I can't take it anymore I'm falling apart now I don't even know how to tell you but tomorrow something is going to happen that will decide my fate and it's the worst and I don't know how to ignore it I also know that 3D is just an illusion and it's not real and time isn't real either but as soon as I remember tomorrow everything falls apart plus everyone reminds me of it too I've been trying to enter the void and change everything but it hasn't worked I've been trying all the time I know you'll tell me that I shouldn't rely on what I see and that manifestation is instant and I should give in and make the decision but I know all this because something happened 3 months ago when I was reading one of your posts and I suddenly realized that everything is my imagination and it's my only reality after I realized that I felt happy and safe I don't know what happened but all my doubts disappeared and I told myself that I don't need the void and I don't need to manifest everything is already there and I own it I don't need it to exist in 3D and it was around 11 pm so I went to sleep I didn't set an intention or anything and I wasn't planning anything but when I went to sleep I woke up in the void and it was amazing but I focused on my symptoms I was excited Because I realized it was the easiest ever, but when I woke up, I felt frustrated because I focused on my symptoms and the doubts returned after I woke up. But I also realized that manifestation is instantaneous and that imagination is my only reality and that once I surrender and realize I own it, nothing matters anymore and I don't even need a decision because it's all inside me. But I tried to reclaim this, but it didn't work, even though I know all that, and I've been trying ever since. I tried to ignore my circumstances, but it's hard because today is my last chance and I can't ignore it because I've been trying to change this for months, but it hasn't worked. I know the power is within me and only I can change this. But it's no use. I'm asking for help. What should I do? I'm crying my eyes out as I write this. I have no one to complain to or tell how bad my condition is. I lied to everyone and told them everything would be fine, but they'll find out the truth tomorrow. I'm really scared. I have no one but you who can help me. I need your advice and encouragement. You're the one who made me realize my strength at that time.

first of all iâm so so sorry you feel this way, and i hope you feel better as you are reading this.
I know what thatâs like, i donât talk about my old story as much but before i manifest everything i had all the odds against me so i know what it feels like to have your back against the wall. But what made me get out of the situation was realising the wall was not real, and even the body that was up against it was not.
You keep wavering, and thatâs the problem, and i know that this is so frustrating to hear. But itâs the truth. Reality is 100% mental, there is nothing but you here, you are the one keeping this life, because you choose to be aware of it. I would just say go within, but thatâs easier said than done.
You say you believe in time, but youâre telling me you didnât induce the void state. How do you know that? itâs because youâre referencing the past, that which does not exist. You have this story for yourself, and you are so powerful that you have created this story on the fly every single moment.
That you:
Try and induce the void and it doesnât work
You have this really dire circumstance that will ruin you (which you talk about as if itâs inevitable)
Everyone keeps going on about it
Let go of that story, you are not the body and these things or not happening to you. If you were able to step into the POV of god you would lack nothing and your âdesiresâ would come to you in a matter of seconds, even seconds is too long actually.
Imagine what you want to experience. congrats itâs done. The only reason you are not seeing it is your deep belief that this ârealityâ is real, that itâs solid, some way somehow you still view what you want to attain as some dream.
It is not dream vs reality

you are dreaming up these circumstances as week speak
You are dreaming those tears,
All you must do is observe the new dream. And donât contradict yourself. Perception controls reality, change your perception and you change reality. If you were to perceive yourself as god holding views such as: your orders are instantaneous, nothing can contradict you, and that this is all your creation by the mind,
Then you would be able to have anything, actually you would realise that you already ARE everything therefore you cannot lack, and it would all materialise.
Infact, you must realise that you are already looking at life in the POV of a god, and your pov is the only one that exists.
Change who you are identifying as, you are not the body with things happening to you. You are a creator, consciousness and things are happening through you.
You need to collapse the duality between 3D and 4D, there is no 3D vs 4D it is all just the mind. there is no difference between the image and the mirror reflecting the image. When the image moves the reflection moves to match instantly. Change the Image. And you know how to do that because the Image is you.
And immediately drop the assumption that changing thoughts take time and saturation, those two concepts are illusionistic. Imagined it? Cool itâs yours. Thereâs no wait for catch up, it has caught up.
I say this to so many but once you realise that you are beating some sort of clock or racing against time, is when the dream comes crashing down and you are now able to control it. You donât have to do Anything, realise itâs already done. Donât rely on your senses and drop the idea of the â3Dâ Know the outcome you wish to experience is a reality now without any blockages.
Please breathe, my lovely and realise you are afraid of your own imagination. Release yourself. Relax the mind.

I manifested my dream life after 1+ year of nonstop trying
First of all, i would like to give some background information. I've been in the subliminal community since 2017-2018, i was LITERALLY in primary school đ
Manifestation is not a new concept to me, i tried the law of assumption in 2021 but didn't get my desire so i gave up. in december 2024 i got back into it and decided for myself what i wanted my dream life to be.
