JAJAJA SO REAL
Ruin is a prime example of "fandoms will fuck anything as long as it's white and skinny" and every day I become more convinced it's the reason he's gotten away with so much
Because genuinely, how do you explain the show and so many fans emphasizing how terrible bloodmoon and nexus were and getting on people's asses for "defending" the silly vrchat character and implying that it's comparable to defending actual real life murder, and then turning around to suck off Mr. Genocide
People will do anything for a skinny gay man 😔 Tragic. Free my girl Nexus

Dude, if people treat Moon like he's the worst person on these shows, it's because, whether you want to accept it or not, he is, or at least in the top 3 at least lol. And without needing to be a villain, Moon literally did worse things than most of those considered villains on these shows, probably only surpassed by Ruin and the Creator. It doesn't matter if he did it intentionally or not, the point is that he did it. Literally 80% of most of the characters' problems and traumas have been his fault, and the only thing he's really improved at is stopping physically abusing his family, which, congratulations? He's still a liar, emotionally abusive, manipulative, classist, opportunistic, demeaning, and exploitative of others, treating his employees as less than people, a thief, a con man, he doesn't hesitate to blame innocent people for his crimes to get away with it, he still makes many of the same mistakes he did in his first year… AND ALL OF THAT WITHOUT THE INFLUENCE OF KILCODE LOL. He keeps saying he wants to improve, but they're just words; if he doesn't defend himself with actions, they're worth little to nothing. So yes, people have the right to hate him as long as it's for things he's actually done, because there's no shortage of reasons. I assure you, if I were to make a list of bad deeds/crimes, comparing Moon to, say, Nexus, Moon would win by a mile. Does all that mean you shouldn't like him? Not at all. Eclipse, Dark Sun, Ruin, Bloodmoon, Nexus, they all have fans, and that’s okay, as long as you don’t defend them, you can try to understand and analyze them to understand where their actions come from, but without excusing or defending their sins (Which seems to be something quite difficult in this fandom because most of them are too cowardly to admit that they like an asshole). The best fans are those who accept their favorites with all their crimes and bad attitudes (IN FICTION), otherwise you are not a fan of the character, you just like the image of them that you have created in your mind.
TSAMS rant
you guys are so annoying 😢 everyone is absolutely HATING very badly on moon because he did something wrong in one episode man but what annoys me is that they're bringing EVERYTHING he's ever done wrong in the past THREE YEARS (mostly this past year) like dude he does ONE thing that you don't like and suddenly you have to make him the worst person in the fucking show like you can dislike a character but at least make it relevant because the stuff they bring up is literally stuff that's everyone's gotten over "oh but he hurt sun!!!! :((" okay?? He did BUT sun FORGAVE him and moon is working on becoming a better person to not hurt sun anymore "he hurt Nexus!!" NEXUS HURT ALL OF THEM "Nexus is just traumatized!!!" I DON'T CARE HE STILL HURT THEM just because he's traumatized shouldn't be a reason to dismiss what he did like genuinely you guys are bringing up things that don't matter anymore. They all did bad things but they're working on becoming better people NEXUS IS A HORRIBLE PERSON I do not care how many people try to defend he'll always be a bad person like they can bring up what others did but I literally wouldn't give a fuck because yes they did something wrong but they fixed it and nexus he just got worse and worse and he KNEW he was but he didn't care he wants to hurt people and doesn't care about getting better.
Like I'm not saying you CAN'T like him I'm trying to saying that he's a bad person and you shouldn't defend him You can acknowledge what he's been through and stuff but don't try to justify what he's done with his trauma AND if you're gonna defend NEXUS of all people you should do the same for moon like bring up his trauma and what he's been through if you're gonna talk shit about him because then that's just hypocrisy brah
Im not defending moon, what he did was wrong but the only reason you guys are saying shit is to purposely make him look like a horrible guy when he isn't as bad as you guys paint him to be like at least be relevant is all I'm tryna say

What are your favourite TSAMS duos?
Oh, this one's easy. I'm going to assume we're talking about a friendship duo or allies.
The Bloodmoon twins are the main characters without a doubt. Their sibling dynamic was always the best of all the characters, and I'm not going to argue with that indisputable fact.
Lunar and Solar, when they first met, were the cutest, most precious, and funniest things when they played together.
Moon and Monty, in the first year, ONLY the first year of the show, were the highlight of the comedy with their dynamic that made them seem like an old married couple.
Jack and Bloodmoon only interacted in one episode, and that was enough to make me regret every day that they couldn't become friends.
Puppet and Ballora's interactions were hilarious.
Sun and New Moon, because their sibling bond was quite healthy.

