Beef Stroganoff
1. 1 Pound of ground beef
2. 1/2 cup of diced yellow onion
3. 1 tp minced garlic
4. 3 TB butter
5. 3 TB flour
6. 12 ounces beef broth
7. 1 cup of sour cream
8. 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
9. 1 package of noodes
10. Salt and pepper to taste
1. Boil pasta
2. Brown the ground beef with onions and garlic
3. Remove beef from pan and remove excess grease
4. Add butter to pan and let it melt
5. Add flour and mix together with the melted butter
6. add broth and let boil for 2-3 mins until slightly thickened
7. bring temp down and add sour cream and mushroom soup
8. Add beef back to mixture and salt/pepper to taste

Zuppa Toscana

INGREDIENTS
4 strips of bacon
1 lb Italian sausage
4 cloves garlic chopped
1 white onion diced
3 russet potatoes sliced
32 oz chicken broth
32 oz water
8 oz whipping cream
1 bunch kale washed and separated from stem
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
INSTRUCTIONS
1) Brown bacon and ground beef in pot - set aside
2) Cook onion and garlic in pot for 2-3 minutes
3) Add chicken broth and water to pot, bring to boil
4) Add potatoes and cook until soft
5) Add kale, cook 2-3 minutes
6) Pour cream and season with salt and pepper

Chinese Lotus Root and Sparerib Soup

Ingredients:
1. 1lb spareribs
2. 4 shitake mushrooms
3. 1 teaspoon of salt
4. 1.5 lbs of Lotus Root
5. 1 tablespoon of ginger
6. 5 pieces of dried scallop
Directions
In a medium size pot, add spareribs to boiling water for 5 mins to “wash” away the blood. Once cleaned and rinsed, add water back to pot for the soup. 
Soak shitake muchrooms in luke warm water for 5 mins to soften them up. Once soft, cut away the stems. Slice into quarters.
Peel lotus root and slice
Add all ingredients into boiling water and let simmer for at least a 2 hours.

Spaghetti Carbonara

INGREDIENTS
Handful of pasta
3 Eggs
4 Slices of bacon
1/2 cup of Parmesan cheese
3 cloves of garlic (optional)
Salt (to taste)
Pepper (to taste)
INSTRUCTIONS
1)Boil pasta 10 mins
2)Chop bacon. Cook in large frying pan medium/high heat.
3)Dice up garlic. Add to cooked bacon. Turn off heat
4)Whisk 3 eggs in separate bowl. Add Parmesan cheese
5)Drain pasta and add to frying pan.
6)Mix egg mixture into noodles