Here's everything i manifested:
desired face
desired body
desired family
desired grades + having skipped a year
seeing my long distance boyfriend in august
and many MANY other things i can't think of rn LOL
HERE'S WHAT CLICKED
I used to think that i was doing everything right, i persisted, i affirmed, i lived in the end and i NEVER wavered, or so i thought. I thought wavering was strictly contradicting your desires for example "i don't have _", i thought it was anything that implied that you don't have it.
However my version of wavering is what i would refer to as "creating a Plan B" which this post made me realise i was doing. I constantly discussed what i would do IF i didn't get it. For example: let's say i want to manifest a class being cancelled, i would decide the class is cancelled and maybe affirm a little but then i would suddenly proceed to take my notes for the class 'just in case it didn't get cancelled'. I didn't think it was wavering because i was talking hypothetically but that ALSO contradicts the mindset of me having it all.
Eventually i also came across this subliminal. I HIGHLY recommend you look at the benefits, you don't even have to listen. The subliminal talks about the law of obsession and honestly i could try as hard as i can to explain it but i recommend you just look at the document because it's perfectly worded and i would NOT do it justice i fear.
HOW DID I PROCEED ?
With this newfound clarity i decided to continue my journey differently. I would never EVER contradict my desires. Never ever ever ever ever ever ever ever EVER !!!!
Now this is the part where this post saved my ass. I know for a FACT that if ur reading this ur wondering "well how the hell am i supposed to just stop my negative thoughts overnight" and let me tell you something, you don't. STOP TRYING TO PUSH UR NEGATIVE THOUGHTS AWAY !! IT ONLY MAKES IT WORSE !! And now ur DEFINITELY wondering "well wtf do i do then ??" and this is where i tell you to Just. Let. Them. Pass.
Do not entertain negative thoughts. Don't agree with them and don't disagree with them, they're quite literally ragebaiters đ„
Ragebait is made for interaction, otherwise it serves no purpose. You should only observe those thoughts and move on, instantly distract yourself.
HOWEVER let's say you absolutely CANNOT get rid of those thoughts then i firmly recommend this post to help you deal with them so you can move on. SUMMARY
NEVER contradict ur desires, do not even dare to think about "well what if i don't get it ??" and stop trying to play it safe.
Don't try to fight wavering or negative thoughts just ignore them and move on, if you really can't check out the post i linked.

I thought I was manifesting like a pro, but turns out I was still playing scared â making backup plans like setting a reboot van just in case. Thatâs wavering. Real manifesting is committing like you already won the match â no Plan B, just full send.
Negative thoughts? Donât fight them. Thatâs like building against a bot for no reason. Just let them glide by â theyâre ragebait trying to get a reaction. Observe, ignore, move on. If they keep spamming, check out the post/subliminal mentioned â itâs like grabbing a mythic to help reset your mindset.

sadness and frustration over shifting never is acknowledged in my mind anymore because i'm at a state of such peace that i forget how absolutely unhealthy i was mentally over shifting just a bit ago. now that it's been 2 years since i began shifting im actually reconsidering so much of my journey and my mentality and how much patience and peace this whole journey has brought me.
shifting gets really frustrating whether or not you've shifted or minishifted, and it's obviously the very big temptation to quit or take long breaks or just completely blame yourself for everything. i don't like when people begin interpreting my mentality advice as "push it away and move on." i don't want people to neglect their feelings but i don't want them diving too deep into a losing game either. balancing the understanding that shifting is completely available to you alongside the understanding that there's inevitable stress to this journey begins to allow you to open your soul to consistency and emotion. emotion is natural and there's no such thing as being "unnaturally" stressed. don't set expectations for a mind so complex! the simplicity of shifting includes understanding the possibilities of your mind, awareness, and surroundings. villainizing all of these things will not help you expand your territory, it will only make you sad. there is no point in feeling shame, laziness, or any kind of lingering bother from the things you haven't yet achieved, because if you cannot achieve it at all, how is it so available for so many people to attempt? how is there so many resources and stories to go off of? if you truly were the one person in the world who is completely unable to reality shift, ask yourself what the science behind that is. because unlike that, reality shifting has evidence. reality shifting has proof of unlimited ability. you are not formed to be isolated. you were not made for a life you are unable to live. be content with your progress and the growing of it. stop dwelling on your present and begin looking through your future, it's only when you're working that you should prioritize the second circle of presence and awareness. realizing that you've evolved from your past into your present opens your pathway to your fortune. in the end of the day, every celebration is a celebration of a new day, and a new day is still a step forward from the past. each second that passes is anew, and time is just as easy to evolve as yourself.
but with shifting, there's no external property that will push you any more than how you're meant to push yourself! you don't have to find every extraordinary resource in order to feel content with your knowledge, because your body and mind are a gallery. there is no point in limiting your own identity and villainizing imagination! every fantasy is rooted from a possibility of life. dragons are still alive, fairies are still alive, and beasts are still alive. every quality of life still breathes, even if it isn't our air.
to think from a realistic standpoint is to assume this reality's way is the only way. there is so much more you can experience! you were put in this reality to explore, just as you discovered other realities to explore as well. the opposite of infinity is zero!! and to have some progress is closer to infinity than to zero.

