{imagine me showing up with a very polite bow okok!} {since I have a lot of headcanons around it, I’ve found myself wondering; what’s your thoughts on how two time reacted Before encountering Azure in a round? That brief window of time where they were forsaken, but before they knew He was there? And their change in behavior if any after the fact?} {I just think it’s a fun idea! :D}

THIS TOOKME SO LONG TO ANSWER IM SO SORRY i remember getting this ask whiile typing this one post and was like oh wowie i kinda described a bit of that there soo i'll try to add onto it a bit AAAH

so yeaH again,,,,before azure came along, they were trying to repress a lot of things regarding him & what happened ('it's not that i don't remember, it's that i don't want to remember' hmmmm) and the only thing that they could desperately cling onto was their belief in the spawn, only fueled more by the false power that the spectre gave them,,,they were also extremely secretive and unwilling to talk about themselves at all, avoiding questions and getting defensive if somebody was especially persistent

and also.it's not like they constantly yapped and yapped about the spawn tbh they were very aware of the weird looks they got whenever they said something about their faith and that did irk them, even if they tried not to show it,, they still mentioned the spawn to others when for example expressing gratitude(like the in-game dialogue) but usually, they talked & prayed to themselves

when they first saw azu they felt.a lot of things,,,,they honestly couldn't believe that it's really him standing before them again,,they were happy that he's back, that perhaps the spawn has rewarded him with a second chance too,,,,but they also felt absolutely horrid for what they did to him in the first place.and.that feeling only became heavier after hearing what he had to say about them, how much he has to suffer because of them and now despises them for it

their facade was beginning to crumble, repressing who they truly are was barely possible anymore, all the memories and feelings they tried to push away flooded back,,,,,their instability could now be outwardly seen, they often completely broke down, horribly guilty and ashamed of themselves,,the crisis and doubt they held for their faith that they also previously repressed was only intensifying after seeing what happened to azure bc. they wholeheartedly believed that they were the only one that deserved the pain, not their beloved, so why did their god do that to him????IMMSTRUGGLING WITH thE WORDS SORR BUT I HOPE U GET THE GIST

they weren't one to really stick close with the group even before this, but they've started disappearing during intermissions even more frequently. it's often that the others found them away from the main cabin, sitting in the forest or near the water, blankly staring in front of themselves,,once they realized someone's approaching, they instantly switched their demeanor, that forced smile appearing on their face again,,,after azure's appearance though, they didn't even do that anymore. a lot of the time, they were unresponsive when somebody tried talking to them in this state,,,,, they only continued to stare at nothing, just.stuck in their own mind

Genuine question, and this isn't out of a place of malice )im younger than you if it matters) how can tickling art be sfw? I've only ever seen it as a fetish or kink art and every time i see it tagged as sfw im a little confused. the focus on tickling ive never really seen in a sfw context, if you're comfortable, could you explain why tickling is comforting and how you separate it from other tickle art?/genq

while walking home i came up with this hc and i think i cooked

azure liked to play guitar, often coming up with his own tunes & melodies. the cult was rather iffy with its members having their own hobbies, being discouraging of creativity in case such things would get in the way of their faith. therefore, he largely kept it under wraps, only playing when he was alone with breeze(two time) or simply by himself. they already let his interest in botany slide due to the potential use that could come out of it, but something like this was rather risky.

one day however, against his better judgement, he began playing and singing to a group of younger members. the performance was disrupted and his guitar taken away due to being a 'disturbance' and a 'bad influence'. he never ended up getting it back, despite both him and breeze trying to carefully convince the elders to return it. azure was very bitter about this, however showing that would only get him into more trouble. just like it always did. eventually, they gave up on retrieving it.

post-forsaken, breeze gifted him a new guitar for his birthday. when accompanying mr. & ms. doe during a brief trip to the mall, they got reminded of that incident after they saw said instrument with beautiful floral patterns on sale. they remembered how happy it used to make him and hoped it would be a good gift. he got quite emotional when strumming the strings with his claws, trying to warm up a bit before making an attempt to play his favorite melody again. even after all this time, he still remembered. and he could now do this with no risk, no restrictions holding him back. saying he felt insanely grateful would be an understatement.

YESYES ^_^ ohhhhh peony my beloved,,,,..,uughghggh it's hard to put into words but i'm gonna try, mb if it's worded weirdly im ass at explaining,,,,,, Cooked allat lore just so i can have the silly sentient hat stay and now im attached to her too icanT

the hat itself isn't a malicious creature, and wasn't created by the spectre either. its original creator, blizzaria, made it as a magical companion for themselves a long, long time ago.