What are your favourite TSAMS AUs?
Celestial Phenomena written by @ storytellingbadger
It's almost 100% perfect in my opinion (if it doesn't get the maximum score it's because Eclipse is still alive)

What are your favourite TSAMS ships and what TSAMS ships do you hate?
It depends, are we talking about ships canons or no-canon? You know, it doesn't matter, I will say both, although only the ones I remember, and also include spinoffs:
Ships canons that I like: Puppet X Foxy and Nova x Frost
Ships canons that don't care or like them: all the other lol
This answer would have been more extensive in 2023 Lol
Ships No-Canons that if I like them:
Clipsy x Sundroid (you're going to fall Davis 🫵)
Sun x Solar
Solar X New Moon / Nexus
Earth X Nebula
Og Moon x Monty (shoot me, I don't care)
Sun x Taurus
Solar X Puppet
Sun X Bloodmoon
Ships No-Canons I hate:
Anyone involving minors.
Eclipse x Sun
Ruin x anyone (the old man does NOT deserve happiness)
Eclipse X Earth
Any other or I don't know it or I just don't care.

Lonely Corruption
If you ever think the universe hates you, just remember this boy, someone only a year old, who was locked away and even tortured for making bad decisions (during a mental breakdown and when in contact with a corrosive power), for not being able to get over the death of his best friend and straying from the path his environment considered "right" (An environment that could well win several awards for hypocrisy) ... I'll be honest, this was the original gift for Nexus on his birthday, but I think it was too much, it still deserves to be shown.

Can you rate all TSAMS characters?
Lol, I don't think anyone's ready, but here we go. I don't think I'm impartial on this either. I'm going to copy Dey ASDFGHJ…
Sun: 5/10 This guy went from being one of the best characters to slowly falling into the stereotype of a passive-aggressive, rude jerk so gradually that it's painful to see what he was in his first two years and what he is now. Now it seems like he can only be nice and polite to two characters. If he doesn't have a lower number, it's solely because of my nostalgia, but I won't lie either.
Moon: 2/10 I'm not going to go on about it; he's an asshole, and if you think he's improved tremendously just because he no longer physically beats his brother or uses him as a test subject for experiments against his will, then let me tell you, you have pretty low standards when it comes to healthy relationships.
Lunar: 7/10 The story ruined his character A LOT just "to teach him a lesson," but he's still among my favorites.
Eclipse: -0/10 I hate him in his first three lives (which were seen in TSAMS) and the vast majority of his variants.
Earth: I'm going to cheat. If we're talking about the first Earth, I'll say 7/10. She was a damn good character. But from the moment her first VR model changed, she slowly dropped to a 3/10. And no, I'm not saying this because of her appearance. I don't know if her decline as a character started with that change. I don't know if it's a coincidence or not.
Solar: I'll cheat again because I can. The first Solar was a solid 8/10 in my opinion, but since he revived, he dropped to 5/10, and I still think I'm being very generous.
Bloodmoon: 8/10 I love you so much and I'm grateful you're no longer here, or else I have no doubt your characters would be ruined too.
Monty: …Oh shit… This is so painful. Monty was literally my favorite character. He was chaotic, funny, a jerk, but at least he wasn't pretending to be something more. His best days were as a supporting character in TSAMS. But from the moment they tried to "fix and redeem" him, making excuses for his past as a criminal, he was absolute garbage. Today, he's a 1/10 because I'm truly sorry for what they did to him just to better fit as Earth's romantic partner, because obviously she wouldn't purposely date someone who committed war crimes, or so I'd like to think, lol.
Jack: 9/10, at least until I stopped watching the videos. I love his personality and sense of humor.
Molten: 5/10. I didn't see enough of him to like or dislike him.
New Moon/Nexus: 8.5/10 He was a good character, and the fact that they turned him into a (poorly written) villain just because the VA got bored of portraying a wholesome character (compared to Moon) pisses me off.
Dark Sun: ---10/10 Disgusting Gary Stu who gets everything right.
Killer Sun: -5/10 I didn't watch it, but from what I've read about him in random posts, I don't need to see it to know I already hate him.
NovaFrost: 8/10 so far. I like it, especially because they don't let Sun and Moon trample or subdue them. And what can I say? I love characters who take justice into their own hands (if it weren't for their accidental murders, they'd have the highest score). FREE THE GAYS.
Gemini: They design is 10/10… Everything else is a 2/10, and I'm being generous.
Ruin: -