letâs all do a shifting exercise tonight! doesnât matter if you have doubts. doesnât matter if your script is unfinished (yes iâm talking to you overthinker). doesnât matter if your sleep schedule is fucked and you planned to do it at this time but now itâs âtoo lateâ. doesnât matter if you have things to do tomorrow. this exercise is for everyoneâwhether youâve shifted to your dr or not.
tonight, when you go to shift, i want you to feel the emotional tone of your dr before setting your intention. let yourself be filled with the peace and love and wholeness of finally being in the place you belong. be present. where do you feel the energy most? let it overflow into every part of your body. even just two minutes of this is enough for your intention to be backed by emotional resonance (which strengthens a manifestation and an assumption because your subcon processes things you experience emotion with as real). after you feel youâve connected emotionally (again, this should not take a long time. anything will work) set your intention simply and clearly.
say things like:
âiâm shifting now.â âiâm going to my dr as i sleep.â âi allow myself to be in my dr.â
(you can also say your own dr specific thing! no limitations, just examples!!)
this is not to convince yourself. there should be no âokay and now what?â response. donât immediately go searching for your dr in your senses. do not wait for things to change. just say it like you mean it and let go.
once your intention is set, act like it already worked. i donât mean start convincing yourself youâre seeing, hearing, or thinking in your dr. i just mean own the choice. own the decision of having just shifted. act as if you just placed a same-day delivery order and your confirmation code just came. relax. listen to music or asmr. and go to sleep. itâs done.

i have finally cracked what it truly means to ignore the 3DâŠ
when one is ignoring the 3D, it doesnât mean they are ignoring circumstanceâliving without seeing or experiencing things (basically deluding themselves). it simply means this person is not giving doubts validity. doubts will come up. this happens to everyone, even the most experienced manifestors. but the difference between a master and a novice is that the master can think the doubt and not engage with or experience it.
so for instanceâtake shifting. two people can say, âiâm shifting tonight.â and a doubt can appear that says, âha, thatâs what you said last night.â
now person A, the master, might once again affirm:
âeh, past is the past. iâm shifting tonight.â in response to that.
notice how this person had the doubt but didnât veer off course nor try to fight itâŠ
while person B, the novice, might say:
âwhy did i think that? iâve been working so hard on instilling good thoughts! ugh! now i have to repeat affirmations over and over again tonight so i can shift!â
notice how this person had the doubt and interacted with it, thus causing the doubt to take rootâŠ
to ignore the 3D, you must adopt the mentality of person A: understanding that doubts occur and are apart of the human experience but they do not have validity until YOU grant them that power.
i repeatâdoubts hold NO validity until you grant them that power!

after almost 2 years of trying literally every method on the menu (including redoing my nighttime routine 40 different ways), i hit a point of cognitive fatigue. i realized i wasnât failing because i wasnât doing enough. i was failing because i kept assuming i had to do specific things in order to shift. so i used @hrrtshapeâs anti-method (linked here) and let the assumption unravel. i laid down, let my brain spiral, and held a single thought like a match in the dark:
âwhat if i already shifted and just forgot?â
that was it. not a hypothesis, not a question to test, but just an epistemic interruption. something that bypassed all my intellectual resistance. the shift happened when the assumption collapsed. i stopped treating the dr like a destination and started recognizing it as default. i wasnât locked out. i was just still playing along with a story that said i was.
and yeah, my brain fought it. it tried to fact-check me back into place. âyou're still in your room.â âyou're not shifting.â âyou're still in your cr.â and thatâs fine. itâs supposed to do that. i didn't argue back. i just kept holding that thought that i'd forgotten i'd shifted. once you let go of the narrative, the mind doesn't know how to defend its own limitation.
so if youâre exhausted from trying? good. thatâs your entry point. thatâs the system cracking. let it. not in defeat, but in relief. the void isnât something you summon. itâs whatâs left when you stop performing.
i didnât shift by effort. i shifted because i stopped assuming i hadnât. youâre already in your dr, you have already shifted.

I've been drinking coca cola for a long time and still no weight gain nor health issues. "he doesn't like you because you haven't talked-" my ass. who puts logic into people's emotions? that's ass.
ê° đ ê± đ visualize ass if I hear or see something that's bs. "if I already have it, where is it" my ass. "manifestation is hard" my ass. "I don't have" my ass. "it takes time to-" my ass.
ê° đ ê± đ actually make manifestation fun because it is actually meant to be fun. or not, who cares. "you have to do this you can't do that" my ass.
ê° đ ê± đ have no resistance towards my desires because I don't see a gap between me and it nor do I treat manifestation like it's a chore or a thing I've never done in my life.
