Final reflection
As I reflect on my CAS experience, I can say that I enjoyed the variety of activities and the opportunity to try new things the most. From volunteering in my community to learning new skills through extracurricular activities, every experience was unique and allowed me to explore my interests in different ways.
My greatest challenge in CAS was time management. Balancing schoolwork, other commitments, and CAS activities was often a struggle. However, I learned to prioritize and plan ahead, which helped me to overcome this challenge.
Through CAS, I achieved personal growth and development. I expanded my knowledge and skills in areas such as leadership, teamwork, and communication. Additionally, I gained a greater understanding of the importance of community involvement and the impact I can have on those around me.
The abilities and skills that I developed most significantly in CAS were leadership, organization, and communication. Through various activities, I was able to take on leadership roles, learn how to plan and coordinate events, and improve my communication skills both verbally and in writing.
I found the learning outcome of "demonstrating perseverance and commitment in CAS experiences" to be the most easy to achieve. It was clear to me that I needed to be dedicated and persistent in order to complete my CAS requirements. On the other hand, the learning outcome of "demonstrating respect for and commitment to the rights of others" was the most difficult to achieve. It required me to step out of my comfort zone and work with individuals from diverse backgrounds, but it was also the most rewarding.

CAS Project
Recently, a friend and I embarked on a journey to run a half-marathon. It was something we had talked about for a while, and we finally decided to make it happen. We spent weeks preparing, training and pushing each other to go the distance.
On the day of the half-marathon, we woke up early and started running. It was a beautiful day, and we were surrounded by stunning scenery. We pushed ourselves to keep going, taking short breaks when we needed to catch our breath.
As we ran, we talked, laughed and encouraged each other to keep going. It wasn't easy, but we knew we had each other's backs. We ran a total of 23km, and it took us approximately 4 hours to complete.
Crossing the finish line was an amazing feeling. We were tired, but also proud of ourselves for completing the half-marathon. It was an experience that we will never forget.
Running a half-marathon is a challenge, but doing it with a friend makes it a lot more enjoyable. We supported each other through the ups and downs, and we both grew as runners and as friends.

Service 2 February
Have you ever noticed the amount of litter scattered around your local park, forest or lake? It's a sad sight to see, but what's even sadder is that many people ignore it and let it remain. But not us! My friends and I decided to take matters into our own hands and clean up the local forest and lake in our area.
Armed with gloves, garbage bags, and determination, we set out to make a difference. As we walked through the forest, we picked up discarded bottles, cans, and other debris that had been left behind by careless visitors. It was a lot of work, but we were rewarded with a sense of accomplishment as we watched the piles of trash grow smaller and smaller.
After finishing up in the forest, we moved on to the nearby lake. Unfortunately, we found just as much litter here as we had in the forest. But we didn't let that discourage us. Instead, we doubled down on our efforts and made sure to pick up every last piece of trash we could find. It was a long day, but the satisfaction of knowing we had made a difference was worth it.
So next time you're out for a walk, take a moment to appreciate the natural beauty around you. And if you happen to see some litter, don't just walk past it. Take a cue from us and make a difference – pick it up and dispose of it properly. It may seem like a small action, but it can make a big impact on the environment and the world around us.

Playing chess with my uncle is one of my favorite pastimes. We always have a good time and it's a great way to bond with family. I love how the game requires focus, strategy, and patience, and it's always satisfying to make a clever move and see the board shift in my favor. I'm grateful for my uncle's guidance and wisdom on the board, and I look forward to many more games in the future.

As a math enthusiast, I have always enjoyed helping my friends who struggle with the subject. Recently, I had the opportunity to tutor a friend who was struggling with sequences in math.
At first, my friend was having a hard time understanding the concept of sequences, but with a little patience and some clear explanations, they started to grasp the concept. We worked through different examples together, and I tried to make the material as relatable and understandable as possible.
As we continued to work through the problems, I could see my friend's confidence growing. By the end of our session, my friend was able to solve the problems on their own and had a better understanding of sequences.
Overall, tutoring my friend in sequences was a rewarding experience. Not only was I able to help my friend better understand a challenging topic, but I was also able to strengthen my own understanding of the material. I look forward to more opportunities to share my love of math with others and help them succeed in their studies.

Cardio exercises are a great way to improve your heart health and overall fitness. You don't need a gym membership or fancy equipment to get your cardio in - there are plenty of exercises you can do at home! Try jumping jacks, running in place, or dancing to your favorite songs. Incorporating cardio into your daily routine is a great way to stay active and healthy.

"Chess is a game of strategy and skill that has been played for centuries. It requires concentration, patience, and a love for the game. Whether you are a beginner or a seasoned player, there is always room to improve and learn new tactics." - that is what my RIP grandma would say when she taught me the fundaments of chess.
She was really good at chess, she even won a national chess tournament with her team.
Her words motivate me to constantly progress, and study new openings.

I recently decided to gather board games and toys for children in need. I know firsthand how much joy these types of items can bring, and I wanted to do my part to help brighten the lives of children who may not have access to them. I began the process of gathering the board games and toys. I reached out to friends, family, and members of my community, asking if they had any extra items they could donate. I then delivered the toys and board games to the local orphanage.

As someone who is committed to maintaining a healthy lifestyle, I have found that stretching for 10 minutes every day at home has been a simple but effective way to improve my flexibility and overall well-being.
One of the benefits of stretching at home is that it is convenient. I can do it anytime and anywhere, as long as I have a little bit of space and a comfortable place to stretch. This makes it easy to incorporate into my daily routine.
Another benefit of stretching at home is that it can be done at my own pace. I am able to take my time and focus on each stretch, rather than feeling rushed or rushed in a group setting. This helps me to get the most out of my stretches and allows me to relax and de-stress.
Overall, I have found that stretching for 10 minutes every day at home has been a great way to improve my flexibility, reduce muscle tension, and promote overall well-being.