Omg, I feel like I'm not the best person to share this information, but I'll do my best. Anyone else is welcome to correct me! This might be a bit long, I apologize.
The character started out as New Moon, the "factory" version of Moondrop after he sacrificed himself by erasing himself and all his memories so Kill Code, who was a self-aware character at the time, could ask to live. So he was basically a Moon robot with no memories beyond his basic daycare robot capabilities.
He came into the world when Earth first arrived at Daycare, when Sun was in a very bad emotional state due to all the events leading up to Moon's "death," and Eclipse also had the star (an object capable of granting wishes and changing realities) at the time.
So, that boy had to learn everything he could about magic, science, star power, and anything else that would help him survive and protect his family from Eclipse. It was quite stressful.
In the end, thanks to Eclipse from another dimension, whom we now know as Solar, and Sun, the three of them were able to destroy the evil Eclipse and the star.
After a while, Solar moved to the dimension of NewMoon, Sun, Earth, and Lunar. He was practically a member of the family. He was also NewMoon's best friend, whom he saw as a brother.
It's worth mentioning that Lunar and NewMoon were never very close compared to other family members (personally, I suspect Lunar didn't want to "replace" the old Moon with this new one, even though he was a much kinder and healthier brother than the old one, but that's just my thought), so NewMoon was mostly closer to Solar, Sun, and Earth. The boy wasn't very close to Monty either, even though they genuinely tried to bond and support each other, but I understand that it was still difficult for Monty to treat this boy the same way he treated his former best friend just because they had the same face; they were different people, after all.
Then Ruin arrived, and things started spiraling out of control. This character destabilized the peace NewMoon and Sun had worked so hard to build. He revived Bloodmoon and Eclipse, the family's worst enemies. This highlighted some of NewMoon's flaws, such as his difficulty dealing with what he considered a failure and failing to protect his family. He even mimicked (albeit to a MUCH LESSER EXTENT) some of Old Moon's anger issues. It didn't help that, at one point, NewMoon was able to speak with a security guard from his predecessor (OldMoon), who told him that if necessary, he should sacrifice himself to protect his family, because that's what he existed for: to protect them.
And then Solar died. NewMoon fell into a deep depression that led to horrible nightmares. The worst of all was a lucid hallucination where he saw a scenario where Solar didn't die, but Sun did, and the rest of his family also suffered. This ultimately broke him mentally, and he decided he would use any means to revive Solar, even if it meant killing another person to use him as a sacrifice.
In such a delicate and even sick mental state, constantly telling himself he was a failure and still hallucinating about dead people, NewMoon even yelled cruel things at Earth and Sun, distancing himself from them even further.
Now, I'll try to be impartial on this part… Let's just say Sun locked NewMoon in a prison, alone with his destructive thoughts (somewhat ironic since OldMoon also locked Sun in a similar place in the show's first year, and it was horrible), but he was able to get out, and when he did, he decided he no longer wanted to revive Solar; he only wanted to kill Bloodmoon and Ruin, who had ruined his life.
A scene occurs where NewMoon could have killed those two, but Earth would be collateral damage since Bloodmoon kidnapped her with the help of Ruin to get revenge on Monty, and NewMoon was willing to sacrifice his sister if it meant destroying Bloodmoon and Ruin.
Thankfully, he was stopped by Puppet, who sent him into space while he sorted things out with the other characters.
Here appears a character who had actually appeared before in NewMoon's life, but I forgot to mention him: Dark Sun, an extremely intelligent character who (in Reed's own words, repeated several times) resembles Evil Morty from the series Rick and Morty. He apparently reaches out to NewMoon to get him out of space before someone (either Puppet herself or the Astrals) arrives to punish him or imprison him again.
It was here that New Moon changed his appearance and name to Nexus, determined to take revenge on his former family, especially when he learned that Old Moon, or the original Moon, had returned thanks to a convenient backup, and he was quickly integrated into the family. Although it's worth mentioning that his change of mentality was so abrupt and strange that many in the fandom are convinced it was due to the influence of the dark star power, which we know corrupts those who use it negligently and selfishly. Although it was never confirmed by the series, so "it's just a theory" ;)
Time passes, Nexus tries to become stronger by using Withered Storm Shards, dangerous objects that only Sun could track. So he tries to kidnap Sun but fails. Nexus is also injured when Taurus beats him up. During those days, he also tortures the original Moon and Ruin, making them relive their worst memories, and that's how he obtained the information he needed about the shards.
The end of his first life comes when he decides to kidnap Moon to attract Sun. But it's then that Dark Sun reveals his true intention: All this time, he's been manipulating things so that Sun of Tsams would kill one of his siblings. It could have been Nexus or Moon, he didn't care; he just needed him to kill one of them so that decision would be imitated by other Suns across the multiverse. That's why Dark Sun helped Nexus and kept him alive until that moment, so that Sun could kill him, and so he did.
Now, what happens next with the character is quite complicated, and by then I stopped watching the videos because I felt too sad and overwhelmed, but I'm sure someone else will be able to explain it better than I can.
Best regards, Kai, and sorry for this long summary. Have a nice night!
I gotta ask... and yes I genuinely wanna know...I'm opening Pandora's box
Since some of you REALLY wanna ramble. Now is your time... this is your moment:
Who is Nexas?
Ramble to your hearts content. ( know a bit but seems like some of you lot wanna re-explain lore) so go for it.

I apologize for any grammatical or pronoun errors. I'm using Google Translate to write this because English isn't my native language:
Nexas is the female version of Nexus / New Moon by TSAMS. Some people have the headcanon of turning the character into a trans woman after the character left their family to try to be themselves. Others have more original AUs where the character was always a woman. I've even read mini-fics where they write TSAMS scenes to recreate them with the Femme Nights at Freddy's characters, although I used to read the latter more before FemNAF had its own story outside of TSAMS.

Plus, many loves saying that Sun feels bad every time Moon does that, and I answer: I will not believe it until the subject has enough guts to say it directly, I do not care about the subtext or supposisions. Ah but to be an idiot who makes comments or notvery sensitive "jokes" to people like Charlie, for that if he has value, right?
everytime tsams Moon says how awful Nexus "is" i would like for Nexus to torture him over and over again with the deaths he said he enjoyed causing and see who's actually worse cause istfg he's such an hypocrite idiot