ê° đ ê± đ actually have my own self-concept only I can curate because nobody else is going to tell me what I am and what I'm not or what I can and can't do if it's my reality that I've lived in since birth.
ê° đ ê± đ make the rules and nobody else.
ê° đ ê± đ trust myself. I never outsource my trust. I'm not scrolling around finding more and more information on the internet about manifestation nor am I constantly checking if my manifestations are already there.
ê° đ ê± đ only put the effort I want to put in, in my manifestations. If I only want to affirm that I have it for 5 minutes, it is done. If I want to mind saturate or visualize in the shower for 30 minutes, it is done. If I want to do SATs then it is done. because manifestation is not a chore, it is something you can actually enjoy.
ê° đ ê± đ don't force my thoughts, emotions and affirmations. affs are not supposed to be boring, I create comedy and movies in my head about it. or I don't, who cares, I already have it.
ê° đ ê± đ don't attach myself to desires because I am not soul bound to scarcity. listen, girls. if you assert your boundaries and are clear of how you want to be treated because you are unavailable to anything less (meaning, you'll be gone the time they irk you) from the cause of your own detachment to a specific outcome.. baby, your relationships will be much more abundant.

The Only Law of Assumption Guide Youâll Ever Need
The âI Amâ State
The I Am state, void state, pure consciousness, whatever you want to call it, is your original state. But youâve been experiencing life through your human ego self, which is why you think these fears, limiting beliefs, and circumstances are you. But you are none of those, because if you were, you wouldnât be able to overcome or change them. What you are is a blank canvas, and this is crucial to understand. If you are originally a blank canvas and not one that has already been painted, then you can choose to paint whatever you want on it, because itâs easy, you're not painting over something. And if you're a blank canvas, then that means manifesting the good and the bad, the small and the big things, is just as easy, because they're the same. Thatâs why we say manifesting a dime is as easy as manifesting being a billionaire. The "you" that is in poverty, needing to work three part-time jobs to pay your bills, is not who you are. Who you are is "I Am." Neville said you can forget where you are, or who you are, but never that you are, because "I Am" is always in front of something. And if "I Am" is your original state, then any condition you set, whether it's "I am poor" or "I am rich", is the same, because those are just states you choose to be in. Think of it like this: you want to change what you wear, but youâve been wearing this shirt for so long, you think you are the shirt. But you're not. You can take it off and wear anything. It's only hard to put on more clothing if you're already wearing something, like trying to put on a jacket after already wearing ten shirts. And because you are pure consciousness, you are nothing, and thatâs a good thing. It means you can be and have anything. Since you donât have a default reality or identity, itâs like selecting a character in a game: you can be anyone you want, live in whatever world you want. Because your default avatar is not who you are, your true self is pure consciousness. It's blank. It's point zero.
Youâve Been Manifesting Your Whole Life
This isnât something you started doing after you found out about the law. Gravity didnât start existing after you learnt about it. Youâve been manifesting your entire life just unconsciously. Your subconscious mind is what manifests, and you as the conscious mind are the one telling it what to manifest. Your subconscious mind is like your waiter or waitress waiting to take your order, and you, the conscious mind select the food you want. But before we found out about the law, we let our thoughts and reactions run wild. We imagined the worst outcomes and circumstances for ourselves unconsciously. We let our conscious mind go on autopilot. So now youâre disciplining your mind to stop it from running wild and out of control. Manifestation is something that is second nature to us. We just need to focus on what we want instead of what we donât want, focus on the outcomes and our desires instead of trying to fix the problems in our lives. Because you can have what you want right now in imagination and the moment you assume you have it in your mind, your 3D had to reflect that to you. There is no process, no steps, you can go straight to the end.
But I Donât Feel Like the God of My Reality
That is because your conscious mind, the ego self, is not God or the operant power. When I say you are the god of your reality, I mean your subconscious mind, which is technically still you. Like the example I used earlier: you, the conscious mind, are the one who makes the selection, who chooses what you want, and your subconscious mindâs job is to take your order and deliver them to you in the 3D based on what you have selected. So when I say youâre the god of your reality, I mean your subconscious because your conscious mind is filled with limitations and barriers, driven by logic, reason, and your five senses. This is why your subconscious mind has been tasked with manifestation since your conscious mind is not suited for this job.
Your Circumstances Never Matter
Your circumstances never matter simply because of the âI Amâ state, you are never your circumstances. That is why you can change them no matter how opposite your desired life, appearance, or person is from where you are right now. I donât care if your desired person is worlds apart from you, if you have zero dollars in your bank account, your life is a complete mess, and it feels like the end of the world. I donât care, because your circumstances are temporary, and your assumptions are what manifest. You may think, But I need to change my circumstances, and it feels hard to change them. You may say, I donât know how Iâll ever be able to be a billionaire when I have zero dollars in my bank account. Youâre trying to change your circumstances, your reflection in the mirror, thatâs why it feels impossible to change. But how you manifest, like I mentioned in my previous posts, is not by forcefully changing the 3D world. Yes, in the end, you want that thing in the 3D, but the more effective approach is to change your inner world first. The 3D is the byproduct of your inner world shifting. So, your circumstances never matter because your reflection does not have power. We are not trying to change our reflection; we donât need to tire ourselves out by doing so. We only need to change ourselves, our inner world, our inner state, and the 3D will naturally change just like a mirror.
