People who say they didn't like Usopp until Water 7 are so strange to me like?? Usopp has been displaying those same qualities since his introduction arc in syrup village.

He's BEEN a brave person who always pulls through in the end. He's BEEN standing up for his friends and beliefs. He's BEEN an amazing strategist. Water 7 was just all that x10 plus a bunch of angst.

Frankly, Usopp haters can't be trusted and those who took that long to warm up to him should be side-eyed...

LawLu Law turns into a motherhen when Luffy gets hurt.

He would check and treat every littly scratch all while shouting how dumb and reckless Luffy is and grumbling that if he had followed his plan that wouldn´t have happened. (yeah, no. We all know that Laws plans are not as good as he thinks.)

He also hates it when other doctors take care of the younger captain. (Law: "They are just incompetent." grumble) The only one that he is okay with is Chopper, but only when he himself can´t treat Luffy for any reason. And even then he would look after Luffy later. (Law: "I´m just making sure that that idiot didn´t just remove the band aid." blushing)

The only thing that is worse is when there aren´t any warnings at all. I hate the excuse that "that would tell the whole story" No it doesn´t!

I actually don’t mind that “dead dove” has become conversational shorthand for “fics with heavy themes where you REALLY need to pay attention to the warnings”. such is the nature of language. what i do mind is when people tag their actual fics with dead dove and then give no indication of what they’re actually warning about. that is useless. that helps no one. that is completely against the spirit of the meme. i will not be reading that

Okay I was thinking, what would Zoro and Luffy give each other for Christmas? And you now what, I think Zoro would just give Luffy meat and Luffy would give him Sake. Because thats what they like the most. They would just sit together and happily eat/drink their gifts and love that the other is beside them.

They don´t need big presents. That the other has thought of them and know what they like is enough for them.

Names in One Piece can become confusing when there are more than one ways to write it thanks to translation. Especially since I read OP in german and they sometimes (mostly in the early volumes) change names. Like Luffy is named Ruffy and the Going Merry is Flying Lamb.

But the most confusing for me was Ace, because they named him Puma D Ace instead of Portgas in the beginning (did they just do that in german ?). And I was like: "So, are they named after animals?"

I was so confused. Still laughing about that theory.

Nami found a new way to make money, by selling pictures of Luffy. Her best customers are Sabo (who gets a, very small, discount as Luffys brother and because he buys them double), Boa, the Barto-Club, Corby and Bepo (he buys them for Law, who dennies he loves them and hides them under his pillow).

Bonus:

Sabo has to share the pictures with Dragon.

Zoro doesn´t buy them because he doesn´t need them, he likes to just watch Luffy.

I somewhere read that Law would be geeman. So what if Law sometimes talks about Luffy in german, because he knows no one understands him. He makes sure to sound very annoyed. To bad that Law is not as smart as he thinks and underestimate his crews noisiness.

They, without Law knowing, get a dictionary and translate as many words as they can and find out there captain is actually pining.

When they suddenly meet the strawhats on random islands sometimes, well thats just coincidantal and has nothing to do with Bepo having a vivre card from them.

They are just very fond of there grumpy captain... okay and it is funny to see him trying to hide his blush every time Luffy hugs him or just smiles at him.

What if child Luffy meets Zoro and Kuina. He watched them fight and later states that Zoro should join his, future, pirate crew. Zoro gets angry, because is that little shit making fun of him? He just saw him lose!

Luffy just says he thinks Zoro is the coolest and that Zoro said it himself, he will one day be the best swordsfighter. And as the future pirateking he needs the best.

Zoro would have no chance but to fall for this crazy kid.
