I'm half awake but noticed a cool detail! Dess' hands have a circle pattern on each palm, like the holes in Gaster's hands and the knight's! v cool. I'll be spending the next hour going over every detail of her design lol.

With that--did you design Dess before or after the Knight release in chapter 3? It would be p crazy if you have her the hand details before we saw the knight. Time traveler Akane proof.

I had Dess' design done before Chapter 3 and 4 dropped. Her child counterpart appeared in Snowdin and you could see her missing poster in Hometown. So her design was always already there. BUT the design was a tiny bit different. It didn't have the circle patterns or the antlers. In fact, in the original design, the antlers were broken off.

But after the Roaring Knight design was revealed, I thought it'd be fun to match these little details as a small visual Easter egg.

After all, antlers grow back and UT Dess was wearing gloves. So you could never see her hands.