Creation Is Finished and Why Nothing Is Impossible
Creation is finished, which is why anything is possible. Nothing is too grand, too far, or out of reach. If you can imagine it, you can have it in the 3D. Creation is finished means whatever you want exists before you even think about it, that job, that person, that face. Itâs just like watching TV and wanting to switch to another channel: all the other channels exist right now, even though you are not aware of them. They exist and are broadcasting even if you canât watch them at this moment. You just need to switch the channel so you can watch the programs you enjoy. So, manifesting is not creating something out of thin air, waving a magic wand, or casting a magic spell, because it is done, it is finished, it already exists. It is all real, which leads me to my next point: why we donât need to do anything.
You Donât Need to Take Action
You donât need to lift a finger ever because creation is finished. There is nothing to do, nothing to create except change your assumptions so that your 3D outcomes and circumstances reflect what you want and desire. Taking inspired action is fine. But taking action often stems from your ego self, your logical mind, because it tells you that if you donât take control, micromanage, or take matters into your own hands, then your circumstances wonât change, and you canât manifest what you want. Thatâs why we think, if I donât reach out to my desired person, how can we be together? Something has to happen. And that is taking action in the 3D, trying to change the reflection in the mirror, because you believe that if you donât take action, it wonât happen. But the âhowâ is never your job to figure out. As logical beings, weâre never going to comprehend how our manifestations will show up, because manifestation is never logical. Our only job is to know the âwhatâ, what our desires are, and thatâs it. The âwhenâ and the âhowâ are already taken care of by our subconscious mind. So why put unnecessary stress on yourself? Let your subconscious take care of everything for you and just relax.
The Bridge of Incidents
When we think of the bridge of incidents, we imagine a long series of events that play out. Letâs say I want to be in a relationship, the bridge of incidents would be me leaving a coffee shop and accidentally bumping into someone. Then I pay for their coffee, and we have a quick conversation. I bump into that person again at the coffee shop a few months later, we start becoming friends, exchange socials, and after a year, we start dating. The bridge of incidents can be as long or as short as you want, but we all expect it to be a long chain of events because that makes sense to us. But to our subconscious mind, sense doesnât matter. Thatâs why we can manifest our wildest dreams. The bridge of incidents can be as simple as waking up to a new life. It can be that short and simple, it doesnât have to be a million steps or scenes. Itâs not a movie. And yes, changing your entire life overnight is possible. After all, to quote Neville, âYour refusal to believe it is the only reason you do not see it.â
Your Subconscious Doesnât Have Eyes
Stop telling your subconscious what you donât want, because it doesnât have eyes. Stop telling your subconscious what youâre seeing in your 3D, your unwanted, terrible circumstances. Yes, you can be a mess, your 3D can be a mess, and you can still manifest because your subconscious only has access to your inner world. So stop complaining to your friends and family about how your desired person blocked you, how you got fired, or how you are in debt. That is you affirming to your subconscious, and thatâs what keeps you in a loop, you keep repeating the old story, and thatâs how you keep it alive.
Methods Do Not Equal Manifesting
Yes, doing methods night after night is not manifesting. As I mentioned in my last post, thatâs why so many of you have been manifesting for years without success, because you donât change your old way of thinking, or, as Neville said, you donât kill the old man. Methods are tools to help you get into the state of the wish fulfilled, to change your inner world, and ultimately manifest your desires in the 3D. But people keep jumping from method to method, saying this doesnât work, and they get stuck in a loop, searching for that secret method thatâll finally manifest what they want. First of all, using your methods solely is not manifesting. You assume something, and that shifts you into the state of the wish fulfilled, implying you have your desire in imagination, and then you use methods or techniques, whether scripting, visualizing, or affirming, as reminders to keep you in that state whenever you find yourself slipping out of it. You cannot manifest solely by doing methods night after night without changing your way of thinking and letting your reactions and thoughts run wild all day, because thatâs counterproductive and thatâs what youâve been doing before you found out about the law. So, how can you go into the law, keep the same mindset that doesnât serve you, and expect your 3D to show up differently just because you started doing methods? You cannot expect your reflection to change if you donât change yourself first, simple as that. Methods are only tools that work if you have a good mental diet. Iâm going to say what I said in my last post: methods are like going to the gym to stay healthy. You canât expect your health to improve if you keep snacking and eating junk food every day, thatâs the same approach youâve been taking. So change your approach, because if your old approach was working, you wouldnât have been manifesting for years.
