Hari – Kirtarsh 9 years old HariHari (9 year-old) arrived at Kirtarsh when he was just 8 months old. He has no birth certificate and therefore is deprived of schooling opportunity.

Ram Kumar (13 year-old) is courageous and loving. He was the first to notice the fire outbreak at Kirtarsh in the wee hours. Swiftly, he alerted the person in charge. Because of his instinctive action, everyone was saved. Coming from a broken family, Kumar has been here since 5 years old. He is curious and eager to learn despite being a slower learner. He is helpful at daily chores and supporting others in the center. You too can support them by making a difference. Support us as we rebuild a home for the residents at Kirtarsh like Ram Kumar. Continuous effort has been made on getting Hari his identification document, but to no avail. Presently, a volunteer teacher has made a difference to Hari by giving him lessons. Sivapakki

Sivapakki, The eldest resident at Kirtarsh is a centenarian. Her name is Sivapakki and she is a 100 years old! Everyday, she enjoys her time chewing sireh while chatting with fellow residents here. She is mobile, healthy and independent which includes being able to eat and shower on her own. Sivapakki is the mother figure and the power house of wisdom and positivity at Kirtarsh. You too can be a powerhouse by making a difference to them.
