his head down onto the desk and hearing the door open behind him as his ears twitched at the sound of the creaking door. he snapped his head back to stare at who just walked it. he has eye bags underneath his eyes from how long he has been working to figure out things about the federation. all the papers pinned on the board and a red string attaching them all, and many different colored strings meaning other things, or maybe to keep track of different subjects- there were too many papers and strings to tell what was even going on. he sighed and sat back down in his chair facing the person*