Thereâs No Outside Force Outside of You
You can believe whatever you want, but the universe or God is not stopping you from manifesting what you want. There is no divine timing. There is no fate or destiny at work here. And I can assure you that Mercury in retrograde cannot get in your way when manifesting. Youâre in your own way. Youâre the creator, the God, the operant power of your reality, and no one, nothing can ever change that. That means no one and nothing is more powerful than your assumptions. So stop blaming your circumstances or people in your 3D and start taking your power back, because youâre not a victim. You can always change your circumstances, no matter how horrible they are.
You Donât Have to Ignore the 3D
If youâre manifesting to be a billionaire, meaning you are currently in poverty, but you ignore all your bills as if they donât exist and instead buy more cars and houses, thatâs a mistake. Iâve seen people do that. Or people manifesting being in a relationship, changing their relationship status on social media, telling everyone theyâre in a relationship, buying two sets of everything when theyâre still single. First of all, you donât need to play pretend in the 3D. You donât need to do anything in the 3D. Your subconscious mind has no eyes, so you donât need to pretend you already have your manifestations in the 3D. You only need to know that once youâve imagined something, no matter what the 3D looks like, itâs going to manifest, itâs inevitable. You can have a chronic illness and still manifest perfect health because your circumstances donât matter. What you want and where you are right now can be complete opposites. But you also donât have to ignore your 3D either. When your bills arrive while manifesting wealth, you donât need to pretend theyâre not there and convince yourself the 3D is not true by saying, Iâm rich and this is not happening right now. You donât need to be scared of the 3D. You can acknowledge what is happening in the 3D, but just know that the 3D is not final. Yes, the circumstances are terrible right now, but we can change them because the 3D is highly malleable. So donât let the 3D freak you out because the 3D is not the operant power, you are. Donât be scared of a reflection.
Your Subconscious Mind Is a Supercomputer, Not a Baby
I know weâve all been there at some point, but you donât need to script a thousand pages or write down every last detail of how many chromosomes or cells your desired person has. Your subconscious mind is a supercomputer, not a baby. You donât need to write a million-step guidebook or give it a blueprint for it to know what you want. It knows everything, itâs way smarter than you think. Your subconscious mind is estimated to process 11 million bits of information per second, while the conscious mind can only handle 40 to 50 bits per second. Youâve been manifesting your entire life already; you were just unaware of it before you found out about the law, so it already knows how to manifest. Trust your subconscious mind more. Trust yourself more. Just like how you trust that your wound will naturally heal on its own, when your body heals, do you need to give it instructions and a step-by-step guidebook? No, it already knows how to do it. Thatâs its job. Manifesting is your subconscious mindâs job, so relax and let your subconscious mind handle the rest. It has your back. Itâs much, much more powerful and smarter than you think.
Your Thoughts and Feelings Donât MatterâNothing Can Ruin Your Manifestations, You Only Need to Decide
You can cry, throw tantrums, feel unmotivated, hopeless, or think your desire is impossible. You can waver, be double-minded, react and spiral, get triggered by your circumstances, doubt, question, and feel desperate. You can experience all those feelings and thoughts, and still manifest what you want. Like I said in my first blog post, you donât have to believe or feel like all of this is easy. You just need to choose to return to the state of the wish fulfilled and not dwell in your current unwanted state. Because, like Neville said, it is your dominant state that manifests. You can slip out of that state once in a while, just like having cheat days occasionally, while on a diet wonât ruin your progress. Yes, discipline yourself as much as possible, but nothing can ruin your manifestations if you return to the state of the wish fulfilled after you react or waver. And as I mentioned before, not every single thought manifests unless you believe it to be true. So, you donât need to engage with your feelings or thoughts. Donât entertain them. You donât have to pretend theyâre not coming up, you simply donât give them your attention. Donât fight or argue with them. Ignore them and let those thoughts pass because they have no power over you, theyâre just thoughts. So, cry all you want. Be frustrated that nothing is changing. Get impatient. Check your 3D reality. But as soon as you catch yourself doing that, calm down and return to the state of the wish fulfilled. Remind yourself, whether by simply telling yourself or using methods, that you already have your manifestations. Your subconscious mind wonât think, âYou reacted twice today, so you failed, lost all your progress, and need to start over.â Being a master manifestor doesnât mean youâre perfect or in zen mode all the time. It means that even if you waver, get desperate, or donât believe, you choose to keep returning to the state of the wish fulfilled, as many times as you need. Itâs all about deciding, not about how youâre feeling or what youâre thinking.