'This powerful hat contains the essence of the never ending frozen wasteland that is the origin of Blizzaria and all that is cold.'

this holds true; however, the power once held by the hat has diminished over the years after its creator's death, much to the disdain of certain future wearers who weren't the greatest people and expected something more from it.

eventually, the hat landed in the hands of the spectre, who was beyond intrigued by its unique ability to link consciousness with a wearer.

and uh. essentially my idea with this is like. it's actually not easy for the spectre to directly influence a person's mind without other aspects that would help with it (such as john doe's corruption which was already destroying his mind, or a child's mind already being vulnerable enough in the case of c00lkidd,,u get it)

azure was basically an experiment of the spectre, which utilized the hat as a proxy that would influence his thoughts and actions. it was the hat that became completely corrupted by its powers, and due to now being connected to azure, the initial hatred, confusion and resentment he felt after the sacrifice was constantly being greatly intensified and fueled by it, keeping him in a state of anguish that he could not control.

the hat's ability to speak for the wearer in their voice was also used against azure, the spectre literally zipping his mouth shut so no words of his own would ever come out. (fun fact - i imagine blizzaria was also mute, which is why this ability exists :] teehee)

the hat was barely aware of what was going on during forsaken due to being completely taken over by the spectre's power, so post-forsaken she was.genuinely very lost & confused,, why and how does she have a new owner again?? and why throwing her to the ground with fear and rage on his face is the first thing he did?? however, he could feel what she feels too due to their connection and could tell that said feelings were actually genuine,,he was just as lost now, but hesitantly took her back as his new companion.

he later on gave her the name peony - a flower that, among other things, symbolizes healing, love, happiness, prosperity, and good fortune ^_^

she serves as a means of communication for him & as a sort of voice of reason in some cases,,trying her best to help him deal with the heavy emotions he still often feels after everything that happened.

azure also leaves her to watch over breeze when he has to do something else (like chores or tending to his garden) but wants to let them rest and not drag them along with him HDJHFKG it's both so they don't feel lonely and.for their safety,,she can still notify azure from a distance in case their behavior is worrying(this is actually significant in another lore bit i have but i won't get into it now anD it's a sensitive topic HHHHH)

she's genuinely really fond of both him and two time/breeze after spending lots of time with them, she loves them to bits,,, they actually treat her like a living being instead of just an object. like i mentioned earlier, not all of her previous owners were good people, and even though she only has vague memories of them, she's grateful she ended up in good hands right now, even if the road to it was.very messy to say the least

so yeah. the homophobic hat (that wasn't even truly homophobic) turned into the actual #1 azuretime fan LMAO

misc fun fact 1: she can't remember her creator at all anymore, but cold, snowy days in the winter still bring her a sense of nostalgia that she cannot shake off.

misc fun fact 2: she makes a sound similar to purring when she's happy, as well as an assortment of various little squeaks and noises ^^ silly hat,,,,,she loves being pet as well teehee

AA it's a bit hard to answer less specific questions for me buut i'll share this maybe ^_^

they current live in a pretty spacious house on the edge of the woods - they can get the peaceful environment they need while not being completely isolated,,they have a big cozy garden they like to spend time in too :D

it was built specifically for them !! they previously lived in an apartment that was provided to them by the admins as an effort to aid those that were part of the forsaken shit hfjfgdj,,it was a bit suffocating for them though, especially for azure who now had to deal with his new monstrous body :')

and even earlier like,,,right after forsaken, they briefly went back to the cult due to not knowing where else to go which uh. didn't last long and didn't end well,, they felt horribly unsafe and uncomfortable the entire time and azure was starting to see the place for what it truly was, which eventually led to a one-on-one confrontation between him and amarah that escalated into a physical fight because of the rage and resentment he now felt not towards breeze/two time, but towards the cult. my mans finally opened his eyes guh

this ended in amarah's death LMFAO not by azure's hands though,,breeze was observing the confrontation from the shadows and eventually stabbed amarah from behind, tackling him to the ground and then just.stabbing again over and over, even after he was already dead,, all those pent up feelings finally got an outlet smth like that SORRYITS RLY HARD TO DESCRIBE THR EMOTIONS THAT CAME WITH RHIS WHOLE THING BC ITS COMPLICATED BUT IT ALL MAKES SENSE IN MY HEAD TRUST

also i imagine amarah stabbed one of azure's eyes during the fight, so i think breeze attacked after that lol thiis was not smth i initially intended with his design but rather a thought i got later based on it 😭welp
