Apology

Dear Followers and contributors to the Legend of Art Book, 

I know that I've been inactive here and I'm not going to make up excuses for it. I was getting discouraged. People were dropping out left and right and I was being accused of a lot of things. I understand that it's still no reason for me to just up and disappear like that. Some of you guys stuck with me and put a lot of hard work into what you were doing--and I essentially abandoned you. For that I am sorry from the bottom of my heart. 

I don't know if I can ever regain your support. But I'm in a much better place now--and if you can find it in your hearts to forgive me. I would still love to bring this artbook to its final product. This is of course, all up to you guys. I would completely understand if you don't want to continue. 

However if you do, I simply ask for a little hiatus, given I'm a bit tight on money for production purposes (getting the books made and what not, but that should be covered by early March.) 

Once again, I apologize and I am deeply sorry for what's happened. I understand fully your rights to withdraw from this project, as well as your rights as contributors to push me forward in completing it. 

Thank you to those who took the time to message me. I needed to hear what you had to say. I couldn't just run away from all this.

Final Submission Deadlines Change: 29-31

Hey guys! I've been MIA for a little bit because of some personal issues, but I just wanted to let you know that the FINAL SUBMISSION DEADLINES have been extended! They are now the 29th-31st of August (originally the 25th-27th). I'm hoping it will give you guys a little more time to get your works done without rushing you too much :')

I wake up to my landlords accusing me of lying for my father and threatening us to be out of here in a matter of two weeks.

I am shaking in anger at the audacity and it’s own amount of lies in this letter.

Unfortunately it is what it is and I have nowhere else to turn considering I really cannot get a job at the moment.

Note about replies

I just wanted to let you guys know that I've been swamped with schoolwork and other things to do the past week, and will be a little slow getting to all the emails. If you haven't heard from me, it's most likely because I haven't been home. But I'm going to be getting to everything this weekend!

August 1: Progress check 2

Hey guys! It's August 2nd today! But yesterday was the deadline for another WIP check! I know these progress checks are a bit tedious but it's good for me to know where you are and make sure everyone is on track for the final submission deadlines. However, if you're unable to make the progress checks, just let me know! I'm totally understanding! You have a life too! So no worries! Just checking in with everyone! 

Thank you all again for what you're doing to help! The situation with Jay isn't getting any better for her and her father and when we finally get this book together and sold, it'll bring them much needed money to pay their rent. Which is dire right now.

I started a campaign on Indiegogo, in order to help raise money for her. If you could give it a look and maybe spread the word that would be amazing! They’re really in a tight spot right now.