Shifting = Manifesting
Shifting is the same as manifesting. When we think of shifting, we imagine waking up in a magical fairy-tale land with fairies flying in the air, dragons breathing fire, and wizards casting spells. We all think it has to be something grand and drastically different from the reality weâre in now, like shifting to Hogwarts or a Disney movie. But it can also be shifting to a reality where I didnât drink coffee as usual, but drank tea instead. Or it can be a reality where I have one more strand of hair, or where my doorknob is broken. It can be small, subtle changes. When people think of shifting, they expect it to be grand and instant, but manifesting only applies to small, less drastic changes and thereâs a bridge of incidents, so it is slow. Yet for both, it can happen instantly, you can manifest yourself to Hogwarts this instant. People think that manifestation is more logical because itâs not like Iâm waking up to a new life, but the truth is, manifestation is just as illogical as shifting, because to our conscious mind, driven by logic and reason, being able to make any of our desires come true doesnât make sense, because it sounds too out of reach and too good to be true. People will tell me that manifesting drastic, instant changes is impossible, while claiming to be the master manifestor, the god, the operant power, the creator of their reality. Got it. Nothing is impossible in the realms of manifestation or shifting. If you think otherwise, you probably have some limiting beliefs you need to work on.
Stop Trying to Make Sense of Manifestation
It is illogical. So stop bringing in 3D concepts like time and circumstances when you know you should shift your focus to what you want in imagination because your 3D only shows what you assume in imagination. You canât even fathom how this will all play out perfectly. So stop worrying and stressing yourself out about how this is going to work, if this is even possible, or when your manifestations will show up.
You Are the Sign
Stop looking for signs. It doesnât matter what that tarot card says, if you see that black bird, or if you see angel numbers. First of all, you are the sign. You are the operant power. Stop looking outside of yourself for confirmation. Stop seeking validation from the 3D to know if youâre on the right path or if youâre making progress. Look inward. Second of all, everyone looks for signs to know if this law is working and if theyâre manifesting correctly, right? But if there are no signs, or if the signs tell you that your desires arenât meant for you, will you just quit manifesting and give up on your desires? No, right? Then why do signs matter at all?
How to Check Your Progress
I know some of us often check the 3D not just to see if our manifestations are showing up, but to see if weâre manifesting correctly, if weâre doing it right, if we are in the state of the wish fulfilled. But your 3D is not the best way to check your progress because sometimes itâs still loading, like a web page refreshing. What you should do instead is check your inner world. Are you reacting less? Do you feel less urge to fight with your thoughts or argue with them? Do you feel less impatient because you know your manifestations showing up are inevitable? So, just because you donât see any movement in the 3D doesnât mean youâre doing anything wrong, or that youâve failed, or that itâs not happening. There may be movement behind the scenes. Even if you donât see any food on your table at a restaurant, you donât panic, you know the chef is cooking your food, and you have nothing to worry about.
Affirming Is a Method
Iâm sorry if youâre all confused. Affirming is a method. Every assumption manifests, but not every affirmation manifests. Do affirmations manifest? Absolutely. But not all affirmations manifest because theyâre methods or techniques. If people say affirmation is not a method, then they are confusing it with an assumption, meaning they think every affirmation manifests. I can assure you, just like if every single thought manifested, people would be dying left and right. How many times do we say, âgo to hell,â or even joke about unaliving ourselves daily? If every affirmation manifested, everyone would be going to hell or dying. Letâs be real, sometimes when youâre really angry, you just want your teacher, bully, or boss to disappear off the face of the Earth, to put it nicely. So, not every affirmation manifests unless I assume it to be true, right? Because if every affirmation did manifest through repetition, every kid would be a fairy, a Disney princess, or a superhero. Our world would be a fantasy land, not that it is impossible, but it all comes down to what we assume. If we assume what we affirm manifests, then thatâs whatâs going to happen.
States
States are really not that complicated. Itâs pretty straightforward: youâre either in a state of lack or in the state of the wish fulfilled. What is the state of lack? Itâs when youâre desperate, hoping, begging, wishing for your desires to show up in the 3D, and feeling impatient. Because if you truly assumed you had what you want, you wouldnât act like that. The state of the wish fulfilled is when you assume itâs done. You have what you want in imagination. You might still doubt or not fully believe, but you choose to believe anyway. You choose to discipline your mind, reacting less, spiraling less. You choose not to check the 3D, even when nothing is happening, even when youâre going through hell and desperately want the 3D to change. To shift into the state of the wish fulfilled, the only thing you need to do is assume. Assume you have your desires in imagination and that itâs done. The moment you assume you have your desires, they must show up in the 3D, and nothing can stop that. And when you find yourself slipping out of that state, because we are creatures of habit, clinging to toxic old mindsets and ways of thinking, you return to the state of the wish fulfilled as much as possible by assuming itâs done and that thereâs nothing more you need to do. So how do you know what state youâre in? Look inward. What are your reactions? What thoughts come up when you think of your desires? How do you feel about them? Iâve said this countless times, but being in the wish fulfilled doesnât mean being happy, over the moon, or never doubting 24/7. Youâre not a monk. Youâre not a robot. It means deciding, choosing to believe even when you doubt, even when you want to give up. Choosing to believe itâs done even when youâre impatient. Choosing not to fight your thoughts and feelings, even when you feel the urge to. I canât force you to believe, but you can choose to. Itâs like applying for a school or a job. You might not believe youâll get in, and thatâs fine. Iâm not telling you to believe. Iâm telling you to fill out the application and send it, even if youâre unsure and doubting whether youâll ever get in or get hired. On that note, you can use methods or techniques if they help you stay in the state of the wish fulfilled. But remember, theyâre just tools. They donât make anything happen. You are the operant power here. Only your assumption creates, not the tools.
