some updates: villainovst >> legaciene (legacy & la seine / scene) featured muse changed, it is now ... howl pendragon from howl's moving castle going to be editing my tags to fit how i normally type them on other blogs. dunno why i changed it for this blog, el ehm ayy oh. changing my icon filter / icon psd. getting rid of some muses, adding a few categories. using google sites for my primary muse coverage.

"Never!" she reaffirms with an enthusiastic nod, reaching out to pick up one and looking it over as if it were some mystical object. "If I have, I haven't known of it. Are they supposed to be sweet, or are they more sour?" she pauses and chuckles softly, her free hand covering her mouth as if sheepishly embarrassed.

but she looks up when he hears himself talk down of his own lifestyle. "... You know," she moves a little closer, still smiling. "Just because you have the world at your fingertips doesn't mean that the world is always ready to be held. Taking your time isn't a bad thing, and living day to day, rather than rushing the months, is something to be praised."

. “ Never  tried  them?  Neeeeeeeever?  C'mon,  really? ”      the  whole  wide  world  on  her  plate  and  she'd  never  tried  dried  dates  before?  He'd  could  be  laughing  at  how  ridiculous  a  question  it  was,  but  he  was  much  too  busy  with  studying  each  soft  curve  of  her  ever  striking  visage  ;  large  and  expressive  eyes  washing  over  each  fruit  as  if  counting  golden  coin,  that  for  how  priceless  she  looked  there  could  be  something  even  she  hadn't  ever  gotten  to  do  before.  All  things  in  this  world  should  have  come  so  easily  for  her  –     “ That's  a  real  shame. ”

“ Well,  you  can  dry  ‘em  yourself  in  the  sun  or  just  eat  ’em  as  they  are!  Crushing  ‘em  up  and  drinking  ’em  works  too  but,  it's  not  as  nice  as  when  they're  dried.  Keep  ‘em  in  your  bag  for  when  you  get  hungry.  ’Course,  you  don't  ever  go  hungry,  but  –  uhm. "     he  was  doing  it  again,  bringing  up  her  riches,  bringing  himself  down  –  Aladdin  took  a  few  of  the  dried  dates  and  began  juggling  them  slowly,  looking  away  from  her.      " Anyway,  most  fruits  you  get  in  the  marketplace  can  be  dried  or  made  into  juices  and  they're  mostly  pretty  good  –  Ahh  especially  melon.  You've  had  melon  right?  Want  some? ”

₊˚⊹꒷         all  posturing  evaporates  quick  as  water  upon  the  brow,  shaking  in  his  excitement  to  speak  yet  only  managing  the  shakiness  of  nerves  and  haphazardly  placed  sentences  of  mumblings,  Aladdin  wracks  his  brain  for  something,  anything,  interesting  that  he  could  have  said  to  her.  When  nothing  came  to  mind,  Abu  had  managed  to  snag  a  few  dates  for  the  two  of  them  to  share.  Imperfect  of  a  topic,  the  only  bit  of  rope  he  had  to  cling  upon.

         “  You  probably  have  ‘em  the  freshest  they  can  be,  but  they  taste  pretty  good  with  some  chai  –  It  won't  be  fancy,  but  I  have  some  we  could  share  before  you  head  back  to  the  palace.  You  might  not  believe  me  but  they're  not  so  bad  when  they're  dried.  ”