Manifestation Formula
The manifestation formula is assume + persist. What is an assumption? An assumption is formed when you believe something very strongly, like a fact. Maybe many of you have assumptions about how your life is a mess, you are broke, or your desired person doesnât love you, these are all limiting beliefs ingrained in us that we have assumed to be true. So, in order to see your desires manifest, you want to assume that you already have what you want, to override those old assumptions stored in your subconscious mind. To create an assumption, all you need to do is know what you want and assume you already have it in your mind. This then shifts you into the state of the wish fulfilled, implying you already have your desires in imagination. According to the law of assumption, whatever you assume to be true has to manifest, so your 3D has no choice but to reflect that. Thatâs all you need to do, know what you want and imagine it is already yours in imagination. Because you are either in a state of lack (which is your current state and why you donât have what you want) or you are in the state of the wish fulfilled (which implies you have your desires in imagination), you want to be in the state of the wish fulfilled as much as possible, even after you react or waver. It is that simple, and everyone overcomplicates it. The moment you assume you have something in your mind, it is done, it is yours, and your 3D must reflect that. That is how you assume: just imagine you have it in your mind. Mental diets can be very helpful, like ignoring negative thoughts, disciplining your mind, or using any methods or techniques to help you occupy the state of the wish fulfilled and live in the end. And you just keep persisting by not giving up even when things feel difficult, and even when thereâs no movement in the 3D or your circumstances seem to be getting worse.

letâs talk about it!

So, iâve seen so many of people posting & commenting regarding not being able to âwaitâ for their DR. And honestly, you donât have to wait.
Us shifters tend to find ourselves scripting obsessively, âhopingâ weâll shift soon, & doubting ourselves regarding our journey. However, that stuff doesnât really matter. Your DR is yours and itâs not something you have to wait for.
The more you remind yourself that something you own doesnât have to be earned, the easier it becomes to achieve whatever you want to achieve. Shifting is something thatâs so easy to the point where it has already been achieved whether we know it or not.
You donât have to convince yourself anything regarding shifting. Your desired reality belongs to you.
And another thing?
Your DR doesnât have to make sense to anyone but you. It doesnât need to be considered âlogicalâ, follow social norms, or sound impressive/creative to random people on the internet.
Reality shifting is personal. It is your experience, your life, and your rules.
If you want to date your celebrity crush, be in a zombie apocalypse, or even relive summer 2016, do that!
Never try to make your DR digestible for people who donât even live there.

here to remind you guys that when youâve been being consistent and seeing a lot of progress with loa on your shifting journey and start feeling doubts flood and rush back in or begin to revert back to old habits, it is actually an extinction burst!
your subcon knows reality is changing and that youâre gaining everything you want and those last few doubts and limiting beliefs are holding on to see if youâll stop persisting because they donât want to die out!
let them die.

OKAY. OKAY. so. take a second. breathe. and say to yourself: i'm in my dr right now, i just forgot.
don't even question it. no, don't sit there waiting for the world to change around you as if you're expecting a disney movie transition.
the world is already there
then, because i know you're going to be sitting there, expecting a magical event or waiting for the next line to cue you into "shift mode," instead just close your eyes.
feel what you're already feeling. the weight of the blanket, the curve of your pillow, the way your skin meets the fabric. keep it REAL
feel like you're already there, but just don't remember yet. when you say "i'm already there," you're living it, it's a memory you haven't fully recalled. so now, without skipping a beat, pull yourself deeper into that feeling.
don't wait for the visual change, don't wait for fireworks. feel it. sink into the assumption as if it's already your reality. because it IS.
if you're feeling too tired for the theatrical stuff, just do that. remembering and letting yourself believe that you've been living this the whole time. remembering that you've always been in your dr. you just forgot, that's it, shift your mindset to already having lived the life you want, rather than waiting for the cue to step into it. you don't need to force yourself to be there, because you're already there, but just haven't remembered yet.
so instead of waiting for a magical moment, treat it as if you're recalling a memory. you've been living that reality already, it's just buried under layers of "this" reality. let yourself believe in that memory. and when you believe, your brain does the rest. you've been doing it, living it, so stop making it complicated by expecting this big aha moment. just gently pull yourself into the quiet, simple truth that you've always been there.
after that? nothing happens but everything happens. you're already there. and don't ask for proof. just trust that it's all in the feeling.
and if you wake up and it's still not clicking, it's all probably just being a little too dramatic about how far you are. it's all in the little things.
